SEGURIDAD DE LA LAVADORA
Lea todas las instrucciones antes de usar la lavadora.
No lave artículos que hayan sido previamente limpiados,
lavados, remojados o humedecidos con gasolina,
solventes para lavar en seco, u otras sustancias
inflamables o explosi-vas ya que éstas emanan vapores
que podrían encenderse o causar una explosión.
No agregue gasolina, solventes para lavar en seco,
otras sustancias inflamables o explosivas al agua de lavado.
Estas sustancias emanan vapores que podrían
encenderse o causar una explosión.
En ciertas condiciones, puede generarse gas hidrógeno
en un sistema de agua caliente que no se haya usado por
dos semanas o un período mayor. EL GAS
HIDRÓGENO ES EXPLOSIVO. Si no se ha usado el
agua caliente durante dicho período, antes de usar la
lavadora, abra todos los grifos de agua caliente y deje
que corra el agua por varios minutos. Esto liberará todo
el gas hidrógeno que se haya acumulado. Debido a la
inflamabilidad de dicho gas, no fume ni use una llama
abierta durante este lapso.
Este aparato no está diseñado para que sea utilizado
por personas (incluidos niños) con capacidades físicas,
senso-riales o mentales reducidas, o con falta de
experiencia y conocimiento, excepto que se le haya
dado instrucción o supervisión referida al uso del
aparato por una persona responsable de su seguridad.
No limpie su lavadora con sustancias o líquidos flamables.

no jueguen con el aparato.

Para obtener información respecto a los requisitos de
conexión a tierra, vaya a la sección de “Requisitos Eléctri-
cos” en este manual.
Si el cordón de alimentación es dañado, éste debe ser
reemplazado por el fabricante o su agente de servicio o
por personal calificado para evitar peligro.
Se han de utilizar las mangueras nuevas suministradas
con el aparato, las mangueras viejas no se deben
reutilizar para evitar peligro.
Su Seguridad y la seguridad de los demás son muy importantes.
Usted puede sufrir heridas o incluso la muerte si no sigue las instrucciones.

¿QUÉ HAY DE NUEVO DEBAJO DE LA TAPA?
Su nueva lavadora Whirlpool® trabajará de manera diferente
a su antigua lavadora. Lo invitamos a que conozca las
nuevas características y funcionamiento de su lavadora.
SMART LOAD®
El sistema SMART LOAD® de su lavadora le permite ajustar
con precisión el tamaño de carga, puede ser CH, M, G
dependiendo de la cantidad de ropa seca que desee lavar.
LLENADO MANUAL *Disponible sólo en algunos modelos
Ahora su nueva lavadora Whirlpool® cuenta con la opción de
"Llenado Manual" dentro de la perilla Tamaño de Carga,
haciendo más fácil el acceso a dicha opción.
Por medio del llenado manual tendrá la posibilidad de
agregar la cantidad de agua deseada dependiendo de la
cantidad de ropa seca que desee lavar. Además esta opción
es útil cuando no se cuenta con un sistema de entrada de
agua o la presión de agua es baja.
BOTÓN ENCENDER/CANCELAR
Su nueva lavadora Whirlpool® ahora cuenta con un botón
exclusivamente para encender/apagar la lavadora y cancelar
ciclos de una forma más sencilla, al sólo presionar el botón.
LLENADO POR FASES
AUTO LEVEL®
*Disponible sólo en algunos modelos
El sistema AUTO LEVEL® sirve para determinar de manera
automática el tamaño de la carga de ropa seca por medio
de los siguientes pasos:
1. GIRAR - la canasta hará varios giros con la carga
previamente añadida. En este paso la tapa está bloqueada.
2. DETECTAR - la lavadora detectará automáticamente el
tamaño de carga de ropa seca.
3. LLENAR - la lavadora llenará de acuerdo al nivel de agua
óptimo para la carga detectada. En este paso la tapa será
desbloqueada.
Si su lavadora cuenta con la opción "Auto" en la perilla/bo-
tón Tamaño de Carga, entonces puede acceder al sistema
AUTO LEVEL® seleccionando dicha opción.
NOTA: Se recomienda no agregar más ropa una vez termina-
da la rutina AUTO LEVEL ® debido a que la lavadora ya
seleccionó el nivel de agua a utilizar.
FASE 1: PRELAVADO AUTOMÁTICO
CON AGITACIÓN
La lavadora llenará hasta un nivel
relativamente bajo, y empezará su
agitación para maximizar la acción
de lavado. Este es un proceso que
ayuda a la limpieza efectiva.
FASE 2: REMOCIÓN DE MANCHAS
La lavadora vuelve a llenar a un
segundo nivel y continúa su agitación.
Esto contribuye a la remoción de
manchas de sus prendas.
FASE 3: LAVADO PROFUNDO
La lavadora detiene la agitación y
llena hasta el nivel seleccionado.
Este proceso ayuda a asentar la
ropa y evitar que se enrede, y la
deja lista para el agitado del lavado
profundo.
Cierre la tapa para
contar con la maxima
eficiencia de lavado.
*Las fases de llenado dependerán del tamaño de carga
seleccionado y su modelo de lavadora.

Las luces indicadoras de etapas de lavado muestran el
progreso del ciclo. En cada etapa del proceso, usted puede
notar sonidos y pausas que son diferentes que en las
lavadoras tradicionales.
Cuando se presiona el botón Iniciar/Pausar, la lavadora
comenzará a llenar de agua.
NOTA: El máximo desempeño de la lavadora se logrará si se
mantiene la tapa cerrada. Recuerde presionar el botón
Iniciar/Pausar cada vez que abra o cierre la tapa.
La lavadora moverá la carga un poco, hará una vuelta para
permitir que el agua empape la carga y después continuará
agregando agua. Este proceso puede repetirse hasta que la
cantidad correcta de agua haya sido añadida a la tina.
Etapa Sensar/Llenar:
En modelos con opción "Llenado Manual" en Tamaño de
Carga, durante la etapa de Llenado el LED indicador estará
parpadeando y al terminar la fase de Llenado se apagará
para continuar con la siguiente etapa.
En modelos con opción "Auto" en Tamaño de Carga, el LED
indicador de Sensar estará encendido indicando que inicia
dicha fase y al finalizar seguirá parpadeando para continuar
con la fase de Llenado.
NOTA: Al terminar la etapa de “Sensar” el LED de “Bloqueo de
Tapa” se apagará.
Etapa Remojo:
La lavadora comenzará la etapa de Remojo una vez que
haya alcanzado el nivel de llenado seleccionado. El Remojo
ayuda en la remoción de manchas difíciles.
Etapa Lavado:
Durante esta etapa su lavadora realizará la agitación diseña-
da específicamente para el ciclo que usted haya selecciona-
do.
Etapa Enjuague:
Esta etapa permite eliminar la suciedad removida durante la
etapa de Lavado.
Etapa Drenar/Exprimir:
La lavadora centrifuga la carga para secar o remover la
humedad de las prendas.

que con cuáles cuenta su modelo de lavadora.
1 Botón Encender/Cancelar
Este botón se utiliza para encender y apagar su lavadora,
además de cancelar ciclos.
Presione una vez el botón Encender/Cancelar para encen-
der su lavadora. Si desea cancelar el ciclo en curso deberá
presionar una sola vez el botón Encender/Cancelar. Si
presiona una segunda vez la lavadora se apagará.
2 Botón Iniciar/Pausar
Este botón se utiliza para iniciar y pausar su lavadora.
Después de seleccionar el ciclo deseado presione el botón
Iniciar/Pausar para comenzar el ciclo de lavado.
Si desea pausar el ciclo en proceso, presione el botón
Iniciar/Pausar una sola vez. Si desea reanudar el ciclo
presione nuevamente el botón Iniciar/Pausar.
NOTA: Cada vez que abra y cierre la tapa la lavadora entrará
en “Modo Pausa” DEBERÁ presionar el botón Iniciar/Pausar
cada vez que abra y cierre la tapa para reanudar o comenzar el
ciclo.
3 Perilla Ciclos de Lavado
Use la perilla de ciclos de lavado para seleccionar entre los
ciclos disponibles en su lavadora.
Ciclos Manuales
Los ciclos manuales le permiten lavar sus prendas contro-
lando cada etapa del lavado de manera manual.
Ciclos Automáticos
Los ciclos automáticos le permiten lavar sus prendas a
través de un proceso automático que incluye lavar,enjuagar
y exprimir. Escoja el ciclo más adecuado al tipo de ropa que
desea lavar.
NOTA: Para una descripción más detallada de cada ciclo,
consulte la "Guía de Ciclos".
4 Etapas de Lavado
Dependiendo de su modelo, podrá encontrar alguna de las
siguientes configuraciones:

