TROUBLESHOOTING
The washing machine may sometimes not work properly for certain reasons. Before calling the Support Centre, it is
recommended to check to see if the problem can be easily resolved using the following list.
If you experience Possible Causes Solution
Vibration or O-Balance
Vibration, rocking, or “walking” • Feet may not be in contact with the
oor and locked.
• Washing Machine may not be level.
• Load could be unbalanced or too
large.
• The shipping bolts are still in the back
of the washing machine.
• Front and rear feet must be in rm
contact with oor, and washing machine
must be level to operate properly. Jam
nuts must be tight against the bottom of
the cabinet.
• Check oor for exing or sagging. If
ooring is uneven, a 19 mm piece of
plywood under your washing machine
will reduce sound. Do not install washing
machine on a raised wooden platform.
• Avoid tightly packing the load. Avoid
washing single items. Balance a single item
such as a rug or jean jacket with a few extra
items. Item or load not suitable for selected
cycle.
• See “Installation Guide” .

or clogged sink or drain.
• Strainer (or nylon stocking) on end of
drain hose is clogged.
• Tighten ll hose connection.
• Properly seat cold ll hose at washing
machine.
• Check that the drain hose is properly
secured to drain pipe or laundry tub.
• Make sure lter is correctly placed in
the housing. See “Clean the pump lter
regularly.”
• Water can back up out of a clogged
sink or drain pipe. Check all household
plumbing for leaks (laundry tubs, drain
pipe, water pipes, and faucet.)
• Remove strainer/stocking from drain
hose.
