INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing this cooker hood.
This instruction m anual is designed to provide you with all requi red
instructions rel ated to the installation, use and mai ntenance of the
appliance.
In order to operate the unit corre ctly and safety, please read this instruction
manual careful ly before installation a nd usage.
The cooker hood use high quality materials, and is made with a
streamlined d esign. Equipped with lar ge power electric moto r and
centrifugal fan, it also provides strong suction power, l ow noise operation,
non-stick grease fi l ter and easy assembly installation.
By placing the marking on this product, we declare, on our own
responsibility, compliance to all of European safety, health and
environmental requirements stated in the legislation for this product.
SAFETY PRECAUTION
Never let the children operate the machi ne.
The cooker hood is for home use only, not suit able for barbecue, roast
shop and other commercial purpose.
The cooker hood and i ts filter should be clean regularly in order to keep in
good working condition.
Clean the cooker hoo d according to the instructi on manual and keep the
unit from danger of burning.
Forbid the direct baking from the gas co oker.
Please keep the kitchen room a good conv ect i on.
Before connect i ng this appliance check t hat the power supply cord is not
damaged. A damag e supply cord must be repl aced by qualified serv ice
personnel only.
There shall be adequate ventilation of the room when the range hood is
used at the same t i m e as appliances burning gas or other fuels;
Τhe air must not be discharged into a f lue that is used for exhausting
fumes from appli ances burning gas or other fuels;
Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experie nce and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a perso n sli de for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
Do not flambé under the range hood.
The range hood is not intended to be installed over a hob having more
than four hob elem ents

Electrical Sho ck Hazard
Only plug this unit i nto a properly earthed out let. If in doubt seek advice
from a suitably qualified engineer.
Failure to follow t hese instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical
shock.

WALL MOUNTING INSTALLATION
1. Prepare for installation:
a. If you have an outlet to the outside, your cooker hood can be connected
as below pict ure by means of an extraction duct (enamel, aluminu m ,
flexible pipe or inflammable material with an interior di am eter of 150mm)
b. Before installation, t urn the unit off and unplug it from the outlet.
c. The cooker hood should be placed at a distance of 65~75cm above the
cooking plane for best effect.

2. Installation (Vent outside):
Attention! Observe the warning in the instruction sheet concerning the operation
of the appliance when air is discharged from the room
When the range hood and appliance supplied with energy other than electricity
are simultaneously in operation, the negative pressure in the room must not
exceed 4 Pa (4×10-5 Bar)
Before attaching the bracket to the chimney, decide the location of the lower
chimney bracket fxing holes for fixing the lower chimney bracket in the later
step.
Hang the cooker hood onto the wall bracket hooks.

Drill 3 x 8mm holes to accommodate the bracket.
Screw and tighten the bracket onto the wall with the screws & screw
plugs provided.

Secure screws to make sure the hood is stable on the wall.
After placing the cooker hood on the bracket, open the flter, mark and
drill 4 holes and fasten the hood on the wall with 2 x wall plugs and 2 x
ST4 x 3Omm screws.
Place the plastic duct on the cooker hood.

Put the chimney on the cooker hood.
Fix the lower chimney bracket on the wall with 2 screws (4mm x 30mm).

The lower chimney bracket is used to fix the upper decorative
chimney and lower decorative chimney. Use 2 (two) 4x8mm
screws to attach lower and upper chimney.
Noted: Do not fasten screws too strongly; make sure that the upper
decorative chimney can be telescopically adjusted after assembling.

Fasten the lower chimney to the cooker hood with 2 of the 4x8mm
screws.

Fix the upper chimney on the upper chimney bracket with 2 screws
(4x8mm).
Then fix the upper chimney bracket on the wall.
Before fixing the bracket on the wall, you should decide on where
the upper chimney bracket fixing holes for installation should be.

Installation (Vent inside)
If you do not have an outlet to the outside, exhaust pipe is not required
and the installation is similar to the one show in section “Installation
(Vent outside)”.
Activated carbon filter can be used to trap odors.
In order to install the activated carbon filter, the grease filter should be
detached first. Press the lock and pull it downward.
Plug the activated carbon filter into the unit and turn it in clockwise
direction. Repeat the same on the other side.
NOTE:
oMake sure the filter is securely locked. Otherwise, it would loosen
and cause dangerous.
oWhen activated carbon filter attached, the suction power will be
lower.

Touch control
On/Off button
It’s used for turning on/off the fan.
Speed plus button
For increasing the speed of the fan
Speed decrease button
For decreasing the speed of the fan.
Light button
Digital display
Fan speed display:"1" for Low speed, "2" for Medium speed,
"3" for High speed, “4” for Booster function.
Quick timer: Press & hold for 1 second, Digital display will
flashing & into 5 minutes count down, after 5 minutes motor & light
will turn off automatic & Buzzer sound for 1 second.
Booster function
This hood has a booster function. To activate the booster, Press
to speed 4, enter into highest speed while the hood is in use
and it will increase speed for 5 minutes, before slowing down
again.

MAINTENANCE
Before cleaning switch the unit off and pull out the plug.
I. Regular Cleaning
Use a soft cloth moistened with hand-warm mildly soapy water or household
cleaning detergent. Never use metal pads, chemical, abrasive material or stiff
brush to clean t he unit.
II. Monthly Cleaning for Grease Fil ter
ESSENTIAL: Clean the filter every month can prevent any risk of fire.
The filter collects grease, smoke and dust…... so the filter is directly affecting
the efficiency of the cooker hood. If not cleaned, the grease residue (potential
flammable) wil l sat urat e on the filter. Clean i t with household cleaning
detergent.
III. Annual Cleaning for Activated Carbon Fi l ter
Apply SOLELY to uni t that installed as a recirculation unit (not vent ed to the
outside). This filter traps odours and must be repl aced at least once a year
depending on how f requent the cooker hood used.

IV. Bulb Replacement
1.Switch the unit off and unplug the appliance.
2.Open the cooker hood and remove the filters.
3.Release the lamp connecters and push the lamp out from inside.
4.Replace with the same type of lamp.