En algunos ciclos se utiliza agua
caliente proveniente de su calentador.
En otros casos, con el fin de ahorrar
energía y cuidar sus prendas, se
realizará una combinación de agua
caliente con un un poco de agua fría.
Tibia / Semifría
Combinación de agua fría y caliente
provista por su calentador.
Fría
Esta es la temperatura del agua de su
grifo.
Telas sugeridas
Ropa blanca y de color
pastel. Prendas durables.
Suciedad profunda.
Colores vivos. Suciedad
entre moderada y ligera.
Colores oscuros que
destiñen o se opacan.
Suciedad ligera.
3. Oprima el botón Iniciar/Pausar. El LED de Llenado
comenzará a parpadear, indicándole que es momento de
llenar con agua.
4. Abra la tapa de su lavadora y llene con agua hasta
alcanzar el nivel óptimo acorde a su carga. La luz LED del
indicador de Llenado dejará de parpadear al alcanzar el
nivel mínimo de agua predefinido por el sistema y el LED
de Lavado seguirá parpadeando.
NOTA: Si su carga es mayor al nivel mínimo de agua requeri-
da por el sistema, continue llenando con agua hasta cubrir su
ropa seca, aún y cuando el LED de Llenado haya dejado de
parpadear.
5. Cierre la tapa de su lavadora y presione Iniciar/Pausar.
(El LED de Lavado dejará de parpadear, después comenza-
rá la agitación y el resto de las fases de lavado).
6. En la etapa de Enjuague, el LED de Llenado comenzará
a parpadear, indicándole que debe llenar nuevamente con
agua. A continuación repita desde el Paso 4.
6 Temperatura
Seleccione una temperatura de lavado según el tipo de tela
y suciedad de lo que esté lavando. Para obtener mejores
resultados siga las instrucciones de las etiquetas de las
prendas.
*Todos los enjuagues son con agua fría.
Bloqueo de Tapa:
Este LED indica que la tapa está bloqueada y no puede ser
abierta.
Si usted necesita abrir la tapa, presione Iniciar/Pausar. Usted
podrá abrir la tapa siempre y cuando el LED “Bloqueo de
Tapa” este apagado. Cierre la tapa y presione Iniciar/Pausar
para continuar con el ciclo.
5 Tamaño de Carga
Modelos con SMART LOAD®
Para los modelos que cuentan con la perilla/botón Tamaño
de Carga el sistema SMART LOAD® le permite ajustar con
precisión el tamaño de carga de la ropa seca que vaya a
lavar (CH, M, G).
Modelos con AUTO LEVEL®
Para los modelos con opción "Auto" en Tamaño de Carga
deberá seleccionar dicha opción para acceder al sistema
AUTO LEVEL®, que determinará el nivel de agua automáti-
camente.
Una vez que inicia el ciclo, la puerta de su lavadora se
bloqueará y comenzará la rutina de AUTO LEVEL®, que
consiste en giros de canasta combinados con pausas, por al
menos 1 minuto.
Terminando dicha rutina la puerta de su lavadora se desblo-
queará y habrá determinado el nivel de agua requerida.
Posteriormente iniciará el ciclo de lavado.
Recomendaciones:
Añadir ropa seca para una detección óptima.
No agregar más ropa una vez terminada la rutina de
AUTO LEVEL®, debido a que la lavadora ya seleccio-
nó el nivel de agua a utilizar.
Modelos con Llenado Manual
Para los modelos que cuentan con la opción "Llenado
Manual" en la perilla Tamaño de Carga, deberá seleccionar
dicha opción para acceder al sistema de llenado manual,
este le permite agregar el agua deseada dependiendo del
tamaño de carga de ropa seca que desee lavar.
Pasos para llenar manualmente:
1. Agregue el detergente y las prendas a lavar.
2. Encienda su lavadora y seleccione las opciones de
ciclo deseadas. Asegúrese de colocar la perilla
Tamaño de carga en la opción “Llenado Manual”

9 Nivel de Centrifugado
10 Retrasar Inicio
Esta opción se puede usar para agregar
automáticamente un segundo enjuague
en el ciclo de lavado seleccionado. Se
recomienda esta opción, si desea remo-
ver cualquier remanente de detergente
que haya quedado.

Use este ciclo para prendas de algodón y cargas que no destiñan
con suciedad normal. Este ciclo está diseñado para maximizar el
uso de su detergente, por lo que puede usar menor cantidad que
la recomendada por el fabricante. Para un mejor desempeño
puede usar detergente de baja espuma.
NOTA: Para este ciclo NO debe usar suavizante. En caso de
requerirlo seleccione la opción de Enjuague Adicional.
Use este ciclo para prendas de color y cargas de telas mixtas con
suciedad normal. Este ciclo está diseñado para llenar en etapas,
dando un máximo beneficio para la limpieza y cuidado de sus
prendas.
Este ciclo usa un exprimido para acortar los tiempos de secado
de las telas pesadas o para los artículos de cuidado especial que
se laven a mano. Use este ciclo para completar un ciclo después
de un corte de corriente.
NOTA: Si su lavadora detecta agua, comenzará drenando antes
de iniciar el exprimido.

Este ciclo se recomienda para prendas con suciedad profunda
debido a su acción de lavado alta, ya que el diseño contempla un
llenado en etapas dando un máximo beneficio para la limpieza y el
cuidado de sus prendas. Para lograr la máxima remoción de
suciedad y manchas, se puede utilizar el depósito de blanqueador
líquido, con blanqueador líquido con cloro, blanqueador no
decolorante, o productos Oxi.

7 Nivel de Suciedad
El nivel de suciedad (tiempo de lavado) está predeterminado
para cada ciclo de lavado. Para prendas con más suciedad
seleccione el nivel de suciedad "Intenso", para prendas con
menor suciedad utilice el nivel "Ligero".
8 Enjuague Adicional
Al seleccionar esta opción, usted retrasa-rá
el inicio del ciclo. Puede elegir entre 0 - 8
horas, en intervalos de 2 horas, de
acuerdo a su preferencia. Si desea cance-
lar la selección, presione el botón Retra-
sar Inicio hasta llegar nuevamente a "0".
Espere unos segundos para que el tiempo
de ciclo seleccionado aparezca.
Esta opción se utiliza para controlar el
nivel de exprimido de cada ciclo de lavado
seleccionado.

una acción de lavado intermitente, para el cuidado delicado de artículos finos
lavables. Se recomienda colocar los artículos pequeños en bolsas de malla
antes de lavarlos.

1. Separe y prepare su ropa
Vacíe los bolsillos. Las monedas, los botones o
cualquier objeto pequeño puede pasar debajo de la
placa de lavado y atorarse.
Separe los artículos según el ciclo recomendado, la
temperatura del agua y la resistencia a perder el color.
Separe los artículos con mucha suciedad de los que
tienen poca suciedad.
Separe los artículos delicados de las telas resistentes.
Trate las manchas inmediatamente.
No seque los artículos si aún hay manchas después del

4.1 Para modelos con dispensador, vierta una cantidad
medida de suavizante de telas líquido en la bandeja. Siem-
pre siga las instrucciones del fabricante para usar la cantidad
correcta de suavizante de telas según el tamaño de la carga.
Cierre el cajón dispensador.
IMPORTANTE: No sobrellenar o diluir. Si se sobrellena el
dispensador puede causar que el suavizante de telas se vierta
inmediatamente a la lavadora. Es normal que se quede una
cantidad pequeña en el dispensador al final del ciclo.
4.2 Para modelos sin dispensador, agregue una medida de
suavizante de telas líquido en el depósito del agitador. Siem-
pre siga las instrucciones del fabricante para usar la cantidad
correcta de suavizante de telas según el tamaño de la carga.
Diluya el suavizante líquido de telas llenando el depósito con
agua tibia hasta que el líquido llegue a la parte inferior del
borde. Vea las flechas de la línea máxima de llenado.
5. Cargue las prendas en la lavadora
Cargue las prendas de modo uniforme en montones flojos
alrededor de la canasta. Para mejores resultados. No
envuelva los artículos grandes tales como sábanas alrede-
dor del agitador/Impeller 3D®; cárguelos en montones flojos
alrededor de la canasta. Pruebe mezclar artículos de distin-
tos tamaños para que estos se enreden menos.
6. Encender la lavadora
Presione el botón Encender/Cancelar para encender su
lavadora.
NOTA: Los ciclos y opciones seleccionados no serán registra-
das si su lavadora está apagada. Deberá encender primero su
lavadora.
7. Seleccione un ciclo
Gire la perilla de los ciclos para elegir el ciclo de lavado de su
preferencia. Para obtener más detalle sobre cada ciclo, vea
“Guía de Ciclos”.

2. Agregue detergente
Dependiendo del tipo de modelo de su lavadora, usted podrá
agregar el detergente de la siguiente manera:
Detergente líquido
Agregue el detergente líquido en la parte inferior de la canas-
ta antes de agregar las prendas. El detergente líquido siem-
pre se agrega a la canasta sin importar el modelo de su
lavadora (con o sin dispensador).
Detergente en polvo
Agregue una medida de detergente en polvo en la bandeja
de detergente. Si la cantidad de detergente a utilizar excede
la capacidad de la bandeja, o si su modelo no cuenta con
dispensador, agréguelo directamente en la canasta, antes
de agregar las prendas. Si va a usar un producto para
realzar el lavado, como Oxi o blanqueador no decolorante,
agréguelo también al fondo de la canasta de lavado antes de
agregar las prendas.
IMPORTANTE: Siga las instrucciones del fabricante para deter-
minar la cantidad de detergente que debe usar.
3. Agregue blanqueador líquido con cloro al depósito
No sobrellene, diluya, ni utilice más de 1 taza (250 ml). No
utilice blanqueador no decolorante ni productos Oxi en el
mismo ciclo con blanqueador líquido con cloro.
4. Agregue suavizante de telas al depósito

