Retire la cubierta Slim ODD (Fig. A)
Suelte los 2 tornillos y retire la cubierta
Montaje Slim ODD (Fig. B)
1. Fije el soporte Slim ODD al dispositivo ODD
con 2 tornillos
2. Inserte y asegure el conjunto Slim ODD en
la bahía de la caja con 1 tornillo
RETIRAR LA TAPA SUPERIOR
1. Suelte los 2 tornillos de la cubierta superior de cada lado
2. Empuje la cubierta superior hacia atrás
aproximadamente 3 centímetros
y levántela del chasis
MONTAJE DEL SLIM ODD
¿Cómo quitar la caja/soporte?
1. Afloje los 2 tornillos y levante para retirar la
caja de la unidad
2. Una vez ensamblado el disco duro, asegure
la caja de la unidad con los mismos 2
tornillos

Montaje de ventilador (opcional) de
refrigeración
Fije el ventilador de 80 x 25 mm con 4
tornillos
Montaje HDD de 3,5’’
1. Coloque el HDD en la bahía de la
unidad
2. Asegure el HDD con tornillos
(4 piezas - 6 # 32 x 6 mm)
VENTILADOR
Ventiladores opcionales de 8 cm
Coloque el ventilador de 80 x 25 mm
en la placa posterior del chasis
Los dispositivos Slim ODD se pueden
montar como si fuesen unidades de 2,5’’
1. Inserte el dispositivo de 2,5’’ en la bahía de
la unidad
2. Asegure el dispositivo con 4 tornillos en la
parte superior
MONTAJE DE UNIDADES DE 2,5’’
Uso de la bahía de 2.5’’ situada debajo de la unidad de 3 bahías de 5,25’’
1. Retire el alojamiento de la unidad 3 bays-5,25’’ del chasis como se ilustra en el
paso anterior
2. Inserte el dispositivo de 2,5’’ en la bahía de 2,5’’
3. Asegure el dispositivo con 4 tornillos de PC en dos lados
Cómo quitar la caja de la unidad
1. Afloje los 2 tornillos laterales del chasis
2. Afloje los 2 tornillos en la parte superior y
levante la caja de la unidad
3. Una vez que los dispositivos estén
ensamblados, asegure la caja de la unidad
con los mismos 4 tornillos
3 BAHÍAS: MONTAJE DE UNIDADES DE 5,25’’
Ensamblaje de dispositivos de 5,25’’
1. Coloque los dispositivos de 5,25’’ en el
alojamiento de la unidad
2. Asegure con tornillos (4 piezas -
tornillos M3 x 5 mm para cada bahía)
Retire las tapas/rejillas frontales
Afloje los tornillos de los laterales de
cada tapa/rejilla

Remove the slim ODD blank cover (Fig. A)
Loose 2-screws and remove the blank cover
Slim ODD assembly (Fig. B)
1. Fix the slim ODD bracket with slim ODD with
2 pcs screws
2. Insert and secure the slim ODD assembly
into
the drive bay with 1-screw
REMOVING THE TOP COVER
1. Release 2-screws of the top cover on each side
2. Push the top cover backward about 1”
and lift it off the chassis

How to remove the drive cage
1. Loose 2 screw and lift off the drive cage
2. Once hard drive assembled, secure the
drive
cage back with the same 2-screws

Optional cooling fan assembly
Fix 80 x 25mm fan with 4-screws
3.5” HDD assembly
1. Place the HDD in the drive bay
2. Secure HDD with screws
(4 pcs - 6#32 x 6mm)

The slim ODD drive cage can be used as a
2.5” drive cage alternatively
1. Insert the 2.5” device into the drive bay
2. Secure the device with 4 pcs screws on the
top

The 2.5” drive bay underneath 3 bays-5.25“ drive
1. Remove the 3 bays - 5.25” drive cage from the chassis as the previous step
illustrated
2. Insert the 2.5” device into the 2.5” bay
3. Secure the device with 4 pcs screws on two sides
How to remove the drive cage
1. Loose 2-screws on the chassis side
2. Loose 2-screws on the top and lift off the
drive cage
3. Once devices assembled, secure the drive
cage back with the same 4 - screws

5.25” devices assembly
1. Place the 5.25” devices into drive cage
2. Secure with screws (4 pcs - M3 x 5 mm
screws for each bay)
