1 Istruzioni per la sicurezza generale
• Non aprire mai lo sportello
né togliere il filtro mentre
vi è ancora dell’acqua nel
cestello. Potrebbero verificarsi
allagamenti e lesioni provocate
dall'acqua calda.
• Non forzare l’apertura dello
sportello di carico bloccato. Lo
sportello si apre immediatamente
al termine del ciclo di lavaggio. Se
lo sportello non si apre, seguire
le istruzioni riportate nella sezione
“Lo sportello di carico non può
essere aperto”. Forzare l’apertura
dello sportello di carico bloccato
può danneggiare sia lo sportello
che il meccanismo di blocco.
• Usare solo detersivi,
ammorbidenti e additivi adatti
alle lavatrici automatiche.
• Seguire le istruzioni sulle
etichette dei prodotti tessili e
sulla confezione del detersivo.
1.2 Sicurezza superfici calde

ATTENZIONE!
• Il vetro dello sportello di carico
si surriscalda con lavaggi alle
temperature più elevate. Pertanto
non lasciare che i bambini
tocchino lo sportello di carico in
vetro durante il lavaggio.
Questa sezione comprende istruzioni
di sicurezza che aiutano a prevenire
gli infortuni e i rischi di danni materiali.
Qualsiasi garanzia risulta nulla se queste
istruzioni non vengono osservate.
1.1 Sicurezza delle
persone e delle cose

ATTENZIONE!
• Non mettere mai
l'elettrodomestico su un
pavimento coperto da tappeto.
Altrimenti la mancanza di
aria sotto l'elettrodomestico
provocherà il surriscaldamento
delle parti elettriche. Ciò può
provocare malfunzionamenti
dell'elettrodomestico.
• Scollegare l'elettrodomestico
quando non è in uso.
• Far eseguire sempre le procedure
di installazione e riparazione
da un agente autorizzato per
l'assistenza. Il produttore non
sarà ritenuto responsabile per
danni che possono derivare da
procedure eseguite da persone
non autorizzate.
• L'alimentazione dell'acqua e
i flessibili di scarico devono
essere montati in modo sicuro e
restare privi di danni. Altrimenti
c'è il rischio di perdite di acqua.

1.3 Sicurezza dei bambini

superiore a 8 anni e da persone
le cui capacità fisiche, sensoriali
e mentali non sono pienamente
sviluppate, o non in possesso
della giusta esperienza e
adeguate conoscenze, a
condizione che queste persone
siano supervisionate o formate
relativamente all'uso sicuro
dell'elettrodomestico e sui rischi
che esso comporta. I bambini
non devono giocare con
l'apparecchio. Le operazioni
di pulizia e manutenzione
non devono essere eseguite
da bambini a meno che non
ricevano supervisione. I bambini
di età inferiore ai 3 anni devono
essere tenuti a distanza a
meno che non ricevano una
supervisione continua.
• I materiali di imballaggio sono
dannosi per i bambini. Tenere
i materiali di imballaggio in
un luogo sicuro lontano dalla
portata dei bambini.

Tenere i bambini lontani

1.4 Sicurezza elettrica

PERICOLO
• Se l'elettrodomestico presenta
un guasto, non deve essere
utilizzato, a meno che non
sia riparato da un agente
autorizzato per l'assistenza. C'è
il rischio di shock elettrico!
• L'elettrodomestico è progettato
per riprendere a funzionare in
caso di ripristino di corrente
dopo un guasto elettrico.
Se si desidera annullare il
programma, vedere la sezione
"Annullamento del programma".
• Collegare l’elettrodomestico
a una presa di messa a terra
protetta da fusibile 16 A. Non
trascurare la possibilità di fare
installare la messa a terra da un
elettricista qualificato. La nostra
azienda non sarà responsabile
dei danni derivanti dall’uso
dell’elettrodomestico senza
la messa a terra conforme ai
regolamenti locali.
• Non lavare mai l’elettrodomestico
versando o cospargendo acqua
su di esso! C’è il rischio di shock
elettrico!
•
Non toccare mai la presa con le
mani bagnate! Non scollegare
mai tirando dal cavo. Premere
sempre sulla spina con una
mano ed estrarre la spina
afferrandola con l’altra mano.

• Il prodotto deve essere
scollegato durante le procedure
d’installazione, manutenzione,
pulizia e riparazione.
• Se il cavo elettrico è danneggiato,
deve essere sostituito dal
produttore, dall’assistenza
autorizzata o una persona con
qualifica simile (preferibilmente un
elettricista) o qualcuno designato
dall’importatore, per evitare
possibili rischi.

3. Uso previsto
• Questo apparecchio è progettato per
un uso domestico. Non è adatto ad un
uso commerciale e non deve essere
usato al di là dell'uso previsto.
• L'elettrodomestico può essere utilizzato
esclusivamente per il lavaggio e il
risciacquo di bucato che in etichetta
preveda tale tipo di lavaggio.
• Il produttore declina ogni responsabilità
che derivi da uso o trasporto non corretti.
• La durata di servizio del prodotto è di 10
anni. In questo periodo, i pezzi di ricambio
originali saranno a disposizione per garantire il
corretto funzionamento dell’elettrodomestico.
•
L’apparecchio è concepito per un utilizzo
domestico e per applicazioni simili, ad esempio:
- zone cucina per lo staff in negozi,
uffici e altri ambienti di lavoro;
- case di campagna;
- utilizzo da parte di clienti in hotel, motel
e ambienti residenziali simili;
- ambienti del tipo bed and breakfast;
- zone comuni in condomini o lavanderie.
2. Istruzioni importanti per
l’ambiente
2.1 Conformità con la Direttiva RAEE
Questo apparecchio è conforme
alla Direttiva UE WEEE (2012/19/
EU). Questo apparecchio
presenta un simbolo di
classificazione per i rifiuti elettrici
ed elettronici (RAEE).
Questo elettrodomestico è stato realizzato
con parti e materiali di alta qualità che
possono essere riutilizzati e sono adatti
ad essere riciclati. Non smaltire, quindi,
l'elettrodomestico con i normali rifiuti
domestici alla fine della sua vita di servizio.
Portarlo a un centro di raccolta per il
riciclo delle apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche. Consultare le autorità locali per
conoscere i centri di raccolta più vicini.
Conformità con la direttiva RoHS:
l'apparecchio acquistato è conforme alla

4.1 Installazione
• Rivolgersi al più vicino agente autorizzato
per l'assistenza per l'installazione
dell'elettrodomestico.
• La preparazione del luogo e le installazioni
elettriche, idriche e dell'acqua di scarico
sul luogo della installazione sono una
responsabilità del cliente.
• Assicurarsi che i flessibili di ingresso
e scarico dell'acqua nonché il cavo
di alimentazione non siano piegati,
schiacciati o strappati quando si riposiziona
l'elettrodomestico dopo le procedure di
installazione o pulizia.
• Far eseguire installazione e collegamenti
elettrici dell'apparecchio dall'agente
autorizzato per l'assistenza. Il produttore
non sarà ritenuto responsabile per danni
che possono derivare da procedure
eseguite da persone non autorizzate.
• Prima della installazione, ispezionare
visivamente l'elettrodomestico per rilevare
la presenza di eventuali difetti. Se è così,
non farlo installare. Gli elettrodomestici
danneggiati rappresentano un rischio per la
sicurezza.
4.1.1 Posizione adeguata di montaggio
•
Posizionare l'elettrodomestico su una
superficie rigida e uniforme. Non collocarlo su
un tappeto con superficie in pile alta o simili.
• Il peso totale di lavatrice e asciugatrice
- a pieno carico - quando sono poste
l'una sull'altra raggiunge 180 kg. Mettere
l'elettrodomestico su una superficie solida e
piana che abbia una sufficiente capacità di
sopportare il carico!
• Non posizionare l'elettrodomestico sul cavo di
alimentazione.
• Non installare l'elettrodomestico in ambienti
in cui la temperatura può scendere al di
sotto di 0ºC.
• Si raccomanda di lasciare uno spazio vuoto
su entrambi i lati della macchina per ridurre
le vibrazioni e il rumore.
• In caso di pavimento graduato, non
posizionare il prodotto vicino al bordo o su
una piattaforma.
•
Non posizionare sulla lavatrice fonti di calore
come piastre elettriche, ferri da stiro, forni, ecc.
4.1.2 Rimozione dei rinforzi dell'imballaggio
Ribaltare la lavasciuga
all'indietro per rimuovere
i rinforzi dell’imballaggio.
Tirare il nastro per
rimuovere i rinforzi
dell’imballaggio.
Non eseguire questa
operazione da soli.
4.1.3 Rimozione dei blocchi di trasporto

Allentare tutti i bulloni con una chiave
adeguata finché non ruotano in modo libero.
2 Rimuovere i bulloni di sicurezza di trasporto
ruotandoli leggermente.
3 Inserire i coperchietti in plastica nei fori
del pannello posteriore, in dotazione nel
sacchetto allegato al manuale utente.

ATTENZIONE!
• Rimuovere i bulloni di sicurezza per il
trasporto prima di azionare la lavatrice!
Altrimenti l'apparecchio si danneggia.

INFORMAZIONI
• Conservare i bulloni di sicurezza per il
trasporto in un posto sicuro per riutilizzarli
nel caso in cui la lavatrice debba essere
spostata di nuovo in futuro.
• Installare i bulloni di sicurezza di trasporto in
ordine inverso alla procedura di smontaggio;
• Non spostare mai l'elettrodomestico senza
avere prima fissato correttamente i bulloni
di sicurezza!

4.1.4 Collegamento della fornitura idrica
C
INFORMAZIONI
• La pressione idrica necessaria per azionare
l'elettrodomestico è compresa tra 1 e 10
bar (0,1 – 1 MPa). Sono necessari 10 – 80
litri d'acqua che fluiscono dal rubinetto
completamente aperto in un minuto perché
l'elettrodomestico funzioni senza problemi.
Collegare una valvola di riduzione della
pressione se la pressione dell’acqua è più
alta.

ATTENZIONE!
• I modelli con ingresso singolo dell'acqua
non devono essere collegati al rubinetto
dell'acqua calda. In questo caso il bucato
si danneggia o l'apparecchio passa in
modalità protezione e non funziona.
• Non usare su elettrodomestici nuovi
flessibili per l'acqua vecchi o usati.
Altrimenti il bucato potrebbe macchiarsi.
1 Serrare manualmente i dadi del tubo
flessibile. Non usare mai un attrezzo per
stringere i dadi.
2 Quando il collegamento al tubo flessibile
è completato, controllare se presenta
perdite ai punti di collegamento, aprendo
completamente i rubinetti. In caso di
perdite, chiudere il rubinetto e rimuovere
il dado. Stringere nuovamente il dado
dopo aver controllato la guarnizione. Per
prevenire le perdite di acqua e i risultanti
danni, tenere i rubinetti chiusi quando non
si utilizza l'apparecchio.
4.1.5 Collegamento del flessibile
di scarico allo scarico
• Collegare l’estremità del flessibile di scarico
direttamente alla fognatura, al lavandino o
alla vasca.

ATTENZIONE!
• La casa potrebbe allagarsi se il flessibile
esce dal suo alloggiamento durante lo
scarico dell’acqua. Inoltre, c'è il rischio
di ustioni dovuto alle alte temperature di
lavaggio! Per prevenire tali situazioni e
accertarsi che la macchina esegua processi
di alimentazione e scarico senza problemi,
fissare saldamente il tubo di scarico.

• Collegare il tubo flessibile di scarico ad un’altezza
minima di 40 cm e massima di 100 cm.
• Nel caso in cui il cavo venga sollevato dopo
essere stato a livello o in prossimità del
pavimento (a meno di 40 cm dal suolo), lo
scarico dell’acqua risulta più difficoltoso
e la biancheria potrebbe uscire ancora
eccessivamente bagnata. Pertanto, seguire
le altezze descritte in figura.
• Per evitare il flusso di acqua sporca che
rientra nell'elettrodomestico e per consentire
uno scarico facile, non immergere
l'estremità del flessibile nell'acqua di scarico
o non tenerla ad una distanza superiore a
15 cm. Accorciarlo se è troppo lungo.
• L'estremità del flessibile non deve essere
piegata, non deve essere calpestata e
non deve essere piegata fra lo scarico e
l'elettrodomestico.
•
Se la lunghezza del flessibile non è
sufficiente, aggiungere una prolunga originale
per flessibili. La lunghezza del tubo non
deve essere superiore a 3.2 m. Per evitare
guasti provocati dalla perdita dell’acqua, la
connessione tra la prolunga del flessibile e
il flessibile di scarico della lavasciuga deve
essere eseguita con un morsetto adeguato
che si mantenga fermo e non perda.