11.Presione Iniciar/Pausar para comenzar el ciclo de
lavado
Presione el botón Iniciar/Pausar para comenzar el ciclo de
lavado. Cuando termine el ciclo, saque las prendas inmedia-
tamente para evitar olores, reducir la formación de arrugas y
evitar que se oxiden los ganchos de metal, zípers y broches
a presión.
Cómo desbloquear la tapa para agregar prendas:
Presione Iniciar/Pausar una sola vez, agregue las prendas,
cierre la tapa y presione nuevamente Iniciar/Pausar para
continuar el ciclo.
NOTA: Cada vez que abra y cierre la tapa, su lavadora entrará
en "Modo Pausa". Para continuar con el ciclo deberá presionar
el botón Iniciar/Pausar, de lo contrario la lavadora no retomará
el ciclo.
CÓMO CANCELAR UN CICLO
Para cancelar el ciclo deberá presionar una sola vez el botón
Encender/Cancelar.
Cuando el ciclo sea cancelado la lavadora entrará en "Modo
Pausa" y no drenará el agua. Esto le permite cambiar de
ciclo y seguir utilizando el agua previamente llenada. Presio-
ne Iniciar/Pausar para comenzar el nuevo ciclo.
Si presiona dos veces el botón Encender/Cancelar su
lavadora se apagará y drenará el agua automáticamente.
NOTA: Si cancela el ciclo en curso y cambia el tamaño de
carga a la opción "Auto" el agua previamente llenada será
drenada automáticamente para iniciar la fase de sensado del
sistema AUTO LEVEL®.
REQUISITOS ELÉCTRICOS
Se necesita un suministro eléctrico de 110-127 volts,
60 hertz, CA solamente, de 15 ó 20 amperes y prote-
gido con fusible. Se recomienda un fusible retardador
o un cortacircuitos, en un circuito independiente que
preste servicio únicamente a este aparato.
Esta lavadora viene equipada con un cable eléctrico
con un enchufe de 3 terminales con conexión a tierra.

8. Seleccione el Tamaño de Carga
Seleccione el ajuste de Tamaño de Carga más adecuado
para su ropa seca, según el indicador de Tamaño de Carga
que se encuentra en la canasta (SMART LOAD®).
El ajuste para carga chica (CH) agregará un volumen de
agua menor para cargas pequeñas. El ajuste para carga
grande (G) agregará un volumen de agua mayor para cargas
grandes o voluminosas. Los artículos deben moverse libre-
mente en la canasta.
Para modelos con la opción "Auto"
(AUTO LEVEL®) en Tamaño de Carga,
al seleccionar esta opción la lavadora
determinará el tamaño de la carga
automáticamente a través del sensado
y llenará de agua acorde al mismo.
Para modelos con la opción "Llenado Manual" en Tamaño de
Carga, al seleccionar esta opción, usted determinará la
cantidad de agua a usar en base al tamaño de carga de la
ropa que desee lavar.
9. Seleccione las opciones adicionales de su preferen-
cia (si aplica a su modelo)
Una vez que haya seleccionado un ciclo, puede seleccionar
entre diferentes opciones para adicionar a su ciclo y obtener
un lavado más eficiente.
Dependiendo de su modelo podrá añadir las siguientes
opciones:
• Temperatura
• Nivel de Suciedad
• Enjuague Adicional
• Nivel de Centrifugado
• Retrasar Inicio
10.Cierre la tapa
IMPORTANTE: Si al término del llenado usted mantiene la tapa
abierta, notará que la lavadora le advertirá por medio de las
luces de etapas de lavado encendiendo intermitentemente que
tiene que cerrar la tapa; si en 10 minutos no se cierra la tapa, el
ciclo se cancelará y el agua se drenará automáticamente.

Para reducir al mínimo el peligro de posibles choques
eléctricos, el cable debe ser enchufado en un contacto
apropiado de pared de 3 terminales, conectado a tierra
de acuerdo con los códigos y normas locales. Si no hay
disponible una salida equivalente, es responsabilidad y
obligación del cliente de tener un contacto apropiado
con conexión a tierra instalado por un electricista califi-
cado.
Si los códigos lo permiten y se emplea un alambre de
conexión a tierra separado, es recomendable que un
electricista calificado determine si la trayectoria de
conexión a tierra es adecuada.
Si no está seguro de que la conexión a tierra de la
lavadora sea la adecuada, verifíquela con un electricis-
ta especializado.
NOTA: Si el cable eléctrico se dañara, debe ser reemplazado
por un cable eléctrico original y el reemplazo debe ser efectua-
do por un electricista.
INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
1. Retire el empaque y saque la base de transporte
Quite todos los materiales de transporte para obtener un
funcionamiento adecuado y para evitar ruido excesivo de la
lavadora.
Para evitar daños al piso y a la lavadora, coloque los esqui-
neros de cartón del empaque sobre el piso, detrás de la
lavadora. Incline hacia atrás la lavadora con ayuda de otra
persona y colóquela sobre los esquineros de cartón.
Retire la base de transporte. Ponga la lavadora en posición
vertical.
IMPORTANTE: Para un funcionamiento adecuado es necesario
quitar la base de transporte.
2. Retire la bandeja de empaque de la tina
Quite la cinta adhesiva de la tapa de la lavadora, abra la tapa
y saque la bandeja de empaque de cartón de la tina. Cerció-
rese de sacar todas las partes de la pieza.
NOTA: Guarde la pieza por si necesita mover la lavadora más
tarde.
3. Coloque la manguera de drenado
Fije la manguera de drenado en el drenaje de acuerdo a su
instalación.
6.1 Sistema de drenado de tubo vertical de piso

6.3 Sistema de drenado de tina de lavadero
Para los 3 tipos de instalación usted necesitará tomar en
cuenta lo siguiente:
Diámetro mínimo para el drenado de tubo vertical: (5,1 cm)
Capacidad de drenado mínima: 64 L por minuto.
La manguera debe quedar a una altura de entre 0.9 m y
1.2 m de distancia del suelo. Si la coloca a una altura menor
puede ocasionar el drenado automático.
IMPORTANTE: No debe haber más de 12 cm de manguera de
drenado dentro del tubo vertical; no fuerce el exceso de la
manguera dentro del tubo vertical, ni lo coloque en el fondo de
la tina de lavadero.
NOTA: Nunca remueva los cinchos localizados en la manguera
de drenado una vez ensamblados en el panel trasero de la
lavadora, para evitar que la manguera de drenado se dañe
cuando se utilicen pinzas de corte. Los cinchos ensamblados
en el panel trasero, garantizan el correcto funcionamiento de la
lavadora.
4. Instale las mangueras de llenado
Antes de conectar las mangueras deje correr el agua por 10
segundos.
Limpie al menos una vez al mes los filtros, retirando las man-
gueras y use un cepillo para eliminar los residuos. Verifique
que no haya fugas.

5. Revise la nivelación de la lavadora
Si su lavadora no se encuentra nivelada ajuste las patas
niveladoras.
NOTA: No colocar la lavadora sobre tablones, ni bloques.
6. Conecte a un contacto de pared de conexión a tierra
de 3 terminales

diente.

MANTENIMIENTO DE LA LAVADORA
MANGUERAS DE ENTRADA DE AGUA
Reemplace las mangueras de entrada después de 5 años
de uso para reducir el riesgo de que fallen.
Inspeccione periódicamente y cambie las mangueras si
se hallan protuberancias, torceduras, cortes, desgaste o
pérdi-das de agua.
Cuando reemplace sus mangueras de entrada de
agua, anote la fecha de reposición en la etiqueta con un
marcador permanente.
LIMPIEZA DE LA LAVADORA
Mantenga su lavadora tan limpia y fresca como
mantiene sus prendas. Para mantener el interior de la
lavadora sin olores, siga cada mes el procedimiento de
limpieza recomendada a continuación:
IMPORTANTE: No agregue detergente. No use más de la canti-
dad recomendada de blanqueador para evitar dañar el produc-
to con el correr del tiempo.
3. Cierre la tapa de la lavadora.
4. Seleccione el ciclo "Ropa Blanca", temperatura "Caliente"
y tamaño de carga "G".
5. Presione Iniciar/Pausar para iniciar el ciclo.
NOTA: Para obtener los mejores resultados, no interrumpa el
ciclo. Si es necesario interrumpir el ciclo, siga los pasos de
"Cómo desbloquear la tapa".
Para cancelar el ciclo deberá presionar una sola vez el botón
Encender/Cancelar.
Limpieza del depósito del blanqueador
Limpie el interior del depósito del blanqueador con un paño
limpio y húmedo.
Limpieza del depósito del suavizante líquido de telas
NOTA: Para evitar dañar la lavadora o las prendas, no lave la
ropa sin el depósito del suavizante de telas líquido en su lugar.

