ADJSHELF
Adjustable Depth Universal Fixed Rack Shelf
Package Contents
• 1 x Slotted xed shelf
• 2 x Front mounting bracket (Short)
• 2 x Rear mounting bracket (Long)
• 8 x M5 screws
• 8 x M5 cage nuts
• 1 x Instruction manual
• 8 x M5 Truss head screws
• 8 x M5 Flanged lock nuts
Assembly
Use the assembly instructions below to install both the front and
back mounting brackets.
1. Align the mounting bracket with the slot on the side of the slotted
xed shelf. Make sure that the end of the bracket is also aligned
with the corner of the slotted xed shelf and the rack mounting
tab is facing out.
2. On the outside of the slotted xed shelf, insert a M5 truss head
screws (two per bracket) into the screw hole on the mounting
bracket and through the slot on the slotted xed shelf.
3. On the inside of the slotted xed shelf, use a M5 anged lock nut
(two per mounting bracket) and screw it onto the end of the M5
truss head screw.
Installation
Warning: Use caution and proper lifting techniques when lifting the
slotted xed shelf.
1. Insert the M5 cage nuts (two per mounting rail) into the square
mounting holes on the mounting rails.
2. Align the rack mounting tabs on the front and rear mounting
brackets with the M5 cage nuts on the corresponding mounting
rail.
3. Insert a M5 screw (two per mounting rail) through the rack
mounting tab and into the M5 cage nut.
4. Tighten all the M5 screws.

Adjusting the slotted xed shelf
1. Loosen the M5 truss head screws on the front and rear mounting
brackets.
2. Extend the front and rear mounting brackets to t the depth of
the rack/cabinet.
3. Tighten all the M5 truss head screws that were loosened in step 1.