4.1.6 Regolazione dei piedini
A
ATTENZIONE!
• L'apparecchio deve stare su una superficie
pianeggiante e in equilibrio, perché funzioni
in modo più silenzioso e senza vibrazioni.
Mettere in equilibrio l'elettrodomestico
regolando i piedini. Altrimenti l'apparecchio
può spostarsi provocando problemi di
rumori e vibrazioni.
• Non utilizzare alcun utensile per allentare i
controdadi. Potrebbero subire dei danni.
1 Allentare manualmente i controdadi posti
sui piedini.
2 Regolare i piedini finché l'elettrodomestico
non è stabile e in equilibrio.
3. Stringere di nuovo a mano tutti i controdadi
del flessibile.
4.1.7 Collegamento elettrico
Collegare l'elettrodomestico a una presa di
messa a terra protetta da fusibile 16 A. La
nostra azienda non sarà responsabile dei danni
derivanti dall'uso dell'elettrodomestico senza la
messa a terra conforme ai regolamenti locali.
• Il collegamento deve essere effettuato in
ottemperanza ai regolamenti vigenti.
• L’impianto elettrico della presa di corrente
utilizzata deve essere adatto ai requisiti del
dispositivo. Si raccomanda l’uso di un interruttore
differenziale (salvavita) con messa a terra.
• Una volta terminata l'installazione, il cavo di
alimentazione deve essere a portata di mano.
• Se il valore corrente del fusibile o
dell'interruttore in casa è inferiore a 16 Amp,
far installare un fusibile da 16 Amp da un
elettricista qualificato.
• La tensione specifica nella sezione
"Specifiche tecniche" deve essere uguale
alla tensione di rete.
• Non eseguire collegamenti usando
prolunghe o spine multiple.

ATTENZIONE!
• Cavi di alimentazione danneggiati devono
essere sostituiti da un agente autorizzato
per l'assistenza.
4.1.8 Uso iniziale
Prima di cominciare
ad usare
l'elettrodomestico,
assicurarsi di eseguire
tutte le preparazioni
secondo le "Istruzioni
importanti per la
sicurezza
e l’ambiente” e le istruzioni contenute nella
sezione “Installazione”.
Per preparare l'elettrodomestico al lavaggio
del bucato, eseguire la prima operazione del
programma per la pulizia del cestello. Se questo
programma non è disponibile nella macchina,
applicare il metodo descritto nella sezione 4.4.2.

INFORMAZIONI
• Usare un anticalcare appropriato alle lavatrici.
• Potrebbe restare dell'acqua
nell'elettrodomestico in seguito ai processi di
controllo della qualità durante la produzione.
Non è dannosa per l'elettrodomestico.

4.2 Preparazione
4.2.1 Selezione del bucato
• Selezionare il bucato in base al tipo di
tessuto, al colore, al livello di sporco e alla
temperatura di lavaggio consentita.
• Rispettare sempre le istruzioni presenti sulle
etichette dei capi.
4.2.2 Preparazione del
bucato da lavare
• Gli indumenti con accessori in metallo, quali
reggiseni, ferretti, fibbie di cinture o bottoni
metallici possono danneggiare il prodotto.
Rimuovere le parti in metallo o lavare questi
capi ponendoli in una borsa apposita o nella
federa di un cuscino.
• Togliere dalle tasche tutti gli oggetti, quali
monete, penne e graffette, capovolgere le
tasche e spazzolare. Tali oggetti possono
danneggiare l'elettrodomestico o provocare
problemi dovuti al rumore.
• Mettere i capi piccoli, come i calzini dei
neonati e le calze di nylon, in una borsa
apposita o nella federa di un cuscino.
• Mettere le tende all'interno senza comprimerle.
Rimuovere gli accessori dalle tende.
• Chiudere le cerniere, cucire i bottoni allentati
e sistemare strappi e lacerazioni.
• Scegliere il programma corretto per i capi
che recano scritto in etichetta “lavare in
lavatrice” o “lavare a mano”.
• Non lavare insieme capi bianchi e
colorati. I capi in cotone nuovi o di colori
scuri perdono molto colore. Lavarli
separatamente.
• Macchie resistenti devono essere trattate
correttamente prima del lavaggio. Se non si
è sicuri, utilizzare un pulitore a secco.
• Utilizzare solo colori / tinture e agenti
anticalcare adeguati per il lavaggio in
lavatrice. Seguire sempre le istruzioni
indicate sulla confezione.
• Lavare pantaloni e capi delicati girandoli al
rovescio.
• Tenere i capi fatti in lana d’angora nel
congelatore per qualche ora prima del
lavaggio. Questo ridurrà la perdita del pelo.
• Il bucato molto sporco di materiale come
farina, polvere di calcare, polvere di latte, ecc.
deve essere scosso prima di metterlo nel
prodotto. Tali tipi di polvere sul bucato possono
raccogliersi nelle parti interne dell'apparecchio
nel tempo e possono provocare danni.
4.2.3 Suggerimenti per il
risparmio energetico
Le informazioni che seguono aiutano ad usare
l'elettrodomestico in modo ecologico e con
risparmio energetico.
• Utilizzare l'elettrodomestico alla massima
capacità consentita dal programma
selezionato, ma non sovraccaricarlo. Vedere
la tabella “Programma e consumo”
• Seguire sempre le istruzioni per la
temperatura sulla confezione del detersivo.
• Lavare il bucato poco sporco a temperature
basse.
• Usare programmi più veloci per piccole
quantità di bucato poco sporco.
• Non usare prelavaggio e temperature alte
per bucato poco sporco o macchiato.
• Se si desidera asciugare il bucato
nell'asciugatrice, selezionare la velocità
di centrifuga più alta consigliata durante il
programma di lavaggio.
• Non utilizzare più detersivo di quanto
consigliato sulla confezione.
4.2.4 Caricamento del bucato
1. Aprire lo sportello di carico.
2. Collocare i capi di bucato nel prodotto in
modo sciolto.
3 Chiudere lo sportello di carico fino a sentire
un suono di blocco. Fare attenzione a che
non vi siano capi impigliati nello sportello.
Lo sportello di carico è bloccato durante
l'esecuzione dei programmi. Il blocco dello
sportello si apre immediatamente dopo il
termine del programma di lavaggio. Aprire lo
sportello di carico. Se lo sportello non si apre,
seguire le istruzioni riportate nella sezione “Lo
sportello di carico non può essere aperto”.
4.2.5 Corretta capacità di carico
La capacità massima di carico dipende dal
tipo di bucato, dal grado di sporco e dal
programma di lavaggio desiderato.
L'apparecchio regola automaticamente la
quantità di acqua secondo il peso del bucato
che viene posto all'interno.

AVVERTENZA
• Seguire le informazioni della sezione con la
tabella "Programma e consumo". In caso
di sovraccarico, la prestazione del prodotto
peggiora. Inoltre possono verificarsi
problemi di rumore e vibrazioni.

4.2.6 Uso di detersivo e ammorbidente

INFORMAZIONI
• Quando si usano detersivi, ammorbidente,
amido, tinte per tessuti, candeggina
o anticalcare, leggere le istruzioni del
produttore sulla confezione e seguire il
dosaggio consigliato. Usare la tazza di
misurazione, se disponibile.

Il cassetto del
detersivo è suddiviso
in tre scomparti:
– (1) per pre-lavaggio
– (2) per lavaggio
principale
– (3) per ammorbidente
– ( ) inoltre c'è un
sifone nello scomparto
dell'ammorbidente.
Detersivo, ammorbidente e altri detergenti
• Aggiungere il detersivo e l’ammorbidente
prima di avviare il programma di lavaggio.
• Durante il ciclo di lavaggio, non lasciare il
cassetto del detersivo aperto!
• Quando si usa un programma senza
pre-lavaggio, non mettere detersivo nello
scomparto del pre-lavaggio (scomparto n.
"1").
• Quando si usa un programma con pre-
lavaggio, non mettere detersivo liquido nello
scomparto del pre-lavaggio (scomparto n.
"1").
• Non selezionare un programma con pre-
lavaggio se si usa un sacchetto detergente
o una sfera detergente. Mettere il sacchetto
detergente o la sfera direttamente tra il
bucato nell'apparecchio.
• Se si usa detersivo liquido, non dimenticare
di mettere il contenitore per il detersivo
liquido nello scomparto per il lavaggio
principale (scomparto n. “2”).
Scelta del tipo di detersivo
Il tipo di detersivo da usare dipende dal tipo e
dal colore del tessuto.
• Usare detersivi diversi per bucato bianco e
colorato.
• Lavare i capi delicati solo con detersivi
speciali (detersivo liquido, detersivo per lana,
ecc.) indicati unicamente per capi delicati.
• Quando si lavano capi di colore scuro e
trapunte, si consiglia di usare detersivo liquido.
• Lavare i capi in lana con un detersivo
speciale specifico per i capi in lana.

• Usare solo detersivi prodotti
specificamente per lavatrici.
• Non usare sapone in polvere.
Regolazione della quantità di detersivo
La quantità di detersivo da utilizzare dipende
dal volume di biancheria, dal grado di sporco e
dalla durezza dell’acqua.
• Non utilizzare quantità superiori a quelle
indicate sulla confezione del detersivo, per
evitare la formazione eccessiva di schiuma e

Uso di ammorbidenti
Versare l’ammorbidente nello scomparto
apposito del cassetto del detersivo.
• Non superare il contrassegno di livello
(>max<) dello scomparto ammorbidente.
• Se l’ammorbidente ha perso fluidità, diluirlo
con acqua prima di aggiungerlo nello
scomparto del detersivo.

AVVERTENZA
• Non usare detergenti liquidi o altri prodotti
per il lavaggio che non siano ammorbidenti
per tessuti prodotti per lavatrici al fine di
ammorbidire gli indumenti.
Uso di detersivi liquidi
Se l'elettrodomestico contiene un
contenitore per detersivo liquido:
• Posizionare il contenitore del detersivo
liquido nel comparto n. “2”.
• Se il detersivo liquido ha perso fluidità,
diluirlo con acqua prima di metterlo nel
contenitore detersivo.

Se il prodotto è dotato di un componente
detergente liquido:
• Quando si desidera usare il detergente
liquido, tirare il dispositivo verso di sé. La
parte che scende serve da barriera per il
detergente liquido.

Se necessario, lavare il dispositivo con acqua
quando è in posizione oppure rimuovendolo.
• Se si utilizza del detergente in polvere,
il dispositivo deve essere fissato nelle
posizione più alta.
Se l'elettrodomestico non contiene un
contenitore per detersivo liquido:
• Non usare detersivo liquido per il pre-
lavaggio in un programma con pre-lavaggio.
• Il detersivo liquido macchia il bucato se
usato con la funzione di “Ora finale”. Se
si usa la funzione di Ora di fine, non usare
detersivo liquido.
Uso di detersivo in gel e compresse
• Se la consistenza del detersivo in gel è fluida
e il prodotto non contiene un contenitore
speciale per detersivo liquido, mettere il
detersivo in gel nello scomparto del lavaggio
principale durante il primo carico di acqua.
Se l’apparecchio presenta un contenitore
per detersivo liquido, riempirlo di detersivo
prima di avviare il programma.
• Se la consistenza del detersivo in gel non
è fluida o esso è contenuto in una capsula,
metterlo direttamente nel cestello prima del
lavaggio.
• Mettere il detersivo in compresse nello
scomparto lavaggio principale (scomparto
n. "2") o direttamente nel cestello prima del
lavaggio.
Uso dell'appretto
• Aggiungere amido liquido, in polvere
o sostanze coloranti per tessuti nello
scomparto per l'ammorbidente.
• Non usare insieme ammorbidente e
appretto, in un ciclo di lavaggio.
• Pulire l'interno dell'apparecchio con un
panno umido e pulito dopo aver usato
l'appretto.
Uso di un agente anticalcare
• Se necessario, usare anticalcare specifico
prodotto specificamente per lavatrice.
Uso di candeggina
• Selezionare un programma con prelavaggio
e aggiungere la candeggina all'inizio
del prelavaggio. Non versare detersivo
nello scomparto del pre-lavaggio. Come
applicazione alternativa, selezionare
un programma con risciacquo extra
e aggiungere la candeggina mentre
l'apparecchio aspira l'acqua dallo
scomparto detersivo durante la prima fase
di risciacquo.
• Non usare candeggina e detersivo
mescolandoli.
• Usare una piccola quantità (circa 50 ml) di
candeggina e sciacquare i capi molto bene,
perché provoca irritazione della pelle.
• Non versare la candeggina direttamente sul
bucato.
• Non usarla con bucato colorato.
• Quando si utilizza una candeggina a base
di ossigeno, selezionare un programma di
lavaggio a basse temperature.
• La candeggina a base di ossigeno può
essere usata con il detersivo. Tuttavia se la
consistenza non è la stessa del detersivo,
mettere il detersivo prima nello scomparto
n. "2" del cassetto del detersivo e aspettare
finché il detersivo non fluisce quando
l'apparecchio aspira l'acqua. Aggiungere la
candeggina nello stesso scomparto mentre
la macchina sta ancora caricando acqua.