Para limpiar el exterior:
1. Use un paño suave y húmedo o una esponja para limpiar
cualquier derrame.
2. Use limpiador multiuso para superficies, si es necesario.
IMPORTANTE: Para evitar dañar el acabado de la lavado-
ra, no use productos abrasivos.
CUIDADO DURANTE LA FALTA DE USO Y LAS VACA-
CIONES
Ponga a funcionar su lavadora únicamente cuando esté
en casa. Si va a mudarse o no va a usar la lavadora
durante cierto período, siga estos pasos:
1.Desenchufe la lavadora o desconecte el suministro de
energía a la misma.
2.Cierre el suministro de agua a la lavadora para evitar inun-
daciones debidas a aumentos en la presión del agua.
CUIDADO PARA EL ALMACENAMIENTO DURANTE EL
INVIERNO
IMPORTANTE: Para evitar daños, instale y guarde la lavadora
en un lugar donde no se congele. Debido a que queda un poco
de agua en las mangueras, el congelamiento de la misma
podría dañar la lavadora. Si va a almacenar o mover su lavado-
ra durante una temporada de invierno riguroso, acondiciónela
para el invierno.
Para acondicionar la lavadora para el invierno:
1.Cierre ambas tomas de agua; desconecte y escurra el
agua de las mangueras de llenado.
2.Vierta 1 litro de anticongelante tipo R.V. en la canasta y
ponga a funcionar la lavadora en un ciclo de Enjuagar/Expri-
mir durante unos 30 segundos para mezclar el
anticongelante con el agua restante.
3.Desenchufe la lavadora o desconecte el suministro de
energía.
TRANSPORTE DE LA LAVADORA
1.Cierre ambos grifos de agua. Desconecte y elimine el agua
de las mangueras de entrada de agua.
2.Si se va a trasladar la lavadora durante una temporada de
invierno riguroso, siga las instrucciones descritas en "Cuida-
do para el almacenamiento durante el invierno.
3.Desconecte la manguera de drenado del sistema de
desagüe y drene el agua restante en una olla o cubeta.
Desconecte la manguera de drenado de la parte posterior de
la lavadora.
4.Desenchufe el cable eléctrico.
5.Ponga las mangueras de entrada y la manguera de drena-
do en el interior de la canasta de la lavadora.
6.Pase el cable eléctrico sobre el borde y colóquelo dentro
de la canasta de la lavadora.
7.Coloque la bandeja de empaque de los materiales de
envío originales nuevamente en el interior de la lavadora. Si
no cuenta con bandeja de empaque, coloque frazadas o

CÓMO REINSTALAR O USAR LA LAVADORA NUEVA-
MENTE
Para reinstalar la lavadora después de la falta de uso, vaca-
ciones, almacenamiento durante el invierno o mudanza:
1.Consulte las Instrucciones de instalación para ubicar,
nivelar y conectar la lavadora.
2.Antes de usar la lavadora nuevamente, póngala a funcio-
nar siguiendo el procedimiento recomendado a continua-
ción:
Para volver a usar la lavadora:
1. Deje correr el agua por los tubos y las mangueras.
Vuelva a conectar las mangueras de entrada de agua.
Abra ambos grifos de agua.
2. Enchufe la lavadora o reconecte el suministro de energía.
3. Ponga a funcionar la lavadora en el ciclo de Ropa de Color
para limpiarla y para quitar el anticongelante, de haberlo
usado. Use la mitad de la cantidad de detergente recomen-
dada por el fabricante para una carga de tamaño mediana.

WASHER SAFETY
Read all instructions before using the washer.
Do not wash articles that have been previously cleaned in,
washed in, soaked in, or spotted with gasoline, dry
cleaning solvents, and other flammable, or explosive
substances as they give off vapors that could ignite or
explode.
Do not add gasoline, dry-cleaning solvents, or other
flammable, or explosive substances to the wash water.
These substances give off vapors that could ignite or
explode.
Under certain conditions, hydrogen gas may be produced in
a hot water system that has not been used for two weeks or
more. HYDROGEN GAS IS EXPLOSIVE. If the hot water
system has not been used for such a period, before using
the washing machine, turn on all hot water faucets and let
the water flow from each for several minutes. This will
release any accumulated hydrogen gas. As the gas is
flammable, do not smoke or use an open flame during this
time.
This appliance is not designed to be used by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensorial and/or
mental capabilities, or with lack of experience and
knowledge, except for those who have received instruction
or supervision as referred to the use of the appliance by a
person who is responsible of their safety.
Do not clean your washer with flammable substances or
liquids.
Children supervision is required to ensure they do not play
with the appliance.
Do not allow children to play on or inside the washer. It is
necessary a careful care of children every time the washer
is used near from them.
Before placing the washer removed from service or discard
it, take out the door or lid.
Do not put your hands in the washer drum, tub or agitator
if it is working.
Do not store or install this washer where it will be exposed
to the weather.
Do not tamper with controls.
Do not try to repair or replace any part of the washer or
attempt any servicing, unless it is recommended in this
Use and Care Manual, or in the repair instructions for the
user posted whenever you understand them and have the
skills to carry out.
To get information to grounding instructions, go to the
section of “Electrical Requirements” in this manual.
If the power cord is damaged, this must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or by a qualified person
to avoid danger.
The new hoses supplied must be used with the appliance.

Your new Whirlpool® washer will work different from your old
washer. We invite you to know the features and functions of
your washer.
SMART LOAD®
The SMART LOAD® system of your washer allows you
precision adjustment for the load size, it may be S, M, L,
depending on the amount of dry clothes you wish to wash.
MANUAL FILL *Available only in some models
Now your new Whirlpool® washer has the option for “Manual
Fill” within the Load Size knob, making easier the access to
such option. By this manual fill you may be able to add the
needed water depending on the dry clothes amount you wish
to wash. Besides, this option is useful when you do not have
a water feeding system available or when the water pressure
is low.
BUTTON POWER/CANCEL
Your new Whirlpool® washer now has with a button
exclusively to on/off the washer and cancel cycles in a
simpler way, only by pressing the button.
FILLING PHASES
AUTO LEVEL®
*Available only in some models
AUTO LEVEL® system determines automatically
the dry clothes load size by:
1. SPIN – the tub will spin several times with the previously
added load. In this step the lid is locked.
2. DETECT – the washer will detect automatically the size of
the dry clothes load.
3. FILL – the washer will fill according to the optimal water
level for the detected dry clothes load. In this step the lid is
unlocked.
If your washer has the “Auto” option in the Load Size
knob/button, then it can access the AUTO LEVEL®
system selecting this option.
NOTE: It is recommended not adding more clothes once the
AUTO LEVEL® routine finishes given that the washer
already selected the water level to use.
PHASE 1: AUTOMATIC PREWASH
WITH SPINNING
The washer will fill to a relatively
low level and will start spinning to
maximize the washing action.
This is a process that helps the
effective cleaning.
PHASE 2: STAIN REMOVAL
The washer fills again to a second
level and continues spinning. This
contributes to the stain removal on
the clothes.
PHASE 3: DEEP WASHING
The washer stops spinning and
fills to the selected level. This
process helps to sit the clothes
and avoid tangling and gets it
ready for the deep washing
spinning.

Auto

Indicator lights of the washing steps show the progress of
the cycle. In each process stage, you may note sounds and
pauses which are different than the traditional washers.
When pressing the Start/Pause button, the washer will start
filling water.
NOTE: The maximum performance of the washer will be
achieved if the lid is kept closed. Remember to press the
Start/Pause button each time you open or close the lid.
The washer will move the load a little, it makes a turn to
allow the water to saturate the load and then it will continue
adding water. This process may repeat until the correct
amount of water has been added to the tub.
Sense/Fill Stage:
In models with the option of “Manual Fill” in the Load Size,
during the Filling stage, the LED indicator will be flashing
and when finishing the Fill stage it will turn off to continue
with the following stage.
In models with the “Auto” option in Load Size, the LED
indicator for Sensing will be on indicating that such stage is
starting and when finishing it will still be flashing to continue
with the Fill stage.
NOTE: When finishing the “Sense” stage the LED of “Lid
Lock” will turn off.
Soak Stage:
The washer will start the Soak phase once it has the
selected filling level. Soak helps to remove hard stains.
Wash Stage:
During this stage, your washer will spin according to the
specifically designed for this cycle you have selected.
Rinse Stage:
This phase allows to eliminate the dirt removed during the
Washing stage.
Drain/Spin Stage:
The washer spins the load to dry or remove humidity from
clothes.

1 Button Power/Cancel
This button is used to turn on and off your washer, also to
cancel cycles.
Press once the Power/Cancel button to turn on your washer.
If you wish to cancel the current cycle you must press the
Power/Cancel button once. If you press it a second time the
washer will turn off.
2 Button Start/Pause
This button is used to start and pause the washer.
After selecting the desired cycle, press the Start/Pause
button to start the washing cycle.
If your wish to pause the cycle in process, press the Start/
Pause button once. If you need to restart the cycle press
again the Start/Pause button.
NOTE: Every time that you open and close the washer lid, it will
enter in the “Pause Mode”. You MUST press the Start/Pause
button to restart or start the cycle.
3 Washing Cycle Knob
Use the washing cycle’s knob to select among the available
cycles in your washer.
Manual Cycles
The manual cycles allow you to wash your clothes controlling
each washing phase in a manual way.
Automatic Cycles
The automatic cycles allow you to wash your clothes through
an automatic process which includes to wash, rinse and spin.
Choose the most adequate cycle for your type of clothes you
wish to wash.
NOTE: For a more detailed description of every cycle, consult
the “Cycles Guide”.
4 Washing Phases
Depending on your model, you may find some of the
following settings:

3. Press the Start/Pause button. The Fill LED will flash
indicating that it is the time to fill with water.
4. Open your washer lid and fill with water to the optimal
level according you load. The LED indicator light for Fill will
stop flashing when reaching the minimum water level
predefined by the system and the Wash LED will still be
flashing.
NOTA: If your load is greater to the minimum water level
required by the system, continue filling with water until
covering the dry clothes, even if the Fill LED has stopped
flashing.
5. Close your washer’s lid and press Start/Pause. (Wash
LED will stop flashing, then it will start agitation and the rest
of the washing steps).
6. In the Rinse Stage, Fill LED starts to flash, indicating that
it must fill again with water. Next, repeat from Step 4.
6 Temperatura
Select a washing temperature according to the kind of
clothes and dirt of what you are washing. To get better
results follow the labels instructions.
*Rinses are made with cold water.
Lid Lock:
This LED indicates the lid is locked and cannot be opened.
If you need to open the lid, press Start/Pause. You may
open the lid whenever the LED “Lid Lock” is off.
Close the lid and press Start/Pause to continue the cycle.
5 Load Size
SMART LOAD® Models
For models with knob/button Load Size, the SMART
LOAD® system allows them to adjust accurately the load
size of dry clothes to be washed (S, M, L).
AUTO LEVEL® Models
For models with the “Auto” option in the Load Size, you
must select such option to access the AUTO LEVEL®
system which will determine the water level automatically.
Once the cycle starts, your washer’s door will be blocked
and the AUTO LEVEL ® routine starts, which consists of
tub spins combined in pauses, for at least one minute.
When the routine finishes your washer’s door will be
unlocked and it had determined the required level of
water. Then it starts the washing cycle.
Recommendations:
● Add dry cloth for an optimal detection.
● Do not add more clothes once the AUTO LEVEL® routine
finishes since the washer already selected the water level to
be used.
Manual Fill Models
For models with the “Manual Fill” option in the Load Size
knob, you must select this option to access the system for
manual filling, this allows to add the desired water
depending on the dry clothes load size you wish to wash.
Steps for manual filling:
1. Add the detergent and the clothes to wash.
2. Turn on the washer and select the desired cycle
options. Be sure to place the knob of Load Size in the
“Manual Fill” option.

cycle. For garments with heavy soil select the“Intensive”, for

8 Extra Rinse
When selecting this option, you will delay
the cycle start. You may select between
0 – 8 hours, in 2 hours intervals, according
to your preference. If you want to cancel the
selection, press the Delay Start button until
reaching “0”. Wait some seconds so the

1. Sort and prepare your clothes

4.1 For models with dispenser, pour an amount of the
measure indicated of fabric softener in the container. Always
follow the manufacturer’s instructions to use the correct
amount of fabric softener for the load size. Close the
dispenser drawer.
IMPORTANT: Do not overfill or dilute. If it overfills the
dispenser it may cause the softener falls into the washer. It is
normal that a small amount remains in the dispenser at the
end of the cycle.
4.2 For models without dispenser, add a measure of the
liquid fabric softener in the agitator deposit. Always follow
the manufacturer’s instructions to use the correct amount of
fabric softener for the load size.
Dilute the liquid fabric softener filling the deposit with warm
water until the liquid comes to the inferior edge. See the
arrows of the maximum filling line.
5. Load the clothes in the washer
Load the garments evenly in loosen bulks around the tub for
better results. Do not wrap big items such as blankets
around the agitator/Impeller 3D®; load them in loosen
bulks around the basket. Try to mix different sizes so they
are less likely to tangle.
6. Turn the washer on
Press the Power/Cancel button to turn on your washer.
NOTE: Cycles and options selected will not be
registered if your washer is off. You must turn it on
first.
7. Select a cycle
Turn the knob of the cycles to select the washing cycle of
your preference. For more details about each cycle, see
“Cycles Guide”.

2. Add detergent
Depending on the model of your washer, you may add the
detergent this way:
Liquid Detergent
Add the liquid detergent in the lower part of the basket before
adding the garments. Liquid detergent always is added to the
basket before, no matter which model your washer is (with or
without dispenser).
Powder Detergent
Add a measure of powder detergent in the detergent compartment.
If the amount of detergent to be used exceeds the container
capacity, or if your model does not have a dispenser, add it directly
to the tub, before adding clothes. If you are going to use a product
to improve washing, as Oxi or color safe bleacher, add it too in the
bottom of the washing tub before adding garments.
IMPORTANT: Follow manufacturer’s instructions to determine
the detergent amount to use.
3. Add chlorine liquid bleacher to the dispenser
Do not overfill, dilute or use more than 1 cup (250 ml). Do
not use color safe bleacher or products like Oxi in the same
cycle with chlorine liquid bleacher.
4. Add fabric softener to the dispenser

Press the button Start/Pause to start the washing cycle.
When the cycle finishes, take out the clothes immediately to
avoid odors, reduce wrinkle formation and avoid oxidation of
metal hooks, zippers and snaps.
How to unblock the lid to add garments:
Press Start/Pause once, add the garments, close the lid and
press Start/Pause again to continue the cycle.
NOTE: Every time you open and close the lid, your washer will
enter in the “Pause Mode”. To continue the cycle you must
press the Start/Pause button, on the other way the washer will
not restart the cycle.
HOW TO CANCEL A CYCLE
To cancel the cycle you must press once the Power/Cancel
button.
When the cycle is canceled, the washer will enter in the
“Pause Mode” and water will not drain. This allows you to
change the cycle and continue using the water previously
filled. Press Start/Pause to start the new cycle.
If you press twice the Power/Cancel button, your washer will
turn off and drain the water automatically.
NOTE: If you cancel the current cycle and change the load to the
“Auto” option, the water previously filled in will be drained
automatically to start sensing phase from the AUTO LEVEL®
system.
ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
An electric supply of 110-126 volts, 60 hertz, CA
only is needed, 15 or 20 amperes and fused
protected is needed. It is recommended to use a
power fuse or fuse limiter, in an independent circuit
that serves only this appliance.
This washer is equipped with an electric cable with a
grounded 3 prong plug.

this option, the washer will determine
the load size automatically through sensing and fill the

water to be used based on the load size you wish to wash.
9. Select the additional options of your preference
(if it applies to your model)
Once you have selected a cycle, you may select among
different options to add to your cycle and get a more
efficient washing.

10. Close the lid
IMPORTANT: If when finishing the filling you keep the lid
open, you will notice that your washer will warn by the lights
for the washing stages turning on flashing for you to close

In order to reduce the danger at the minimum for
possible electric shocks, the cable must be plugged in
a grounded 3 prong outlet, according to the local
codes and standards. If there is not available an
equivalent outlet, it is responsibility and obligation of
the costumer to have a proper plug with grounded
connection installed by a qualified electrician.
If codes allow it and the ground wire connection is
separated, it is recommended that a qualified
electrician determines if the grounded connection is
adequate.
If you are not sure the ground connection of the
washer is the proper one, verify it with a qualified
electrician.
NOTE: If the electric cable is damaged, it must be replaced by
an original electric wire and the replacement must be made by
an electrician.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the package and take out the shipping base
Take out all shipping materials to get a proper function and
avoid excessive noise from the washer.
To avoid damages to the floor and washer, place the carton
corner protections on the floor, behind the washer. Lay the
washer down helped by another person and place it on the
carton corner protections (as shown). Remove the
transportation base. Put the washer in a vertical position.
IIMPORTANT: For a proper functioning it is needed to take out
the shipping base.
2. Remove cardboard packing tray from tub
Remove tape from washer lid, open the lid and take out the
cardboard packing tray from tub and set aside. Assure all
packaging components were removed before installing the
washer.
NOTE: Keep the part in case you need to move the washer
later.
3. Install the drain hose
Fit the drain hose in the drainage according to the
installation.

For the above 3 types of installation, you must consider the
following issues:
Minimum diameter for vertical pipe draining: (5.1 cm)
Minimum draining capacity: 64 L per minute.
Hose must be placed to a height between 0.9 m and 1.2 m
from the floor. If it is placed at a lower height it may cause
the automatic drain.
IMPORTANT: There must not be more than 12 cm of draining
hose within the vertical pipe; do not force the excess of hose
within the vertical pipe, or place it in the sink bottom.
NOTE: Never remove bands located in the drain hose once
they are assembled in the washer rear panel, to avoid the
drain hose damage when using the cutting grippers. The
bands assembled in the rear panel, guarantee the correct
washer functioning.
4. Install filling hoses
Before connecting the hoses let the water run for 10
seconds.
Clean at least once a month the filters, removing the
hoses and use a brush to eliminate the residuals. Verify
for leaks.

5. Check the washer's leveling
If your washer is not leveled, adjust the leveling legs.
NOTE: Do not place the washer on boards or blocks.

WASHER MAINTENANCE
INLET WATER HOSES
Replace inlet hoses after 5 years of use to reduce failure
risk.
Inspect periodically and change the hoses if there are
bumps, strains, cuts, wear or water leaks.
When you replace the inlet water hoses, annotate the
replacement date on the label with a permanent marker.
WASHER CLEANING
Keep your washer as clean and fresh as you keep your
clothes. In order to maintain the interior of your washer
without odors, follow every month the recommended
cleaning procedure as follows:
IMPORTANT: Do not add detergent. Do not use more than the
recommended amount of bleacher to avoid damage to the
product eventually.
3. Close the washer lid.
4. Select the “Whites” cycle, “Hot” temperature and “L” load
size.
5. Press Start/Pause to start the cycle.
NOTE: In order to get the best results, do not stop the cycle. If
it is necessary to stop the cycle, follow the steps of “How to
unlock the lid”.
To cancel the cycle you must press once the Power/Cancel
button.
Bleacher deposit cleaning
Clean the interior of the bleacher compartment with a
clean and damp cloth.
Liquid fabric softener deposit cleaning
NOTE: In order to avoid damage to the washer or clothes, do
not wash garments without the liquid fabric softener in its
place.