4.2.8 Tempo programma visualizzato
Sul display della lavatrice risulta possibile
visualizzare la durata del programma selezionato.
In base alla quantità di bucato caricata nella
lavatrice, alla schiuma, alle condizioni di carico
sbilanciate, alle fluttuazioni nella fornitura di
corrente, pressione dell’acqua e impostazioni
di programma, la durata del programma viene
regolata automaticamente mentre il programma è
in funzione.
CASO SPECIALE: All’avvio dei programmi Cotone
e Cotone Eco, il display mostra la durata del
mezzo carico, ossia il caso di utilizzo più comune.
Dopo l’inizio del programma, in 20-25 minuti
la lavatrice rileva il carico effettivo. Se il carico
rilevato è superiore al mezzo carico, il programma
di lavaggio sarà regolato di conseguenza e la
durata del programma verrà automaticamente
incrementata. L’utente può seguire questo
cambiamento sul display.

INFORMAZIONI
• Il consumo di acqua ed energia potrebbe variare in base a differenze di pressione, durezza
e temperatura dell'acqua, alla temperatura ambiente, al tipo e alla quantità di bucato, alla
selezione di funzioni ausiliarie e a modifiche della tensione elettrica.
• Quando si seleziona un programma, sul display della lavatrice viene visualizzata la durata del
lavaggio. A seconda della quantità di bucato caricato nella lavatrice, potrebbe esservi una
differenza di 1-1,5 ore tra la durata mostrata sul display e la durata effettiva del programma di
lavaggio. La durata sarà corretta automaticamente subito dopo l’avvio del programma di lavaggio.
• Le funzioni ausiliarie nella tabella possono variare in funzione del modello della lavatrice.
• Le modalità di selezione della funzione ausiliaria possono essere modificate dall'azienda produttrice.
Le modalità di selezione esistenti possono essere rimosse o possono esserne aggiunte di nuove.
• Selezionare sempre la temperatura appropriata più bassa. I programmi più efficienti in termini di
consumo energetico sono generalmente quelli che operano a temperature inferiori e hanno una
durata maggiore.
• La rumorosità dell’apparecchio e il contenuto di umidità residua variano in base della velocità di
centrifugazione: più elevata è la velocità nella fase centrifugazione, più elevato sarà il grado di
rumorosità e più basso sarà il contenuto di umidità residua.

4.3.5 Programmi principali
A seconda del tipo di tessuto, usare i
programmi principali che seguono.
• Cotone
Programma utilizzabile per capi di cotone
resistente, come lenzuola, biancheria da letto,
asciugamani, accappatoi, biancheria intima, ecc.
Premendo il tasto per la funzione di lavaggio
rapido, la durata del programma si riduce
notevolmente, tuttavia conservando le effettive
prestazioni di lavaggio grazie all’intensità dei
movimenti. Senza la funzione di lavaggio rapido
impostata, si assicurano prestazioni di lavaggio e
risciacquo migliori in caso di bucato molto sporco.
• Sintetici
È possibile utilizzare questo programma per
lavare magliette, tessuti misto cotone/sintetici.
La durata del programma è notevolmente ridotta
e sono garantite prestazioni di lavaggio efficienti.
Senza la funzione di lavaggio rapido impostata,
si assicurano prestazioni di lavaggio e risciacquo
migliori in caso di bucato molto sporco.
• Lana / Lavaggio a Mano
Usare questo programma per lavare i capi in
lana/delicati. Selezionare la temperatura idonea
in base a quanto riportato sulle etichette dei
capi. Il bucato sarà lavato con movimenti molto
delicati per evitare danni.
4.3.6 Programmi aggiuntivi
Per casi speciali, sono disponibili programmi
aggiuntivi.

INFORMAZIONI
• I programmi aggiuntivi possono differire in
funzione del modello dell'apparecchio.
•
Eco 40-60
Il programma eco 40-60 è in grado di pulire
bucato di cotone con un normale grado di
sporco dichiarato lavabile a 40 °C o 60 °C,
insieme nello stesso ciclo, ed è utilizzato per
valutare la conformità alla legislazione UE sulla
progettazione ecocompatibile.
Sebbene sia il programma con la maggiore
durata di lavaggio, garantisce un elevato
risparmio idrico ed energetico. La temperatura
effettiva dell'acqua potrebbe risultare differente
dalla temperatura di lavaggio dichiarata.
Quando si carica una minore quantità di bucato
in lavatrice (ad es. metà della capacità o meno),
la durata delle fasi del programma può ridursi
automaticamente. In questo caso, si ridurrà
ulteriormente il consumo idrico ed energetico.
• Hygiene+
Utilizzare questo programma per i tipi di
bucato che richiedono un ciclo di lavaggio
intenso, prolungato, antiallergico e igienico ad
alta temperatura. Un livello di igiene elevato è
garantito dal riscaldamento prolungato e da
una fase di risciacquo aggiuntivo.
• Il programma è stato testato dall’istituto
“VDE” mentre la temperatura era di 20
°C ed è stata certificata la sua efficienza
nell’eliminazione di batteri e muffa.
• Il programma è stato testato da “The British
Allergy Foundation - Allergy UK” mentre
la temperatura era di 60 °C ed è stata
certificata la sua efficienza nell’eliminazione
di batteri e muffa, così come di allergeni.
Allergy UK è il marchio commerciale
della British Allergy Foundation. Il
sigillo di approvazione è stato
progettato per fornire indicazioni
alle persone che desiderano sapere
se il prodotto riduce in modo
significativo la quantità di allergeni nell’ambiente in
cui è installato o se limita/riduce/elimina gli
allergeni. Il suo scopo è fornire prove che i prodotti
sono stati testati scientificamente o esaminati per
fornire risultati concreti.
• Delicati
È possibile utilizzare questo programma per lavare
capi delicati come capi lavorati a maglia o calze
misto cotone/sintetiche. I movimenti di lavaggio in
questo programma sono più delicati. Impostare la
temperatura a 20 gradi oppure utilizzare l’opzione
Lavaggio a freddo per indumenti di cui si desidera
preservare il colore.
•
Xpress / Super Xpress
Usare questo programma per lavare capi in
cotone leggermente sporchi in breve tempo.
La durata del programma può ridursi fino a 14
minuti quando viene selezionata la funzione di
lavaggio rapido. Quando si seleziona la funzione
di lavaggio rapido, si possono lavare massimo 2
(due) kg di bucato.

Capi Scuri / Jeans
Utilizzare questo programma per proteggere il
colore di capi scuri e jeans. Questo programma
offre un’elevata efficienza di lavaggio, grazie a
uno speciale movimento del cestello, persino a
basse temperature. Per il bucato di capi scuri, si
consiglia di utilizzare detersivo liquido o per lana.
Non lavare capi delicati che contengono lana
ecc. in questo programma.
•
Mix 40
È possibile utilizzare questo programma per lavare
cotone e sintetici insieme senza la necessità di
separarli.
•
Camicie
Usare questo programma per lavare insieme
camicie in tessuti di cotone, sintetici e misto
sintetici. Questo programma permette ai capi
di stropicciarsi meno. Quando si seleziona la
funzione di lavaggio rapido, viene utilizzato
l’algoritmo di pretrattamento.
• Applicare il prodotto chimico di
pretrattamento direttamente sugli indumenti,
oppure aggiungerlo al detersivo quando
la lavatrice inizia ad aspirare l'acqua dallo
scomparto di lavaggio principale. In questo
modo, occorrerà molto meno tempo per
ottenere le prestazioni che normalmente
si otterrebbero con un ciclo di lavaggio
regolare. Le camicie dureranno di più.
• Outdoor / Sport
Utilizzare questo programma per lavare
capi sportivi/da esterno che contengono un
misto cotone/sintetico, così come indumenti
impermeabili come il gore-tex. Questo
programma lava il bucato in modo delicato grazie
agli speciali movimenti di rotazione.
• Piumone / Piumino
Usare questo programma per lavare piumoni in
fibra che riportano sull’etichetta la dicitura “Lavabile
in lavatrice”. Per evitare danni all’apparecchio o al
piumone, assicurarsi che il piumone sia caricato
correttamente nell’elettrodomestico. Rimuovere
il copripiumone prima di caricare l’apparecchio.
Piegare il piumone in due prima di inserirlo
nell’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che il piumone non
tocchi il soffietto o il vetro.

INFORMAZIONI
• Non caricare la macchina con più di un
piumone doppio in fibra (200 x 200 cm).
• Non lavare piumoni, cuscini ecc. in cotone
nell’apparecchio.

ATTENZIONE!
• Non utilizzare la lavatrice per lavare
materiali come tappeti, scendiletto, ecc.
in caso contrario, l’apparecchio sarà

Antimacchia
La lavatrice ha un programma speciale per le
macchie che permette di rimuovere diversi tipi di
macchia nel modo più efficiente. Usare questo
programma solo per capi di cotone resistenti
e che non stingono. Non lavare capi delicati o
che stingono con questo programma. Prima del
lavaggio, controllare le etichette dei capi (consigliato
per camicie, pantaloni, pantaloncini, magliette, abiti
per bambini, pigiami, grembiuli, tovaglie, coperte,
copripiumoni, lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno/
da mare, asciugamani normali, calze e biancheria
intima di cotone che possano essere lavati a
lungo e ad alte temperature). Con il programma di
rimozione automatica delle macchie, è possibile
rimuovere 24 tipi di macchie suddivise in due
categorie a seconda della selezione della funzione
di lavaggio rapido. Qui è possibile visualizzare
i gruppi di macchie in base alla selezione della
funzione di lavaggio rapido.
Di seguito si trovano i gruppi di macchie in base alla

• Se il programma non ha raggiunto la fase
di riscaldamento, si può modificare la
temperatura senza portare la macchina in
modalità Pausa.
4.3.9 Selezione della
velocità di centrifuga
Quando si seleziona un nuovo programma,
verrà visualizzata la corrispondente velocità di
centrifuga consigliata sull’apposito indicatore.
Per diminuirla, premere il pulsante Regolazione
velocità di centrifuga. La velocità di centrifuga
diminuisce in modo graduale. Quindi, a seconda
del modello del prodotto, vengono visualizzate
sul display le opzioni “Trattieni risciacquo” e “No
centrifuga”. Quando viene selezionata la funzione
“Nessuna centrifuga”, non si accenderanno le
spie degli indicatori dei livelli di risciacquo.
Trattieni risciacquo
Nel caso non si intenda rimuovere i capi dalla
lavatrice subito dopo la fine del programma, è
possibile usare la funzione In attesa di risciacquo
per mantenere il bucato nell'acqua di risciacquo
finale in modo che non si stropicci quando
non è presente acqua nell’apparecchio. Dopo
questa procedura, se si desidera scaricare
l'acqua senza centrifugare il bucato, premere il
pulsante Avvio/Pausa. Il programma riprenderà a
funzionare da dove è stato interrotto, scaricherà
l’acqua e quindi sarà completato.
Se si desidera centrifugare il bucato trattenuto in
acqua, regolare la Velocità di centrifuga e premere
il pulsante Avvio/Pausa. Il programma riprenderà a
funzionare. L’acqua sarà scaricata, il bucato sarà
centrifugato e il programma terminerà.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se il programma non ha raggiunto la fase di
centrifuga,è possibile modificare la velocità
di centrifuga senza portare la macchina in
modalità Pausa.
• Selezionare il programma per le macchie.
• Nei gruppi di macchie sopra indicati,
individuare il tipo di macchia che si desidera
rimuovere e selezionare il tasto di selezione
della funzione ausiliaria di lavaggio rapido per
selezionare il gruppo pertinente.
• Leggere con attenzione l’etichetta dei capi e
assicurarsi che la temperatura e la velocità di
centrifuga selezionate siano idonee.
4.3.7 Programmi speciali
Per applicazioni specifiche, selezionare uno dei
seguenti programmi.
• Risciacquo
Utilizzarlo quando si desidera risciacquare o
inamidare separatamente.
• Centrifuga + Scarico
Utilizzare questo programma per rimuovere
l’acqua dagli abiti/dall’apparecchio.
Prima di selezionare questo programma,
selezionare la velocità di centrifuga desiderata,
premere il pulsante Avvio/pausa. Per prima
cosa, la macchina scaricherà l'acqua al suo
interno. Quindi, il bucato verrà centrifugato
alla velocità di centrifuga impostata e verrà
scaricata l'acqua strizzata.
Se si desidera solo scaricare l'acqua senza
la centrifugazione del bucato, selezionare il
programma “Centrifuga + Pompa” e utilizzare
il pulsante Regolazione velocità di centrifuga
per selezionare la funzione Nessuna centrifuga.
Premere il pulsante Avvio/Pausa.

• Per il bucato delicato usare una velocità di
centrifuga inferiore.
4.3.8 Selezione della temperatura
Al momento della selezione di un nuovo
programma, sull’apposito indicatore comparirà
la temperatura consigliata per il programma
selezionato.
Per diminuire la temperatura, premere il
pulsante Regolazione temperatura. La
temperatura diminuirà in maniera graduale. Se
si seleziona il lavaggio a freddo, le spie dei livelli
di temperatura non si attiveranno.

4.3.10 Selezione della
funzione ausiliaria
Selezionare le funzioni ausiliarie desiderate
prima di avviare il programma. È possibile
selezionare o annullare le funzioni ausiliarie
adatte all'esecuzione del programma senza
premere il pulsante Avvio/Pausa quando la
lavatrice è in funzione. Per fare ciò, la macchina
deve trovarsi in una fase precedente alla
funzione ausiliaria che si desidera selezionare
o annullare. Se la funzione ausiliaria non può
essere selezionata o annullata, la spia della
relativa funzione lampeggerà 3 volte per
avvertire l'utente.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se prima di avviare la lavatrice si seleziona
una seconda funzione ausiliaria che risulta
in conflitto con la prima, quest’ultima
sarà annullata e rimarrà attiva la seconda
funzione selezionata.
• Non è possibile selezionare una funzione
ausiliaria incompatibile con il programma.
(Vedere la tabella “Programma e consumo”)
• I pulsanti Funzione ausiliaria possono
differire a seconda del modello della
lavatrice.
4.3.10.1 Funzioni ausiliarie
•
Prelavaggio
Conviene effettuare il prelavaggio solo in caso
di bucato molto sporco. Evitare il prelavaggio
consente di risparmiare energia, acqua,
detersivo e tempo.

INFORMAZIONI
• Il prelavaggio senza detersivo è consigliato
per tessuti in tulle e tende.
• Rapido
Selezionando questa funzione, si dimezza la
durata dei relativi programmi.
Grazie all’ottimizzazione delle fasi di lavaggio,
all’importante azione meccanica e al miglior
consumo d’acqua, si otterranno prestazioni di
lavaggio elevate nonostante la durata ridotta.
• Pet Hair Removal
Questa funzione consente di rimuovere i peli
degli animali dagli abiti in maniera più efficiente.
Se si seleziona questa funzione, al programma
regolare si aggiungeranno i programmi
Prelavaggio e Risciacquo aggiuntivo. In questo
modo verrà utilizzata più acqua per il ciclo di
lavaggio al fine di garantire che i peli degli animali
vengano rimossi in maniera più efficiente.
4.3.10.2 Funzioni/Programmi
selezionabili premendo i pulsanti
delle funzioni per 3 secondi
• Pulizia cestello
Per selezionare questo programma, tenere
premuto il pulsante della funzione ausiliaria 1
per 3 secondi.
Usare la funzione regolarmente (ogni 1-2 mesi) per
pulire il cestello e garantire così l’igiene necessaria.
Eseguire il programma quando la lavatrice è
completamente vuota. Per ottenere migliori risultati,
versare dell’anticalcare in polvere per lavatrici nello
scomparto del detersivo n. “2”. Al termine del
programma, lasciare lo sportello di carico socchiuso,
in modo che l’interno della lavatrice si asciughi.

INFORMAZIONI
• Questo non è un programma di lavaggio. Si
tratta di un programma di manutenzione.
• Non eseguire questo programma
quando è presente qualcosa all’interno
dell’apparecchio. Se si tenta di farlo,
l’apparecchio rileverà automaticamente
la presenza di un carico al suo interno e il
programma viene annullato.

• Blocco bambini
È possibile evitare che i bambini manomettano
l'elettrodomestico usando la funzione Blocco
bambini. In questo modo, si potrà evitare
qualsiasi variazione del programma in esecuzione.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se la manopola Selezione programma
viene ruotata quando il Blocco bambini è
attivo, “Con” compare sul display. Quando
il Blocco bambini è attivo, non è possibile
apportare alcuna modifica ai programmi,
alla temperatura selezionata, alla velocità o
alle funzioni ausiliarie.
• Anche se viene selezionato un altro
programma con la manopola Selezione
programma quando il Blocco bambini
è attivo, il programma selezionato in
precedenza continuerà a funzionare.
Per attivare il Blocco bambini:
Tenere premuto il pulsante Funzione ausiliaria 2
per 3 secondi. Tenendo premuto il pulsante per
3 secondi, verranno visualizzati rispettivamente
C03, C02 e C01. Quindi verrà visualizzato “Con”
per avvisare l’utente che il blocco bambini è attivo.
Se si preme un pulsante o si ruota la manopola
Selezione programma mentre il Blocco bambini è
attivo, verrà visualizzato lo stesso avviso.
Per disattivare il Blocco bambini:
Tenere premuto il pulsante Funzione ausiliaria 2 per
3 secondi mentre un programma è in esecuzione.
Tenendo premuto il pulsante per 3 secondi,
verranno visualizzati rispettivamente C03, C02 e
C01. Quindi, verrà visualizzato “COF” per avvisare
l’utente che il blocco bambini è disabilitato.

INFORMAZIONI
• In aggiunta al suddetto metodo, per disattivare
il Blocco bambini, portare la manopola
Selezione programma in posizione Acceso/
Spento quando nessun programma è in
esecuzione e selezionare un altro programma.
• Il Blocco bambini non sarà disabilitato dopo
interruzioni di corrente o scollegamento.
•
AntiPiega+
Se si tiene premuto il pulsante della funzione
ausiliaria 3 per 3 secondi, tale funzione sarà
selezionata e la spia di monitoraggio del programma
in questione si accenderà. Quando questa funzione
è selezionata, il cestello ruoterà per un massimo di
otto ore per garantire che gli abiti non si stropiccino
alla fine del programma. In qualsiasi momento
durante queste otto ore, è possibile annullare il
programma e scaricare la lavatrice. Per terminare la
funzione, premere un pulsante qualsiasi o ruotare la
manopola di selezione del programma. La spia di
monitoraggio del programma rimarrà accesa anche
se si disattiva la funzione premendo un pulsante
qualsiasi. Se si disattiva la funzione ruotando la
manopola di selezione del programma, la spia di
monitoraggio del programma rimarrà accesa o si
spegnerà a seconda del programma selezionato.
Se non si annulla la funzione premendo il pulsante
Funzione ausiliaria 3 per 3 secondi, questa verrà
utilizzata anche nei cicli di lavaggio successivi.
4.3.11 Regolazione dell’orario di fine
La funzione Regolazione orario di fine consente
di impostare l’orario di fine del programma sino
a 19 ore. È possibile aumentare questo orario di
intervalli di 1 ora.

INFORMAZIONI
• Non utilizzare detersivo liquido se è stata
selezionata la funzione Regolazione orario
di fine. Potrebbero rimanere macchie sugli
indumenti.
1. Aprire lo sportello di carico, introdurre la
biancheria e aggiungere il detersivo, ecc.
2. Selezionare il programma di lavaggio, la
temperatura, la velocità di centrifuga e, se
necessario, le funzioni ausiliarie.
3. Premere il pulsante
Regolazione orario di fine
e
selezionare l’orario desiderato.
4. Premere il pulsante Avvio/Pausa. Verrà
visualizzato l’orario di fine posticipato impostato.
Inizierà il conto alla rovescia per l’orario di fine
posticipato. Sul display, “_” si sposterà su e giù
accanto all’orario di fine posticipato.

• Se il programma non è iniziato, è possibile
aggiungere bucato nella lavatrice durante
l’orario di fine posticipato.

5. Alla fine del conto alla rovescia, sarà
visualizzata la durata del programma
selezionato. Il simbolo “_” scomparirà e il
programma selezionato verrà avviato.
Modifica dell’orario di fine posticipato
Se si desidera modificare l’orario durante il
conto alla rovescia: Ruotare la manopola di
selezione del programma per annullare la
funzione di orario di fine posticipato e quindi
impostare nuovamente l’orario desiderato.
1. Premere il pulsante

Se premuto per la prima volta, la durata del
programma verrà arrotondata all’orario con
numero intero più vicino. A ogni pressione
successiva l’orario aumenterà di un’ora.
2. Se si desidera diminuire l’orario di fine
posticipato, premere consecutivamente il
pulsante
Regolazione orario di fine
finché non
viene visualizzato l’orario desiderato.
Annullamento della funzione di fine posticipata
Per annullare il conto alla rovescia dell’orario
di fine posticipato e avviare immediatamente il
programma:
1. Ruotare la manopola Selezione Programma su
un programma qualsiasi. In questo modo sarà
annullato l’orario di Fine posticipata. La spia
Fine/Annulla lampeggerà in modo continuo.
2. Quindi, selezionare di nuovo il programma
che si desidera eseguire.
3.
Premere il pulsante Avvio/ Pausa per avviare il
programma.
4.3.12 Avvio del programma
1. Premere il pulsante Avvio/ Pausa per avviare il
programma.
2. Si accenderà la spia di monitoraggio del
programma che mostra il suo avvio.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se nella fase di selezione non si avvia
nessun programma o non si preme alcun
pulsante entro 10 minuti, le spie del
display si spegneranno. Una volta ruotata
la manopola Selezione programma o
premuto un tasto qualsiasi, le spie del
display si accenderanno di nuovo.
4.3.13 Avanzamento del programma
L'avanzamento di un programma in esecuzione
può essere monitorato grazie all'indicatore di
monitoraggio del programma. All’inizio di ogni
fase del programma, si accenderà la relativa spia
dell’indicatore.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se è stata selezionata la funzione ausiliaria
“Antipiega+”, il LED “Fine” e il LED “Antipiega+”
si accenderanno contemporaneamente mentre
questa fase continua.
• Per terminare il programma mentre la fase
“Antipiega+” è in esecuzione, premere
un pulsante qualsiasi oppure ruotare la
manopola di selezione del programma.
È possibile modificare le impostazioni di
funzioni ausiliarie, velocità e temperatura
senza interrompere il flusso del programma
in esecuzione. Per fare ciò, la modifica che si
intende apportare deve essere un’operazione
che verrà eseguita dopo la fase del programma
in esecuzione. Se la modifica non è idonea, le
relative spie lampeggeranno 3 volte.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se la lavatrice non procede con la fase di
centrifugazione, potrebbe essere attiva la
funzione Trattieni risciacquo o potrebbe
essersi attivato il sistema automatico di
rilevamento di carico non bilanciato a
causa di una distribuzione sbilanciata del
bucato nella lavatrice.
4.3.14 Blocco dello sportello di carico
Sullo sportello di carico della lavatrice è presente
un sistema di blocco al fine di impedirne l'apertura
quando il livello dell'acqua non risulta adeguato.
La spia dello sportello di carico inizierà a
lampeggiare quando l’apparecchio viene portato
in modalità Pausa. L'apparecchio verifica il livello
dell'acqua al suo interno. Se il livello è adatto, la
spia dello sportello di carico si spegnerà e sarà
possibile aprirlo entro 1-2 minuti.
Se il livello non è adatto, la spia dello sportello
di carico resterà accesa e quest’ultimo non può
essere aperto. Se si è costretti ad aprire lo sportello
di carico quando la spia Sportello di carico è
accesa, è necessario annullare il programma
corrente. Vedere “Annullamento del programma”.

Aprire lo sportello di carico in caso

INFORMAZIONI
• In caso di interruzione di corrente, è
possibile usare la maniglia di emergenza
dello sportello di carico sotto la
copertura del filtro della pompa per aprire
manualmente lo sportello di carico.