CARE DURING VACATIONS AND LACK OF USAGE
Start your washer only when you are at home. If you are
going to move or you are not using it for a certain period
of time, follow these steps:
1.Unplug the washer or disconnect the power supply.
2.Close the water supply to the washer to avoid floods due
to increase of water pressure.
CARE DURING STORAGE AND WINTER
IMPORTANT: In order to avoid damages, install and
keep the washer in a place where it cannot get frozen.
Due to the fact that some water may remain in the
hoses, freezing can damage the washer. If you are
going to store or move your washer during a harsh
winter season, condition it for winter.
Prepare the washer for winter:
1. Close both water outlets; disconnect and drain the water
of the filling water.
2. Pour 1 liter of RV antifreeze in the container and make the
washer start in a cycle of Rinse/Spin during 30 seconds to
mix the antifreeze with the remaining water.
3. Unplug the washer or disconnect the energy supply.
WASHER TRANSPORTATION
1.Close both water faucets. Disconnect and discard the
water from the inlet water hoses.
2.If the washer is going to be transferred during a harsh
winter season, follow the instructions described in “Prepare
the washer for the winter”.
3.Disconnect the draining hose from the drain system and
drain the remaining water in a pot or bucket. Disconnect the
draining hose from the lower part of the washer.
4.Unplug the electric cable.
5.Take the inlet and drain hoses inside the washer tub.
6.Take the electric cable over the border and put it in the
washer tub.
7. Place the packing materials tray for the shipment of the
originals again in the interior of the washer. If you do not
have the packing tray, put clothes or heavy towels in the
opening of the tub. Close the lid and place tape on it through
the front of the washer. Keep the lid adhered with tape until
the washer is in its place.
HOW TO REINSTALL OR USE THE WASHER AGAIN
To reinstall the washer after the lack of use, vacations,
storing during winter or moving:
1. Consult the Installation Instructions to locate, level
or connect the washer.
2. Before using the washer again, start the operation
following the procedure recommended as follows
To use the washer again:
1. Let the water run by the pipes and hoses. Connect the
water inlet hoses again. Open both water faucets.
2. Plug the washer or reconnect the powder supply.
3. Operate the washer in the Color Clothes cycle to clean it
and remove antifreeze, if used. Use the half of the amount of
detergent recommended by the manufacturer for a medium
size load.

then put again the siphon of the

dispenser sits and clean with a
damp cloth removing detergent

En los países mencionados en el párrafo anterior, la Garantía se limita sólo a los productos distribuidos y/o comercializados por las entidades indicadas precedentemente en cada
uno de los países.
En los países listados en el punto 6 exceptuando Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Perú, Puerto Rico y México esta Garantía no es válida sin la firma y
el sello del Distribuidor correspondiente, quien a los efectos de la presente, será responsable directo frente al consumidor final y por lo tanto revestirá el carácter de Garante.
2. Especificaciones técnicas, condiciones de instalación, uso, mantenimiento y reparación:
Las especificaciones técnicas para la correcta individualización del producto, las necesarias para su correcta instalación y funcionamiento, las condiciones y especificaciones de uso,
así como las de su reparación con indicación del lugar en que la misma se hará efectiva el modo de hacer efectiva la Garantía -incluyendo los contactos para la adquisición o compra
de repuestos legítimos – se encuentran detalladas en el presente y en el Manual de Uso del cual este documento es parte integrante.
La solicitud de cumplimiento de esta Garantía se podrá efectuar de forma personal y/o telefónica y/o por correo electrónico al Centro de Atención al Cliente del Garante.
3. Condiciones de validez de la garantía, plazo de extensión y derechos del Beneficiario / Titular
El Beneficiario / Titular de la Garantía tiene derecho a exigir al Garante, quien a su vez se obliga a otorgar al Beneficiario / Titular, en forma gratuita la mano de obra calificada y
piezas de repuestos necesarias para la reparación y el buen funcionamiento del producto garantizado – cuyo modelo y número de serie se indican al pie del punto 5 del presente
documento y/o en la etiqueta del producto y/o en el Manual de Uso que acompaña al mismo del cual el presente Certificado es parte integrante – , siempre que éste deba ser interve-
nido debido a inconvenientes o fallas de funcionamiento del mismo o de sus componentes en condiciones normales de uso.
El término de vigencia de esta Garantía es de un (1) año a partir de la fecha de compra original por el consumidor final del producto garantizado, salvo que la normativa local estable-
ciera excepciones o un inicio del cómputo diferente. Durante dicho período, el Garante asegurará la reparación gratuita del producto en los términos indicados precedentemente.
El Garante se compromete a reparar el producto garantizado en un plazo de treinta (30) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de ingreso de la solicitud de reparación, salvo
eventuales demoras en el embarque de repuestos, cuando los mismos provengan del extranjero o en la falta de provisión y/o existencia de los mismos por razones externas al
Garante En todo caso, se informará al Beneficiario / Titular oportunamente sobre las eventuales demoras que pudieran afectar el plazo de reparación del producto garantizado.
El Beneficiario / Titular de Garantía podrá ceder la misma junto al producto garantizado durante el término de su vigencia este caso, el Garante sólo reconocerá al nuevo Beneficiario
de ella, el tiempo de vigencia pendiente.
La validez y vigencia de la Garantía, están sujetas a que el producto garantizado se destine a un uso exclusivamente doméstico conforme a las demás condiciones establecidas en
este Certificado y a que se utilice en condiciones normales en un todo de acuerdo con las especificaciones, términos y condiciones indicadas en el Manual de Uso del que este
Certificado de Garantía es parte integrante.
Adicionalmente, la validez de la Garantía se encuentra sujeta a que el uso e instalación del producto sea conforme a las instrucciones y recomendaciones establecidas en el Manual
de Uso.
Asegúrese de mantener el producto protegido de los efectos del clima (Ej: calor, humedad, frío, lluvia); verificando no colocarlo a la intemperie.
Antes de instalar o usar el producto asegúrese de leer las instrucciones sobre instalación, uso y mantenimiento que se encuentran en el Manual de Uso del cual el presente Certifica-
do es parte integrante.
4. Esta Garantía sobre el producto garantizado no incluye:
Daños ocasionados por la instalación incorrecta, inapropiada o ilegal del producto.
Daños ocasionados por la instalación y/o corrección de una instalación deficiente efectuada por terceros no autorizados por el Garante.
Daños ocasionados al producto y/o a cualquier otra parte y/o repuesto del producto por voltaje inadecuado, instalaciones eléctricas defectuosas y/o fluctuaciones de la
corriente eléctrica.
Daños ocasionados por el uso incorrecto del producto.
Daños ocasionados por elementos extraños al producto (Ej: monedas, botones, accesorios de ropa, etc)
Daños por el uso indebido de limpiadores químicos o abrasivos, no destinados o no recomendados para la limpieza de electrodomésticos.
Daños en partes de vidrio, porcelana, plásticas, de hule o de goma, pintura y en general los daños o detalles estéticos causados por el deterioro normal del producto o por
su mal uso.
El normal desgaste del producto o de sus accesorios.
Daños causados por accidente o cualquier hecho de la naturaleza o humano que pueda ser considerado como caso fortuito o fuerza mayor.
Daños causados por roedores, insectos o cualquier otro animal.
Daños estéticos.
Daños ocasionados por golpes o caídas, así como los rayones o hendiduras.
Fallas en los bombillos o lámparas en aquellos productos que tengan iluminación interna.
Fallas, daños y/o defectos causados y/o con origen en el transporte y/o manipulación y/o intervención de técnicos y/ o persona y/o cualquier tercero no autorizados por el
Garante.
Las tareas de mantenimiento general del producto, instrucciones de uso o instalación no originadas en fallas y/o no comprendidas en reparaciones derivadas de la exigibili-
dad de la garantía.
Los gastos de fletes / transporte y/o entrega del producto a los efectos de la reparación del producto cuando los mismos no hayan sido autorizados por el Garante.
La reposición de los accesorios que acompañan el producto.
NOTA IMPORTANTE : Cuando la reparación y/o manipulación del producto garantizado fuera realizado por servicios técnicos no autorizados por el Garante y/o por el uso de piezas
no originales, la Garantía otorgada quedará sin efecto alguno.
En los productos a gas o gasodomésticos, la presente Garantía quedará sin efecto cuando la instalación del producto no se haya efectuado de acuerdo a las disposiciones, normas
y reglamentos técnicos vigentes, incluyendo las aplicables al proveedor del servicio de instalación correspondiente, y con las instrucciones del Manual de Uso. Se deja constancia
que la instalación de estos productos deberá hacerse por medio de personal legalmente habilitado para la instalación de este tipo de productos. Es obligación del consumidor
verificar que la empresa y/o las personas contratadas directamente para la instalación de productos a gas o gasodomésticos tengan las acreditaciones exigidas por la normativa y
reglamentación vigente.
El Garante no se hace responsable por ningún daño y/o perjuicio material y/o personal, directo y/o indirecto que pudiesen sufrir el adquirente, consumidor y/o terceros en relación
al producto garantizado, originados en el no seguimiento de las indicaciones establecidas en el Manual de Uso del producto garantizado por la presente y del cual este Certificado
de Garantía forma parte integrante, y en especial originadas en el no cumplimiento de las normas y reglamentaciones de control vigentes en relación a las instalaciones domiciliarias.