AVVERTENZA!
• Per evitare fuoriuscita di acqua prima di aprire
lo sportello di carico, accertarsi che non sia
presente acqua all’interno della macchina.
•
Aprire la copertura del filtro della pompa.
• Rilasciare la maniglia di emergenza
dello sportello di carico situata sul lato
posteriore della copertura del filtro.
• Tirare in basso la maniglia di emergenza
dello sportello di carico per aprire lo
sportello di carico. Dopo aver aperto lo
sportello di carico, rimettere la maniglia di
emergenza nella sua posizione originale.
• Se lo sportello di carico non si apre,
riprovare tirando in basso la maniglia.
4.3.15 Modifica delle selezioni
dopo l’avvio del programma
Portare la lavatrice in modalità di pausa
Premere il pulsante Avvio/Pausa per portare
la lavatrice in modalità di pausa mentre è
in esecuzione un programma. La spia del
programma corrente lampeggerà sull’indicatore
di monitoraggio del programma, a indicare che
la lavatrice è passata in modalità di pausa.
Inoltre, quando lo sportello di carico è pronto per
l'apertura, la spia Sportello di carico si spegnerà
insieme all’indicatore della fase del programma.
Modifica delle funzioni ausiliarie, della
velocità e della temperatura
A seconda della fase raggiunta dal programma,
si possono annullare o selezionare funzioni
ausiliarie. Vedere “Selezione di funzioni ausiliarie”.
È inoltre possibile modificare le impostazioni
di velocità e temperatura. Vedere “Selezione
della velocità di centrifuga” e “Selezione della
temperatura”.

INFORMAZIONI
• Se non è consentita alcuna modifica,
l’indicatore corrispondente lampeggerà 3
volte.
Aggiunta e rimozione del bucato
1. Premere il pulsante “Avvio/Pausa” per mettere
l'elettrodomestico in pausa. Lampeggerà la
spia di monitoraggio del programma della
relativa fase in cui la lavatrice è stata portata
in modalità di pausa.
2. Attendere finché non è possibile aprire lo
sportello di carico.
3. Aprire lo sportello di carico e aggiungere o
estrarre il bucato.
4. Chiudere lo sportello di carico.
5. Se necessario, apportare modifiche
alle impostazioni di funzioni ausiliarie,
temperatura e velocità.
6. Premere il pulsante “Avvio/Pausa” per
avviare la lavatrice.

4.4 Manutenzione e pulizia
La vita di servizio dell'elettrodomestico è più lunga
e i problemi affrontati di frequente diminuiscono se
si esegue la pulizia ad intervalli regolari.
4.4.1 Pulizia del cassetto del detersivo
Pulire il cassetto del
detersivo ad intervalli
regolari (ogni 4-5 cicli di
lavaggio) come mostrato
di seguito per evitare
l'accumulo di polvere di
detersivo nel tempo.
Sollevare la parte posteriore del sifone per
rimuoverlo, come illustrato.
Se una quantità d’acqua o una miscela
di ammorbidente superiore al normale
inizia ad accumularsi nello scomparto
dell’ammorbidente, è necessario pulire il sifone.
1 Premere il punto colorato sul sifone
all’interno del comparto destinato
all’ammorbidente e premere sino a quando
il comparto fuoriesce dall'elettrodomestico.
2. Lavare il cassetto del detersivo e il sifone
con abbondante acqua tiepida in un
lavandino. Per evitare che i residui entrino a
contatto con la pelle, pulirli con una spazzola
adeguata utilizzando un paio di guanti.
3 Reinserire il cassetto dopo la pulizia ed
assicurarsi che sia posizionato bene.
4.4.2 Pulizia dello sportello
di carico e del cestello
Per apparecchi dotati di programma di
pulizia del cestello, vedere Funzionamento
dell'apparecchio - Programmi.

INFORMAZIONI
• Ripetere la procedura di pulizia del cestello
ogni 2 mesi.
• Usare un detergente/anticalcare
appropriato alle lavatrici.
Dopo ogni lavaggio,
assicurarsi che nessuna
sostanza estranea resti nel
cestello.
Se i fori del soffietto mostrato nella figura sono
bloccati, aprirli usando uno stuzzicadenti.
4.3.16 Annullamento del programma
Per annullare il programma, ruotare la manopola
Selezione programma per selezionare un altro
programma. Il programma precedente sarà
annullato. La spia Fine/Annulla lampeggerà
in modo continuo per avvisare l’utente che il
programma è stato annullato.
Quando si ruota la manopola Selezione
programma, la lavatrice completerà il programma
ma non scaricherà l'acqua al suo interno.
Quando si seleziona e si avvia un nuovo
programma, il programma appena selezionato
si avvierà a seconda della fase in cui era stato
annullato il programma precedente. Per esempio,
la lavatrice potrebbe aspirare acqua aggiuntiva o
continuare a lavare con l'acqua al suo interno.

INFORMAZIONI
• A seconda della fase in cui è stato
annullato il programma, potrebbe essere
necessario aggiungere di nuovo detersivo
e ammorbidente per il programma appena
selezionato.
4.3.17 Fine del programma
Al termine del programma verrà visualizzato “Fine”.
1. Attendere finché la spia dello sportello di
carico non si spegne completamente.
2. Per spegnere la lavatrice, portare la manopola
di selezione del programma in posizione On/Off.
3. Estrarre il bucato e chiudere lo sportello
di carico. La lavatrice è ora pronta per il
successivo ciclo di lavaggio.
4.3.18 Lavatrice con funzione
“Modalità Pausa”
Dopo avere utilizzato il pulsante On/Off per
accendere la lavatrice, se non si avvia alcun
programma nella fase di selezione o se non
si esegue alcuna procedura entro 10 minuti
dopo il termine del programma selezionato, la
lavatrice passerà automaticamente alla modalità
risparmio energetico. Inoltre, se l'apparecchio
è dotato di un display che mostra la durata del
programma, questo si spegnerà completamente.
Se si ruota la manopola Selezione Programma
o si tocca un pulsante qualsiasi, le spie e il
display torneranno nella posizione precedente.
Quando si esce dalla modalità di risparmio
energia, le selezioni effettuate possono variare.
Controllare che le selezioni siano corrette prima
di avviare il programma. Se necessario, regolarle
nuovamente.Non si tratta di un errore.

INFORMAZIONI
• Sostanze metalliche estranee provocano
macchie di ruggine al cestello. Pulire
le macchie sulla superficie del cestello
usando agenti di pulizia per acciaio inox.

AVVERTENZA
• Non usare mai lana di acciaio o metallica.
Questi danneggerebbero le superfici in
plastica, cromate e smaltate.
4.4.3 Pulizia del corpo e del
pannello di controllo
Pulire il corpo della lavasciuga con acqua
saponata o detersivo delicato in gel non
corrosivo quando necessario e asciugare con
un panno morbido.
Usare solo un panno morbido e umido per
pulire il pannello di controllo.
4.4.4 Pulire i filtri di
ingresso dell'acqua
C'è un filtro nella parte terminale di ciascuna
valvola di immissione dell’acqua sul lato
posteriore della lavasciuga e anche alla fine di
ciascun flessibile di immissione dell’acqua, nel
punto di collegamento al rubinetto. Questi filtri
evitano che le sostanze estranee e lo sporco
dell'acqua entrino nella lavasciuga. I filtri
devono essere puliti quando si sporcano.
1. Chiudere il rubinetto.
2. Rimuovere i dadi dei flessibili di ingresso
dell’acqua per accedere ai filtri delle valvole
di ingresso dell’acqua. Pulirli con una
spazzola appropriata. Se i filtri sono troppo
sporchi, rimuoverli dalla loro posizione con
una pinza e pulirli in questo modo.
3. I filtri sull'estremità piatta dei flessibili di
ingresso dell'acqua devono essere estratti a
mano con le relative guarnizioni e puliti sotto
l'acqua corrente.
4. Sostituire guarnizioni e filtri correttamente e
quindi serrare manualmente i dadi.
4.4.5 Eliminare eventuale acqua
residua e pulire il filtro della pompa
Il sistema filtro della lavasciuga evita che gli
oggetti solidi come bottoni, monete e fibre
si blocchino nella pompa durante lo scarico
dell'acqua di lavaggio. Così l'acqua sarà
scaricata senza problemi e la vita di servizio
della pompa si allunga.
Se la lavasciuga non scarica l’acqua, il filtro
della pompa è intasato. Il filtro deve essere
pulito ogni volta che si intasa o ogni 3 mesi.
Per pulire il filtro della pompa è necessario
scaricare l’acqua.
Inoltre, prima di trasportare la lavasciuga
(per es., quando si trasloca) ed in caso di
congelamento dell'acqua, l'acqua potrebbe
dover essere scaricata completamente.
A
ATTENZIONE!
• Sostanze estranee che restano nel filtro
della pompa possono danneggiare la
lavatrice o provocare problemi di rumori.
• Se l'apparecchio non è in uso, chiudere
il rubinetto, staccare il flessibile di
alimentazione e scaricare l'acqua
dall'apparecchio per evitare qualsiasi
possibilità di congelamento.
• Dopo ogni uso, chiudere il rubinetto al
quale è collegato il flessibile di rete.
Per pulire il filtro sporco e scaricare l’acqua:
1 Scollegare la lavasciuga per interrompere
l’alimentazione.

ATTENZIONE!
• La temperatura dell'acqua interna alla
lavasciuga può arrivare fino a 90 ºC. Per
evitare il rischio di ustioni, pulire il filtro
dopo il raffreddamento dell'acqua interna
all'apparecchio.
2. Aprire il coperchio del filtro.

5 Ricerca e risoluzione dei
problemi
Il programma non si avvia dopo la chiusura dello sportello.
• Pulsante avvio/pausa/annulla non premuto. >>> *Premere
il pulsante Avvio / Pausa / Annulla.
• Potrebbe essere difficile chiudere lo sportello di carico in
caso di carico eccessivo. >>> Ridurre la quantità di bucato
e accertarsi che lo sportello di carico sia ben chiuso.
Impossibile avviare o selezionare il programma.
• La lavatrice potrebbe essere in modalità protezione
automatica a causa di problemi alla fornitura (tensione
della griglia, pressione dell'acqua, ecc.). >>> Per
annullare il programma, ruotare la manopola di selezione
del programma per selezionare un altro programma.
Il programma precedente viene annullato (vedere
"Annullamento del programma")
Acqua nella lavatrice.
• Potrebbe restare dell'acqua nell'elettrodomestico in seguito ai
processi di controllo della qualità durante la produzione. >>>
Questo non è un guasto; l'acqua non è pericolosa per la lavatrice.
L'apparecchio entra in modalità di stand-by dopo
l'avvio del programma o non aspira l'acqua.
• TIl rubinetto è chiuso. >>> Aprire i rubinetti.
• Il flessibile di ingresso dell'acqua è piegato. >>>
Raddrizzare il flessibile.
• Il filtro di ingresso dell'acqua è intasato. >>> Pulire il filtro.
• Lo sportello di carico potrebbe essere aperto. >>>
Chiudere lo sportello.
• La connessione idrica potrebbe essere errata o potrebbe
non esserci alimentazione (quando l'alimentazione idrica
è interrotta, i LED di lavaggio o risciacquo lampeggiano).
>>> Controllare la connessione idrica. Se non vi è
alimentazione idrica, premere il pulsante Avvio/Pausa
dopo il ripristino dell'alimentazione, per riprendere il
funzionamento dalla modalità di stand-by.
La lavatrice non scarica l'acqua.
• Il flessibile di scarico dell’acqua potrebbe essere intasato o
attorcigliato. >>> Pulire o appiattire il flessibile.
• Il filtro della pompa è intasato. >>> Pulire il filtro della pompa.
La lavatrice vibra o fa rumore.
• L'elettrodomestico potrebbe non essere in equilibrio. >>>
Regolare i piedini per livellare la lavatrice.
• Una sostanza dura potrebbe essere entrata nel filtro della

3 Seguire le procedure sotto per scaricare
l’acqua.
L'elettrodomestico ha un flessibile di scarico di
emergenza, per scaricare l'acqua:
a Estrarre il flessibile di scarico di emergenza
dal suo alloggiamento.
b Disporre un ampio contenitore all’estremità
del flessibile. Scaricare l’acqua del
contenitore, tirando la presa all'estremità
del flessibile. Quando il contenitore è
pieno, bloccare l'ingresso del flessibile
riposizionando il tappo. Quando il
contenitore si è svuotato, ripetere la
procedura suddetta per scaricare
completamente l'acqua dalla lavasciuga.
c Quando lo scarico dell'acqua è completato,
chiudere l'estremità di nuovo usando il
tappo e fissare il flessibile in posizione.
d Ruotare e rimuovere il filtro della pompa.
4. Eliminare eventuali residui nel filtro, o eventuali
fibre, attorno all'area del rotore della pompa.
5. Sostituire il filtro.
6. Se il coperchio del filtro si compone di due
elementi, chiuderlo premendo sulla linguetta.
Se si compone di un unico elemento, per
prima cosa sistemare le linguette nella parte
inferiore in posizione e poi premere la parte
superiore per chiudere.

La lavatrice si è fermata subito dopo l’avvio del
programma.
• L'elettrodomestico può fermarsi occasionalmente a causa
di bassa tensione. >>> Riprenderà a funzionare quando la
tensione sarà stata riportata a livelli normali.
La lavatrice scarica direttamente l'acqua che aspira.
• Il flessibile di scarico potrebbe non essere all'altezza giusta.
>>> Collegare il flessibile di scarico dell’acqua come
descritto nel manuale operativo.
Non si vede acqua nell’elettrodomestico durante il
lavaggio.
• Il livello dell’acqua non è visibile dall’esterno
dell'elettrodomestico. >>> Questo non è un guasto.
Lo sportello di carico non può essere aperto.
• Il blocco dello sportello è attivato a causa del livello di acqua
nell'elettrodomestico. >>> Scaricare l'acqua eseguendo il
programma pompa o centrifuga.
• L'elettrodomestico sta riscaldando l’acqua o si trova nel
ciclo di centrifuga. >>> Attendere finché il programma è
completato.
• Il blocco bambini è attivato. Il blocco dello sportello sarà
disattivato un paio di minuti dopo la fine del programma.
>>> Aspettare un paio di minuti per disattivare il blocco
dello sportello.
• Lo sportello di carico potrebbe essere inceppato a causa
della pressione a cui è soggetto. >>> Afferrare la maniglia e
spingere e tirare lo sportello di carico per rilasciarlo e aprirlo.
• Se l’alimentazione è assente, lo sportello di carico del prodotto
non si apre. >>>
Per aprire lo sportello di carico, aprire il
tappo del filtro della pompa e usare la maniglia di emergenza
situata sulla parte posteriore del tappo. Vedere “Aprire lo
sportello di carico in caso di interruzione della corrente”.
Il lavaggio dura più del tempo specificato nel manuale.(*)
• La pressione dell'acqua è bassa. >>> La lavasciuga
attende fino a quando non ha caricato una quantità
adeguata di acqua per evitare una qualità di lavaggio
inadeguata a causa della diminuzione della quantità di
acqua. Pertanto i tempi di lavaggio si allungano.
• La tensione potrebbe essere bassa. >>> Il tempo di
lavaggio è prolungato per evitare risultati scadenti quando
la tensione di alimentazione è bassa.
• La temperatura di ingresso dell’acqua potrebbe essere

si allunga durante le stagioni fredde. Inoltre, il tempo di
lavaggio può essere prolungato per evitare risultati scadenti.
• Il numero dei risciacqui e/o la quantità dell’acqua di risciacquo
potrebbero essere aumentati. >>> L'apparecchio aumenta
la quantità di acqua di risciacquo quando è necessario un
buon risciacquo e aggiunge una fase extra di risciacquo se
necessario.
• Potrebbe essersi formata schiuma in eccesso e potrebbe
essersi attivato un sistema di assorbimento schiuma a
causa del troppo detersivo usato. >>> Usare la quantità di
detersivo consigliata.
Il tempo del programma non esegue il conto alla

• Il timer potrebbe arrestarsi durante il carico dell'acqua.
>>> L'indicatore del timer non esegue il conto alla
rovescia finché la lavasciuga non carica una quantità
adeguata di acqua. La lavasciuga resta in attesa fino a
quando viene raggiunta una quantità di acqua sufficiente
per evitare risultati di lavaggio inadeguati a causa della
mancanza d’acqua. L'indicatore del timer riprende il conto
alla rovescia dopo ciò.
• Il timer potrebbe arrestarsi durante la fase di riscaldamento.

1 General safety instructions
• While there is still water inside
the product, never open the
loading door or remove the filter.
Otherwise, risk of flooding and
injury from hot water will occur.
• Do not force open the locked
loading door. The door will
open immediately after the

4.1 Installation
• Apply to the nearest authorised service
agent for the installation of your product.
• Preparation of the location and electrical,
tap water and waste water installations at
the place of installation is under customer's
responsibility.
• Make sure that the water inlet and discharge
hoses as well as the power cable are not
folded, pinched or crushed while pushing
the product into its place after installation or
cleaning procedures.
• Make sure that the installation and electrical
connections of the product are performed
by authorised service. Manufacturer shall
not be held liable for damages that may
arise from procedures carried out by
unauthorised persons.
• Prior to installation, visually check if the
product has any defects on it. If so, do not
have it installed. Damaged products cause
risks for your safety.
4.1.1 Appropriate installation location
• Place the product on a hard and level floor.
Do not put it onto a carpet with high pile or
other similar surfaces.
• When the washing machine and dryer are
placed on top of each other, their total
weight –when loaded– amounts to 180 kg.
Place the product on a solid and flat floor
that has sufficient load carrying capacity!
• Do not place the product on the power cable.
• Do not install the product in the
environments where the temperature falls
below 0 ºC.
• Leaving a gap at the sides of the machine is
suggested to reduce vibration and noise
• On a graduated floor, do not place the
product next to the edge or on a platform.
• Do not place heat sources such as Hobs,
Irons, Ovens, etc. on the washing machine
and do not use them on the product.
4.1.2 Removing packaging reinforcement

transportation locks
1. Loosen all bolts with an appropriate wrench

containing the user manual to the openings
on the rear panel.

before operating the washing machine!

be connected to the hot water tap. In such
a case the laundry will get damaged or the
product will switch to protection mode and
will not operate.

1 Tighten the nuts of the hose by hand.
Never use a tool when tightening the nuts.
2 When hose connection is completed,
check whether there is leak problems at the
connection points by opening the taps fully. If
any leaks occur, turn off the tap remove the
nut. Retighten the nut carefully after checking
the seal. In order to prevent the water leaks
and resultant damages, keep the taps closed
when you do not use the product.
4.1.5 Connecting the drain
hose to the drain
• Attach the end of the drain hose directly to
waste water drain, lavatory or bathtub.
A
CAUTION!
• Your drain house will be flooded if the
hose comes out of its housing during
water discharge. Moreover, there is risk of
scalding due to high washing temperatures!
In order to prevent such situations and
make sure that the machine performs water
intake and discharge processes without
any problem, fix the drain hose securely.
40 cm
100 cm
• Connect the drain hose to a minimum height
of 40 cm and a maximum height of 100 cm.
• In case the drain hose is elevated after laying
it on the floor level or close to the ground
(less than 40 cm above the ground), water
discharge becomes more difficult and the
laundry may come out excessively wet.
Therefore, follow the heights described in
the figure.
• To prevent the waste water to go back
into the machine again and to ensure easy
drainage, do not immerse the end of the
hose into the waste water or do not insert
it into the drain for more than 15 cm. If it is
too long, cut it short.
• The end of the hose should not be bent,
it should not be stepped on and the hose
must not be pinched between the drain and
the machine.
• If the length of the hose is too short, use
it by adding an original extension hose.
Length of the hose may not be longer than
3.2 m. To avoid water leak failures, the
connection between the extension hose and
the drain hose of the product must be fitted
well with an appropriate clamp as not to
come off and leak.
4.1.6 Adjusting the feet
A
CAUTION!
• In order to ensure that the product
operates more silently and vibration-free, it
must stand level and balanced on its feet.
Balance the machine by adjusting the feet.
Otherwise, the product may move from
its place and cause crushing and vibration
problems.
• Do not use any tools to loosen the lock
nuts. Otherwise, they will get damaged.

2 Adjust the feet until the product stands in a
stable and balanced way.
3. Tighten all lock nuts by hand again.
4.1.7 Electrical connection
Connect the product to a grounded outlet
protected by a 16 A fuse. Our company shall
not be liable for any damages that will arise
when the product is used without grounding in
accordance with the local regulations.
• Connection must comply with national regulations.

• The wiring for the electrical outlet circuit
must be sufficient to meet the appliance
requirements. Use of a Groud Fault Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI) is recommended.
• Power cable plug must be within easy reach
after installation.
• If the current value of the fuse or breaker
in the house is less than 16 Amps, have a
qualified electrician install a 16 Amp fuse.
• The voltage specified in the "Technical
specifications" section must be equal to
your mains voltage.
• Do not make connections via extension
cables or multi-plugs.

4.1.8 Initial use
Before starting to
use the product
make sure that
the preparations
are made which
are in line with the
“Important Safety
and Environment Instructions” and the
instructions in the “Installation” section.
To prepare the product for washing laundry,
perform first operation in Drum Cleaning
programme. If this program is not available
in your machine, apply the method which is
described in the section 4.4.2.

INFORMATION
• Use an anti-limescale suitable for the
washing machines.
• Some water might have remained in
the product due to the quality control
processes in the production. It is not
harmful for the product.
4.2 Preparation
4.2.1 Sorting the laundry
• Sort laundry according to type of fabric,
color, and degree of soiling and allowable
water temperature.
• Always observe the instructions given on
the garment care labels.
4.2.2 Preparing laundry for washing
• Laundry items with metal attachments
such as, underwiring, belt buckles or metal
buttons will damage the product. Remove
the metal pieces or wash such clothes by
putting them in a laundry bag or pillow case.
• Take out all substances in the pockets such
as coins, pens and paper clips, and turn
pockets inside out and brush. Such objects
may damage the product or cause noise
problem.
• Put small size clothes such as infant's socks
and nylon stockings in a laundry bag or
pillow case.
• Place curtains in without compressing them.
Remove curtain attachment items.
• Fasten zippers, sew loose buttons and
mend rips and tears.
• Wash “Machine washable” or “Hand
washable” labeled products only with an
appropriate programme.
• Do not wash colours and whites together.
New, dark coloured cottons release a lot of
dye. Wash them separately.
• Tough stains must be treated properly
before washing. If unsure, check with a dry
cleaner.
• Only use the dyes / color changers and
descaling agents which are appropriate
for machine wash. Always follow the
instructions on the package.
• Wash trousers and delicate laundry turned
inside out.
• Keep laundry items made of Angora wool in
the freezer for a few hours before washing.
This will reduce piling.
• Laundry that are subjected to materials
such as flour, lime dust, milk powder, etc.
intensely must be shaken off before placing
into the product. Such dusts and powders
on the laundry may build up on the inner
parts of the product in time and can cause
damage.

4.2.3 Tips for energy and water saving
Following information will help you use the
product in an ecological and energy/water-
efficient manner.
• Operate the product in the highest load
capacity allowed for the programme you
have selected, but do not overload. See,
“Programme and consumption table”.
• Observe the temperature instructions on the
detergent packaging.
• Wash slightly soiled laundry at low
temperatures.
• Use faster programmes for small quantities
of lightly soiled laundry.
• Do not use prewash and high temperatures
for laundry that is not heavily soiled or
stained.
• If you plan to dry your laundry in a dryer,
select the highest spin speed recommended
during washing process.
• Do not use more detergent than the
recommended on the detergent packaging.
4.2.4 Loading the laundry
1. Open the loading door.
2. Put the laundry items into the product in a
loose manner.
3 Push the loading door to close until you
hear a locking sound. Ensure that no items
are caught in the door. The loading door is
locked while a programme is running. The
door lock will open immediately after the
washing programme has ended. Then you
can open the loading door. If the door does
not open, apply the solutions provided for
"Loading door cannot be opened." error in
the Troubleshooting section.
4.2.5 Correct load capacity
The maximum load capacity depends on the
type of laundry, the degree of soiling and the
desired washing programme.
The product automatically adjusts the water
amount according to the weight of the laundry
put inside it.

• Comply with the information in the section
“Programme and consumption table”.
When overloaded, product’s washing
performance will drop. Moreover, noise and
vibration problems may occur.
4.2.6 Using detergent and softener

• When using detergent, softener, starch,
fabric dye, bleach and descaling agents;
read the manufacturer’s instructions written
on the package and follow the dosages
specified. Use measuring cup if available.