La presente Garantía no constituye y en ningún caso podrá ser interpretada como una prórroga o plazo adicional en los términos y condiciones de la garantía legal del producto
establecida por la ley local. La presente Garantía no extiende ni otorga al Beneficiario/Titular de ésta, más derechos que aquellos expresamente señalados en este documento. Ello
sin perjuicio de la garantía legal que cada país reconozca, la que será efectiva según los términos y plazos de la ley local aplicable en caso de divergencias.
La Garantía otorgada reviste el carácter de legal únicamente por el plazo estipulado localmente por ley como tal. En tal sentido, reviste el carácter de convencional respecto del plazo
otorgado más allá del término mínimo exigido por la normativa aplicable en cada país.
Toda intervención técnica / revisión / reparación solicitada por el Beneficiario / Titular dentro del período de vigencia de esta Garantía que no tenga su origen en fallas respecto de
las condiciones de calidad e idoneidad del producto, de conformidad con los términos y alcances de la Garantía, estará a cargo del Beneficiario / Titular de la presente. En tal sentido,
servicios tales como: mantenimiento preventivo, instalaciones adicionales y/o similares así como todos los generados por las exclusiones mencionadas en el punto 4 del presente
Certificado de Garantía serán a cargo del Beneficiario / Titular de la Garantía.
Para los países de Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Perú y Puerto Rico, el Garante proveerá repuestos por un término de cinco (5) años contados desde la adquisición
del producto. Ello siempre que no exista una norma que obligue a una provisión por un plazo distinto - menor o mayor - en cuyo caso se aplicará lo estipulado por dicha normativa.

ATENCIÓN: Esta oferta y Garantía Especial superior – en adelante Ia Garantía Especial – comprende a Ia pieza original – en adelante Ia pieza garantizada – del producto adquirido.
No comprende los costos de mano de obra por el reemplazo de Ia pieza garantizada, el traslado para reparación, los costos de diagnóstico del producto. Lo anterior, exceptuando
a los países de Guatemala, Honduras y República Dominicana en donde la pieza garantizada, los costos de mano de obra por el reemplazo y el eventual traslado del producto para
reemplazo de la misma forman parte de la garantía. En estos casos, los costos de diagnóstico del producto únicamente serán cubiertos en caso de que el resultado del mismo
indique una falla en la pieza garantizada.
Para todos los países no están incluidos en esta Garantía Especial los componentes adicionales o accesorios a la pieza garantizada.
Esta Garantía Especial por ser superior a Ia normalmente otorgada (Ia que encuentra detallada en el Certificado de Garantía del producto adquirido), aplica única y estrictamente a
Ia pieza garantizada original, por lo que no incluye ni implica Ia renovación de esta Garantía Especial respecto de Ia eventual pieza dada como reemplazo de Ia pieza garantizada,
Ia que tendrá su propia e independiente garantía mínima legal, normal y habitual.
Para hacer valer Ia presente Garantía Especial deberá presentarse Ia factura o boleta de compra original del producto al que corresponde Ia pieza garantizada. Para Colombia, Ia
factura será exigible sólo en los casos que Ia normativa local así lo permita.
SUGERENCIA: Lo invitamos a registrar su producto a través de los diferentes medios de contacto de nuestro Centro de Atención al Cliente.
1. Fabricante / lmportador / Comercializador/Garante:
A los efectos del presente Certificado de Garantía, revestirán el carácter de Garante respecto de Ia pieza garantizada:
En Guatemala: Whirlpool Guatemala, S.A.; en México Whirlpool México, S. de R.L. de C.V., en Colombia: Whirlpool Colombia S.A.S.; en Ecuador: Whirlpool Ecuador S.A.; en El
Salvador: Whirlpool El Salvador S.A. de C.V.; en Puerto Rico: Whirlpool Corporation.
En los países mencionados en el párrafo anterior, Ia Garantía otorgada a través del presente Certificado de Garantía se limita sólo a las piezas originales descritas en este documen-
to de productos distribuidos y/o comercializados por las entidades indicadas precedentemente en cada uno de los países.
En Costa Rica, Honduras y República Dominicana, revestirán el carácter de Garante respecto de esta Garantía, el distribuidor correspondiente, no siendo válida Ia presente sin su
firma y/o sello correspondiente.
2. Condiciones de validez de la Garantía:
Especial superior, plazo especial y derechos del Beneficiario / Titular: El Beneficiario / Titular de esta Garantía Especial tiene derecho a exigir al Garante, quien a su vez se obliga a
otorgar por única vez al Beneficiario /Titular, una nueva pieza sin costo y de iguales prestaciones a Ia original en reemplazo de Ia pieza garantizada durante el plazo de vigencia de
esta Garantía Especial, siempre que Ia pieza garantizada deba ser reemplazada debido a inconvenientes o fallas de funcionamiento de Ia misma así como que falle en condiciones
normales de uso del producto.
El plazo especial de vigencia de Ia Garantía Especial otorgada a través del presente es de _10_ años contados a partir de Ia fecha de compra original del producto al que correspon-
de Ia pieza garantizada, por el consumidor final, y aplica única y estrictamente a Ia pieza garantizada original (y no a Ia eventual pieza dada como reemplazo de Ia pieza garantizada).
El Garante se compromete a otorgar Ia pieza de reemplazo – Ia que gozará de garantía mínima legal, normal y habitual según la legislación vigente de cada país – en un plazo de
treinta (30) días corridos, contados a partir de Ia fecha de ingreso de Ia solicitud, salvo eventuales demoras en el embarque de repuestos, cuando los mismos provengan del extranje-
ro o en Ia falta de provisión y/o existencia de los mismos por razones externas al Garante o por caso fortuito o de fuerza mayor.
Durante el primer año de vigencia, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el Certificado de Garantía del producto del que Ia pieza garantizada es parte.
La validez y vigencia de Ia Garantía Especial otorgada a través del presente, están sujetas a que el producto adquirido del que es parte Ia pieza garantizada se destine a un uso
exclusivamente doméstico conforme a las demás condiciones establecidas en este Certificado y a que se utilice en condiciones normales en un todo de acuerdo con las especifica-
ciones, términos y condiciones indicados en el Manual de Uso del producto adquirido. Adicionalmente, Ia validez de esta Garantía Especial se encuentra sujeta a que el uso e
instalación del producto al que pertenece Ia pieza garantizada sea conforme a las instrucciones y recomendaciones establecidas en el Manual de Uso.
Esta Garantía Especial finaliza una vez vencido el plazo de vigencia especial, cuando el producto al que pertenece Ia pieza garantizada haya sido reemplazado o bien cuando se
haya procedido a reemplazar Ia pieza original garantizada por una nueva. En tal sentido, en este último supuesto, Ia pieza nueva que se otorgue no continuará dentro de Ia vigencia
especial de esta garantía ni contará con una renovación de Ia misma en los términos aquí descritos. Es decir, se aplicará Ia garantía regular y mínima que indique Ia legislación. En
el caso de que el producto sea reemplazado, el nuevo producto gozará también de Ia garantía mínima legal según Ia norma de cada país.
La solicitud de cumplimiento de esta Garantía Especial se podrá efectuar de forma personal y/o telefónica y/o por correo electrónico al Centro de Atención al Cliente del Garante.
3. Esta Garantía sobre Ia pieza garantizada no incluye:
Las excepciones de cobertura mencionadas en el Certificado de Garantía del producto al que corresponde Ia pieza garantizada y que lo hayan afectado tales como los daños
ocasionados por Ia instalación y/o uso incorrecto, inapropiado y/o ilegal del producto.
La mano de obra necesaria para el reemplazo de Ia pieza garantizada y/o para el diagnóstico técnico necesario ante Ia falla del producto del que Ia pieza garantizada es parte, con
excepción de Guatemala, Honduras y República Dominicana.
Fallas, daños y/o defectos causados y/o con origen en el transporte y/o manipulación y/o intervención de técnicos y/ o persona y/o cualquier tercero no autorizados por el Garante
sobre producto, Ia pieza garantizada y/o en relación a las piezas de reemplazo en el momento de su colocación por estos técnicos y/o personas y/o terceros no autorizados por el
Garante.
Los gastos de fletes I transporte y/o entrega de Ia pieza de reemplazo, con excepción de Guatemala, Honduras y República Dominicana.
Las piezas mecánicas y/o eléctricas accesorias a Ia pieza garantizada.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: Cuando Ia reparación y/o manipulación del producto y/o pieza garantizada fuera realizado por servicios técnicos no autorizados por el Garante y/o por el uso
de piezas no originales, Ia Garantía Especial otorgada quedará sin efecto alguno.
La presente Garantía Especial no constituye y en ningún caso podrá ser interpretada como una prórroga o plazo adicional en los términos y condiciones de Ia garantía legal del
producto y de sus componentes establecidas por Ia ley local. La presente Garantía Especial no extiende ni otorga al Beneficiario/Titular de ésta, más derechos que aquellos expresa-
mente señalados en este documento. Ello sin perjuicio de los derechos obligatorios que cada país reconozca, los que serán efectivos según los términos y plazos de Ia ley local
aplicable en caso de divergencias.
Ésta garantía Especial se otorga única y estrictamente para las piezas especiales garantizadas señaladas al principio de este documento, de los modelos de producto
que en éste Certificado se indican y adquiridos en los locales indicados en el punto 1 del presente, con validez únicamente en los países indicados.
La Garantía Especial otorgada a través del presente Certificado de Garantía reviste el carácter de legal únicamente por el plazo estipulado localmente por ley como tal. En tal sentido,

ONE YEAR CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY BIG APPLIANCES
WARRANTY VALID ONLY IN THE COUNTRY OF PURCHASE
IMPORTANT : For it to be used, this Certificate of Warranty must be submitted along with the original purchase invoice of the warranted product. In Colombia, invoice will be required
only where local laws allow.