The detergent drawer
is composed of three
compartments:
– (1) for prewash
– (2) for main wash
– (3) for softener
– ( ) in addition, there
is a siphon piece in the
softener compartment.
Detergent, softener and other cleaning agents
• Add detergent and softener before starting
the washing programme.
• While the washing cycle is in progress, do
not leave the detergent drawer open!
• When using a programme without prewash,
do not put any detergent into the prewash
compartment (compartment no. "1").
• In a programme with prewash, do not
put liquid detergent into the prewash
compartment (compartment no. "1").
• Do not select a programme with prewash if
you are using a detergent bag or dispensing
ball. Place the detergent bag or the
dispensing ball directly among the laundry in
the product.
• If you are using liquid detergent, do
not forget to place the liquid detergent
container into the main wash compartment
(compartment no. “2”).
Choosing the detergent type
Detergent type to be used depends on the
washing programme, fabric type and color.
• Use different detergents for coloured and
white laundry.
• Wash your delicate clothes only with special
detergents (liquid detergent, wool shampoo,
etc.) intended solely for delicate clothes and
at suggested programmes.
• When washing dark coloured clothes and
quilts, it is recommended to use liquid
detergent.

• All recommendations about detergents are
valid for selectable temperature range of
programmes.

Adjusting detergent amount
The amount of washing detergent to be used
depends on the amount of laundry, the degree
of soiling and water hardness.
• Do not use amounts exceeding the dosage
quantities recommended on the detergent
package to avoid problems of excessive
foam, poor rinsing, financial savings and
finally, environmental protection.
• Use less detergent for smaller loads, lightly
soiled clothes or when using short duration
programmes especially in soft water areas.
Using softeners
Pour the softener into the softener
compartment of the detergent drawer.
• Do not exceed the (>max<) level sign on the
softener compartment.
• If the softener has lost its fluidity, dilute it
with water before adding it in the detergent
compartment.

WARNING
• Do not use liquid detergents or other cleaning
products other than fabric softeners produced
for washing machines to soften the clothes.
Using liquid detergents
If the product contains a liquid detergent cup:
• Put the liquid detergent container into the
compartment no “2”.
• If the liquid detergent lost its fluidity, dilute
it with water before putting it into the
detergent container.

If the product is equipped with a liquid
detergent part:
• When you want to use liquid detergent, pull
the apparatus towards yourself. The part
that falls down will serve as a barrier for the
liquid detergent.
• If required, clean the apparatus with water
when it is in place or by removing it.
• If you will use powder detergent, the
apparatus must be secured at top position.
If the product does not contain a liquid
detergent cup:
• Do not use liquid detergent for the prewash
in a programme with prewash.
• Liquid detergent stains your clothes when
used with "End Time" function to started
delayed. If you are going to use the End
Time function, do not use liquid detergent.
Using gel and tablet detergent
• If the gel detergent thickness is fluidal and
your product does not contain a special
liquid detergent container, put the gel
detergent into the main wash detergent
compartment during first water intake. If
your product contains a liquid detergent
container, fill the detergent into this
container before starting the programme.
• If the gel detergent thickness is not fluidal or
in the shape of capsule liquid tablet, put it
directly into the drum before washing.
• Put tablet detergents into the main wash
compartment (compartment no. "2") or
directly into the drum before washing.
Using starch
• Add liquid starch, powder starch or the
dyestuff into the softener compartment.
• Do not use softener and starch together in a
washing cycle.
• Wipe the inside of the product with a damp
and clean cloth after using starch.
Using limescale remover
• When required, use limescale removers
manufactured specifically for washing
machines only.

Using bleaches
• Select a programme with prewash and add
the bleach at the beginning of the prewash.
Do not put detergent in the prewash
compartment. As an alternative application,
select a programme with extra rinse and
add the bleach while the product is taking
water from the detergent compartment
during first rinsing step.
• Do not use bleach and detergent by mixing
them.
• Use just a little amount (approx. 50 ml) of
bleach and rinse the clothes very well as it
causes skin irritation.
• Do not pour the bleach onto the laundry.
• Do not use it with the colored items.
• When using an oxygen-based bleach, select
a program which washes the laundry at a
low temperature.
• Oxygen-based bleach can be used together
with the detergent. However, if its thickness
is not the same with the detergent, put the
detergent first into the compartment no.
"2" in the detergent drawer and wait until
the detergent flows while the product is
taking in water. While the product continues
taking in water, add bleach in the same
compartment.

4.2.8 Displayed Program Time
You can see the programme duration on the
display of your machine while selecting a
programme. Depending on the amount of laundry
you have loaded into your machine, foaming,
unbalanced load conditions, fluctuations in power
supply, water pressure and program settings, the
programme duration is automatically adjusted
while the programme is running.
SPECIAL CASE: At programme start of Cottons
and Cotton Eco programmes, display shows the
duration of half load, which is the most common
use case. After programme starts, in 20-25
minutes actual load is detected by the machine.
And if the detected load is higher than half load;
washing program will be adjusted accordingly and
program duration increased automatically. You
may follow this change on the display.

• Water and power consumption may vary subject to the changes in water pressure, water
hardness and water temperature, ambient temperature, type and amount of laundry, selection
of auxiliary functions and spin speed, and changes in the mains voltage.
• When selecting a programme, you can see the washing duration on the display of your
machine. Depending on the amount of laundry you have loaded into the machine, there might
be a difference of 1 to 1.5 hours between the duration shown on the display and the actual
duration of the washing programme. The duration will be corrected automatically right after the
washing programme has started.
• The auxiliary functions in the table may vary according to the model of your machine.
• Auxiliary function selection modes can be changed by the manufacturing company. Existing
selection modes can be removed or new selection modes can be added.
• Always select the lowest appropriate temperature. The most efficient programmes in terms of
energy consumption are generally those that perform at lower temperatures and longer duration.
• Noise and remaining moisture content are influenced by the spinning speed: the higher the spinning
speed in the spinning phase, the higher the noise and the lower the remaining moisture content.

4.3.5 Main programmes
Depending on the type of fabric, use the
following main programmes.
• Cotone (Cottons)
You can wash your durable cotton laundry
(sheets, bedlinen, towels, bathrobes, underwear
etc.) in this programme. When you press the
quick wash function key, programme duration
becomes notably shorter but effective washing is
ensured thanks to intense washing movements.
If the quick wash function is not selected,
superior washing and rinsing performance is
ensured for your heavily soiled laundry.
• Sintetici (Synthetics)
You can use this programme to wash t-shirts,
syntetic/cotton mix fabrics etc. Programme
duration is notably shorter and efficient
washing performance is ensured. If the
quick wash function is not selected, superior
washing and rinsing performance is ensured
for your heavily soiled laundry.
• Lana / Lavaggio a Mano
(Woollens / Hand Wash)
Use this programme to wash your woolen/
delicate clothes. Select the appropriate
temperature complying with the tag of your
clothes. Your laundry will be washed with very
delicate movements to avoid any damage.
4.3.6 Additional programmes
For special cases, additional programmes are
available in the machine.

INFORMATION
• Additional programmes may differ
according to the model of the machine.

Eco 40-60
The eco 40-60 programme is able to clean
normally soiled cotton laundry declared to be
washable at 40 °C or 60 °C, together in the same
cycle, and that this programme is used to assess
the compliance with the EU ecodesign legislation.
Although it washes longer than all other
programmes, it provides high energy and water
savings. Actual water temperature may be
different from the stated wash temperature. When
you load the machine with less laundry (e.g. ½
capacity or less), periods in programme stages
may automatically get shorter. In this case, energy
and water consumption will decrease more.
• Hygiene+
Use this programme for laundry that requires
an intense, long, anti-allergic and hygienic
washing cycle at high temperature. A high
level of hygiene is ensured thanks to the long
heating and additional rinsing step.
• The programme was tested by the "VDE"
institute while the temperature was 20°C,
and its efficiency in bacteria and mould
elimination was certified.
• The programme has been tested by “The
British Allergy Foundation - Allergy UK”
while the temperature was 60°C, and its
efficiency in eliminating bacteria and mould,
as well as allergens, was certified.
Allergy UK is the trademark of the
British Allergy Foundation. The Seal
of Approval has been designed to
provide guidance to persons who
want information whether the
product significantly decreases the
amount of allergens in the environment it is
installed or whether it limits/reduces/eliminates the
allergens. Its purpose is to provide evidence that
the products have been tested scientifically or
reviewed to provide measurable results.
• Delicati (Delicates)
You can use this programme to wash delicate
laundry such as cotton/synthetic mix knitted
clothes or socks. Washing movements in this
programme are more delicate. Set the temperature
to 20 degrees or use the Cold Wash option for
clothes whose colour you wish to preserve.
•
Xpress / Super Xpress
Use this programme to wash your lightly soiled
cotton clothes in a short time. The programme
duration can be reduced down to 14 minutes
when the quick wash function is selected. When
the quick wash function is selected, maximum 2
(two) kg of laundry must be washed.
• Capi Scuri / Jeans (
Dark Care / Jeans)
Use this programme to preserve the colour
of your dark-coloured clothes and jeans. This
programme provides high efficiency in washing,
thanks to a special drum movement, even at low
temperatures. It is recommended to use liquid
detergent or woolen shampoo for dark coloured
laundry. Do not wash your delicate clothes that
contain wool etc. in this programme.

You can use this programme to wash cottons and
synthetics together without the need to sort them.

Camicie (Shirts)
Use this programme to wash shirts made of
cotton, synthetic and synthetic blended fabrics
together. This programme ensures that your
clothes wrinkle less. When the quick wash function
is selected, the Pre-treatment algorithm is used.
• Apply the pre-treatment chemical directly onto
the clothes, or add it together with the detergent
when the machine starts to take in water from
the main wash compartment. This way, it will
take you much shorter to get the performance
you would normally get with a regular washing
cycle. Life of your shirts will be longer.
• Outdoor / Sport
Use this programme to wash outdoor/sports
clothes that contain cotton/synthetic mix, as
well as waterproof cloths like gore-tex. This
programme washes your laundry delicately
thanks to its special turning movements.
• Piumone / Piumino (Duvet / Down Wear)
Use this programme to wash fibre duvets
that bear a "Machine-washable" tag. To avoid
damaging your machine or duvet, make sure that
the duvet is correctly loaded into the machine.
Remove the cover of your duvet before loading
the machine. Fold the duvet in two before
placing it into the machine. Make sure that the
duvet does not contact the bellow or glass.

double fibre duvet (200 x 200 cm).
• Do not wash your cotton duvets, pillows
etc. in the machine.

Your washing machine has a special stain
programme ensuring that different types of
stains are removed in the most efficient way. Use
this programme only to use durable, colourfast
cottons. Do not wash delicate or non-colourfast
clothes in this programme. You should check the
tags of clothing before washing (recommended
for shirts, trousers, shorts, t-shirts, baby clothes,
pyjamas, aprons, table cloths, bedding, duvet
covers, sheets, bath/brach towels, regular towels,
socks, and cotton underwear suitable for long
washing cycles at a high temperature). With the
auto stain programme, you can remove 24 types
of stains grouped into two categories according

Rinse hold
If you are not going to unload your clothes
immediately after the programme ends, you can use
rinse hold function to keep your laundry in the final
rinsing water in order to prevent them from getting
wrinkled when there is no water in the machine.
Press Start/Pause button after this process if you
want to drain the water without spinning your
laundry. Programme will resume where it left off,
drain the water and then it will be complete.
If you want to spin the laundry held in water, adjust
the Spin Speed and press Start/Pause button.
Programme will resume. Water will be drained,
laundry will be spun and the programme will end.

• If the programme has not reached the spin
step, you can change the spin speed without
switching the machine to Pause mode.
4.3.10 Auxiliary function selection
Select the desired auxiliary functions before
starting the programme. You can also select
or cancel auxiliary functions suitable for the
running programme without pressing the Start/
Pause button while the machine is operating.
To do this, the machine must be in a step
before the auxiliary function you are going to
select or cancel. If the auxiliary function cannot
be selected or canceled, light of the relevant
function will flash 3 times to warn the user.

INFORMATION
• If a second auxiliary function conflicting with
the first one is selected before starting the
machine, the function selected first will be
canceled and the second auxiliary function
selection will remain active.
• An auxiliary function which is not compatible
with the programme cannot be selected.

4.3.10.1 Auxiliary functions

Prelavaggio (Prewash)
A Prewash is only worthwhile for heavily soiled
laundry. Not using the Prewash will save
energy, water, detergent and time.

recommended for tulle and curtains.
4.3.7 Special programmes
For specific applications, select any of the
following programmes.
• Risciacquo (Rinse)
Use when you want to rinse or starch separately.
• Centrifuga+Scarico (Spin+Drain)
Use this program to remove the water on the
clothe/in the machine.
Before selecting this programme, select the
desired spin speed and press Start/Pause
button. First, the machine will drain the water
inside of it. Then, it will spin the laundry at
the selected spin speed, and drain the water
coming off of the laundry.
If you only want to drain the water without
spinning the laundry, select the “Spin+Pump
programme, and use the Spin Speed
Adjustment button to select the No Spin
function. Press the Start/Pause button.