Warranty is not valid without the signature and seal of the applicable Distributor who, for the purposes hereof, shall be directly liable to the final consumer and therefore considered
Warrantor.
2. Technical specifications, installation, use, maintenance and repair conditions:
Technical specifications for the correct identification of the product, for the adequate installation and operation thereof, conditions and specifications of use and repair, indications of
the place where this warranty may be effected and the way in which the Warranty granted on this Certificate of Warranty – including any contacts required for the acquisition or purcha-
se of legitimate parts – are detailed herein and in the applicable User Manual this document is an integral part of. Warranty claims may be submitted personally and/or by telephone
and/or by email to the Warrantor’s Assistance Center.
3. Warranty validity conditions, extended warranty and Beneficiary/Holder rights
The Beneficiary/Holder of the warranty contained in this Certificate of Warranty is entitled to demand Warrantor who in turn agrees to provide the Beneficiary/Holder, free of charge,
with the qualified labor and spare parts required to repair and have the warranted product in good operational conditions – the model and serial number of which are indicated in
section 5 hereof and/or in the product label and/or in the User Manual included with the product this Certificate is an integral part of -- any time the product requires intervention due
to inconveniences or operating failure of the product or any part thereof and whenever the product fails under normal use conditions.
The term of the warranty granted hereby shall be one (1) year commencing on the date final consumer originally purchased the warranted product. During such period, Warrantor
shall ensure free repair of the product in the terms indicated above.
Warrantor agrees to repair the warranted product in a thirty (30) working days, period commencing on the date repair claim is received, except for any occasional delay in spare part
shipping, whenever such spare parts must be brought from overseas or in the event of a lack of supply and/or existence of such spare parts for reasons beyond Warrantor’s control
and in the event an applicable local regulation exists, the term stipulated therein shall apply.
In any case, Beneficiary/Holder will be timely informed about any occasional delays that may affect the repair period of the warranted product. Beneficiary/Holder of the Warranty
contained in this Certificate may assign such Warranty along with the warranted product during the term, in which case, Warrantor will only acknowledge the remaining warranty term
to the new Beneficiary.
The validity and effectiveness of the Warranty granted hereby are subject only to home use of the warranted product, in compliance with other conditions established under this
Certificate and to the use of warranted product under normal conditions in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in the User Manual this Certificate of
Warranty is part of.
Additionally, the validity of this warranty is subject to using and installing the product in compliance with the instructions and recommendations contained in the User Manual.
Keep the product protected from weather factors (e.g. heat, humidity, cold, rain) making sure it is not placed outside.
Before installing or using the product, read the instructions for installation, use and maintenance contained in the User Manual this Certificate is part of.
4. This Warranty of warranted product does not include:
• Damages caused by incorrect, inappropriate or illegal installation of product.
• Damages caused by installation and/or correction of a deficient installation affected by third parties non authorized by Warrantor.
• Damages caused to the product and/or to any part and/or to spare parts thereof due to inadequate voltage, defective electrical facilities, and /or fluctuations of electric current.
• Damages caused by product misuse.
• Damages caused by foreign objects (e.g. coins, buttons, clothing accessories, etc.).
• Damage to the Product as a result of undue use of chemical or abrasive cleaning products not intended or not recommended to clean electrical appliances.
• Damage to parts made of glass, porcelain, plastic, rubber; damage to painting and in general damage (accidental or other) to the Product that is cosmetic due to normal wear and
tear or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear of Product or its accessories.
• Damages caused and/or resulting from the misuse of Product.
• Damages to the Product caused by accident, human or natural acts that may be considered as fortuitous events or force majeure.
• Damages caused by rodents, insects or any other animal.
• Damages caused by strikes, falls, scratches and/or marks.
• Failure of light bulbs or lamps in products with interior lighting.
• Failure, damage and/or defects caused and/or resulting of the transportation and/or manipulation and/or intervention of technicians and/or person and/or any third party non authori-
zed by Warrantor.
• General maintenance of product, use instruction or installation not derived from failure and/or not encompassed in repairs derived from warranty enforceability.
• Shipping/transportation and/or delivery costs incurred in order to have the Product repaired when such costs have not been authorized by Warrantor.
• Replacement of accessories that come with the product.
IMPORTANT WARNING:
Whenever the warranted product is repaired and/or manipulated by technical service unauthorized by Warrantor or whenever such repair is made using unoriginal spare parts, this
Warranty shall be void.
For gas powered appliances, this Warranty shall be void whenever the warranted product is not installed in accordance with currently applicable technical provisions, regulations and
standards, including those applicable to the corresponding installation service provider and in compliance with the User Manual. Products must be installed by personnel legally
qualified to install this type of products. It is the consumer’s responsibility to verify that the company and/or the people directly hired to install gas powered appliances, have the
credentials required under the applicable standards and regulations.
Warrantor does not assume any responsibility for any direct and/or indirect personal and/or material damages to purchaser, consumer and/or third parties related to the warranted
product as a consequence of neglecting the indications established in the User Manual of the product covered by the warranty that this Certificate of Warranty is an integral part of,
and particularly derived from noncompliance with the applicable control standards and regulations regarding home facilities.
This Warranty does not constitute and shall not be construed as an extension or additional term to the terms and conditions of the product warranty legally established under local
laws. This Warranty neither extends nor grants to the Beneficiary/Holder thereof any rights other than those expressly indicated herein.

This without prejudice to the Legal Warranty acknowledged by each country, which shall be effective in accordance with the terms and conditions set under the applicable local laws
in case any differences may arise.
The warranty granted through this Certificate of Warranty shall be legally enforceable only during the term stipulated under the law. In this regard, it shall be conventional in regards
with any term granted beyond the minimum term required under the regulations applicable in each country.
Any technical intervention/service/repair requested by Beneficiary/Holder within the effective term of this Warranty which does not derive from faults in the quality and suitability of the
product, in accordance with the Warranty terms and scope, shall be borne by the Beneficiary/Holder hereof. In this regard, services including: preventive maintenance, additional
installations and/or any similar services as well as those derived from the exclusions mentioned in section 4 above, shall be borne by the Warranty Beneficiary/Holder.
For Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Peru and Puerto Rico, Warrantor shall provide spare part for a five (5) year term commencing on Product purchase date, provided
no regulations requires provision for a different term--shorter or longer--in which case the term stipulated under such regulation shall apply.

ATTENTION: This offer and Superior Special Warranty- hereinafter the Special Warranty- comprises the original part - henceforth the warranted part - of the purchased product. It
does not include the labor costs for the replacement of the warranted part, the transfer for repair, the diagnostic costs of the product. The foregoing, except for the countries of
Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic where the warranted part, the labor costs for the replacement and the eventual transfer of the product to replace it are part of the
warranty. In these cases, the diagnostic costs of the product will only be covered in case the result of the same indicates a failure in the warranted piece.

2. Conditions of validity of the Warranty :
Special superior, special term and the rights of the Beneficiary / Holder: The Beneficiary / Holder of this Special Warranty has the right to demand from the Guarantor, who in turn is
obliged to grant once and for all the Beneficiary / Holder, a new piece without cost and same benefits to the original in replacement of the warranted piece during the term of validity
of this Special Warranty, provided that the warranted piece must be replaced due to inconveniences or malfunctions of the same as well as to fail under normal conditions of use of

The special term of validity of the Special Warranty granted through this is from _10_ years counted from the date of original purchase of the product to which the warranted piece
corresponds, by the final consumer, and applies only and strictly to The original warranted piece (and not the optional piece given as a replacement for the warranted piece). The
Guarantor agrees to grant the replacement part - which will enjoy minimum legal, normal and usual warranty according to the current legislation of each country - within a term of thirty
(30) consecutive days, counted from the date of entry of The request, except for possible delays in the shipment of spare parts, when they come from abroad or in the lack of provision
and / or existence of the same for reasons external to the Guarantor or by fortuitous event or force majeure.
During the first year of validity, the provisions of the Warranty Certificate of the product of which the warranted part is a part shall apply. The validity and term of the Special Warranty
granted through this, are subject to the fact that the purchased product of which the warranted piece is part is destined to an exclusively domestic use in accordance with the other
conditions established in this Certificate and that it is used in conditions normal in a whole according to the specifications, terms and conditions indicated in the User Manual of the
acquired product. Additionally, the validity of this Special Warranty is subject to the use and installation of the product to which the warranted part belongs, in accordance with the
instructions and recommendations established in the User's Manual.
This Special Warranty ends once the special term expires, when the product to which the warranted part belongs has been replaced or when the original part has been replaced with
a new one. In this sense, in this last case, the new piece that is granted will not continue within the special validity of this warranty nor will it have a renewal thereof in the terms
described herein. That is, the regular and minimum warranty that the legislation indicates will be applied. In the event that the product is replaced, the new product will also enjoy the
minimum legal warranty according to the regulations of each country. The request for compliance with this Special Warranty may be made personally and / or by telephone and / or
by email to the Guarantor's Customer Service Center.
3. This Warranty on the warranted piece does not include:
● The coverage exceptions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate of the product to which the warranted piece belongs and that have affected it such as the damages caused by the

● The labor necessary for the replacement of the warranted part and / or for the necessary technical diagnosis before the failure of the product of which the warranted part is a part,