• Use a lower spin speed for delicate
laundries.
4.3.8 Temperature selection
Whenever a new programme is selected, the
recommended temperature for the selected
programme appears on the temperature indicator.
To decrease the temperature, press the
Temperature Adjustment button. Temperature
will decrease gradually. When the cold level is
selected, temperature level lights will not be on.

INFORMATION
• If the programme has not reached
the heating step, you can change the
temperature without switching the machine
to Pause mode.
4.3.9 Spin speed selection
Whenever a new programme is selected, the
recommended spin speed of the selected
programme is displayed on the spin speed indicator.
To decrease the spin speed, press the Spin
Speed Adjustment button. Spin speed decreases
gradually. Then, depending on the model of the
product, "Rinse Hold" and "No Spin" options
appear on the display. When the “No Spin” function
is selected, rinse level indicator lights will not be on.

• Rapido (Fast+)
When this function is selected, durations of
relevant programmes get shorter by 50%.
Thanks to the optimised washing steps,
high mechanic activity and optimum water
consumption, high washing performance is
achieved in spite of the reduced duration.
• Pet Hair Removal
This function allows you to remove the pet hair
on your garments more efficiently.
If you select this function, Prewash and Extra
Rinse programmes will be added to the regular
programme. This way, more water will be used
for the washing cycle to ensure that pet hair is
removed more efficiently.
4.3.10.2 Functions/Programmes
Selected by Pressing the Function
Buttons for 3 Seconds
• Drum Cleaning
To select this programme, press and hold the
auxiliary function button 1 for 3 seconds.
Use it regularly (every 1-2 months) to clean
the drum and ensure the required hygiene is
provided. Run the programme while the machine
is totally empty. To obtain better results, put
powder lime-scale remover for washing machines
into the detergent compartment no. “2”. When
the programme is over, leave the loading door
ajar so that the inside of the machine gets dry.

INFORMATION
• This is not a washing programme. It is a
maintenance programme.
• Do not run this programme when there are
any objects in the machine. If you try to do
so, the machine will automatically detect that
there is load inside and abort the programme.
• Child Lock
You can prevent children from tampering with
the machine by using the Child Lock feature.
Thus you can avoid any changes in a running
programme.

INFORMATION
• If the Programme Selection knob is turned
when the Child Lock is enabled, "Con"
appears on the display. While the Child Lock
is enabled, you cannot make any change in
the programmes, the selected temperature,
the speed or the auxiliary functions.
• Even if another programme is selected with
the Programme Selection knob while the
Child Lock is enabled, previously selected
programme will continue running.
To enable Child Lock:
Press and hold the Auxiliary Function button 2
for 3 seconds. While you’re holding the button
pressed for 3 seconds, C03, C02 and C01
will be displayed respectively.Then, “Con” will
be displayed to warn the user that child lock
is enabled.If you press any button or turn the
Programme Selection knob while the Child Lock
is enabled, the same warning will be displayed.
To disable Child Lock:
Press and hold the Auxiliary Function button 2
for 3 seconds while the programme is running.
While you’re holding the button pressed for 3
seconds, C03, C02 and C01 will be displayed
respectively. Then, “COF” will be displayed to
warn the user that child lock is disabled.

INFORMATION
• In addition to the method above, to deactivate
the Child Lock, switch the Programme Selection
knob to On/Off position when no programme is
running, and select another programme.
• Child Lock will not be disabled after a power
failure or unplugging.
•
AntiCrease+
If you press and hold the auxiliary function button
3 for 3 seconds, this function will be selected
and the programme follow-up light of the relevant
programme will turn on. When this function is
selected, the drum will rotate for up to eight hours
to ensure that the clothes do not crease at the end
of the programme. At any time during these eight
hours, you can cancel the programme and unload
the machine. Just press any button or turn the
programme selection knob to end the function. The
programme follow-up light will remain on even if you
end the function by pressing any button. If you end
the function by turning the programme selection
knob, the programme follow-up light will remain on
or go off depending on the selected programme.

If you do not cancel the function by pressing the
Auxiliary Function button 3 for 3 seconds, it will be
used in the next washing cycles as well.
4.3.11 End Time Adjustment
The End Time Adjustment function allows you to
set the end time of the programme up to 19 hours.
You can increase this time by 1-hour intervals.

• Please do not use liquid detergent if you
have selected the End Time Adjustment
function. Stains might remain on the
clothes.
1. Open the loading door, place the laundry
and add detergent, etc.
2. Select the washing programme,
temperature, spin speed and, if required,
the auxiliary functions.
3. Press the
End Time Adjustment
button and
select the desired time.
4. Press the Start/Pause button. The delayed end
time you have set will be displayed. Countdown
will start for delayed end. On the display, “_” will
move up and down next to the delayed end time.

INFORMATION
• If the programme has not started, you can
add laundry into the machine during the
delayed end time.
5. At the end of the countdown, duration of
the selected programme will be displayed.
“_” will disappear and the selected
programme will start.
Changing the delayed end time
If you want to change the time during countdown:
Turn the programme selection knob to cancel the
delayed end time function, and then set the desired
time again.
1. Press the
End Time Adjustment
button. When
pressed for the first time, the programme
duration will be rounded up to the closest
whole number time. Each following press will
increase the time by an hour.
2. If you want to decrease the delayed end
time, press the
End Time Adjustment
button
consecutively until the desired time is displayed.
Cancelling the delayed end function
If you want to cancel the delayed end time
countdown and start the programme immediately:
1. Set the Programme Selection knob to any
programme. This way, the Delayed End time
will be cancelled. The End/Cancel light will
flash continuously.
2. Then, select the programme you want to run
again.
3.
Press Start/Pause button to start the programme.
4.3.12 Starting the programme
1. Press Start/Pause button to start the programme.
2. Programme follow-up light showing the
startup of the programme will turn on.

INFORMATION
• If no programme is started or no key is
pressed within 10 minutes during the
programme selection process, the display
lights will go off. Once the Programme
Selection knob is turned or any button is
pressed, display lights will turn on again.
4.3.13 Progress of programme
Progress of a running programme can be
followed from the Programme Follow-up
indicator. At the beginning of each programme
step, the relevant indicator light will turn on.

INFORMATION
• If the “Anti-crease+” auxiliary function has
been selected, “End” LED and “Anti-crease+”
LED will be on at the same time while this
step is continuing.
• To end the programme while the “Anti-
crease+” step is running, simply press any
button or turn the programme selection knob.
You can change the auxiliary functions, speed
and temperature settings without stopping the
programme flow while the programme is running.
To do this, the change you are going to make
must be something that will be carried out after
the programme step that is running. If the change
is not suitable, relevant lights will flash 3 times.

INFORMATION
• If the machine does not proceed to the
spinning step, the Rinse Hold function
might be active or the automatic
unbalanced load detection system might be
activated due to the unbalanced distribution
of the laundry in the machine.

4.3.14 Loading door lock
There is a locking system on the loading door of
the machine that prevents opening of the loading
door in cases when the water level is unsuitable.
Loading door light will start flashing when the
machine is switched to Pause mode. The machine
checks the level of the water inside. If the level is
suitable, the loading door light will turn off and the
loading door can be opened within 1-2 minutes.
If the level is unsuitable, the loading door light
will remain on and the loading door cannot be
opened. If you are obliged to open the loading
door while the Loading Door light is on, you
must cancel the current programme. See
"Cancelling the programme"
Opening the loading door in case of power
failure:

INFORMATION
• In case of a power failure, you can use the
loading door emergency handle under the
pump filter lid to manually open the loading
door.
A
WARNING!
• Before opening the loading door, make sure
that there is no water in the machine to
avoid flooding.
•
Open the pump filter lid.
•
Release the loading door emergency
handle at the back of the filter lid.
•
Pull down the loading door emergency
handle to open the loading door. After
opening the door, return the emergency
handle to its original position.
•
If you cannot open the loading door,
try pulling down the handle again.
4.3.15 Changing the selections
after programme has started
Switching the machine to pause mode
Press the Start/Pause to switch the machine
to pause mode while a programme is running.
The light of the current programme will flash on
the Programme Follow-up indicator, indicating
that the machine has switched to pause mode.
Also, when the loading door is ready to be
opened, the Loading Door light will turn off in
addition to the programme step light.
Changing the auxiliary function, speed and
temperature
Depending on the step the programme has
reached, you can cancel or select auxiliary
functions. See “Auxiliary function selection”.
You can also change the speed and
temperature settings. See "Spin speed
selection" and "Temperature selection".

• If no change is allowed, the relevant light
will flash 3 times.
Adding and removing laundry
1. Press the “Start/Pause” button to pause the
machine. The programme follow-up light of
the relevant step during which the machine
was switched into the pause mode will flash.
2. Wait until the Loading Door can be opened.
3. Open the loading door and add or take out
laundry.
4. Close the loading door.
5. Make changes in auxiliary functions,
temperature and speed settings if necessary.
6. Press the “Start/Pause” button to start the
machine.

4.3.16 Cancelling the programme
To cancel the programme, turn the Programme
Selection knob to select another programme.
Previous programme will be cancelled. End/
Cancel light will flash continuously to notify that
the programme has been canceled.
When you turn the Programme Selection knob,
the machine will end the programme but will not
discharge the water inside. When you select
and start a new programme, the newly selected
programme will start depending on the step
the previous programme was canceled in. For
example, the machine may take in additional
water or continue to wash with the water inside.

INFORMATION
• Depending on the step where the
programme was canceled in, you may
have to add detergent and softener again
for the programme you have selected
anew.
4.3.17 End of programme
At the end of the programme, “End” will be
displayed.
1. Wait until the light of the loading door goes
off completely.
2. Switch the programme selection knob to
On/Off to switch off the machine.
3. Take out your laundry and close the loading
door. Your machine is now ready for the
next washing cycle.
4.3.18 Your machine has the
"Pause Mode" function.
After using the On/Off button to switch on the
machine, if you do not start any programme in
the selection step or do not perform anything
else, or if you do not do anything in 10 minutes
after the selected programme has ended, the
machine will automatically switch to energy
saving mode. Also, if your product has a display
that shows programme time, this display will
completely turn off. If you turn the Programme
Selection knob or touch any button, the lights
and the display will switch back to the previous
position. The selections you make when exiting
the energy efficiency mode may change. Check
if your selections are correct before starting the
programme. If necessary, make adjustments
again.This is not an error.
4.4 Maintenance and cleaning
Service life of product extends and frequently
experienced problems will be reduced if it is
cleaned at regular intervals.
4.4.1 Cleaning the detergent drawer
Clean the detergent
drawer at regular intervals
(every 4-5 washing cycles)
as shown below in order
to prevent accumulation of
powder detergent in time.
Lift the rear part of the siphon to remove it as
illustrated.
If more than normal amount of water and
softener mixture starts to gather in the softener
compartment, the siphon must be cleaned.
1 Press the dotted point on the siphon in the
softener compartment and pull towards you
until the compartment is removed from the
machine.
2. Wash the detergent drawer and the
siphon with plenty of lukewarm water in a
washbasin. In order to prevent the residues to
contact your skin, clean it with an appropriate
brush by wearing a pair of gloves.
3 Insert the drawer back into its place after
cleaning and make sure that it is seated well.
4.4.2 Cleaning the loading
door and the drum
For products with drum cleaning programme,
please see Operating the product -
Programmes.

for the washing machines.

• Foreign metal substances will cause rust
stains in the drum. Clean the stains on the
drum surface by using cleaning agents for
stainless steel.

WARNING
• Never use steel wool or wire wool. These
will damage the painted, chromated and
plastic surfaces.
4.4.3 Cleaning the body
and control panel
Wipe the body of the machine with soapy
water or non-corrosive mild gel detergents as
necessary, and dry with a soft cloth.
Use only a soft and damp cloth to clean the
control panel.
4.4.4 Cleaning the water intake filters
There is a filter at the end of each water intake
valve at the rear of the machine and also at
the end of each water intake hose where they
are connected to the tap. These filters prevent
foreign substances and dirt in the water to
enter the washing machine. Filters should be
cleaned as they do get dirty.
1. Close the taps.
2. Remove the nuts of the water intake hoses
to access the filters on the water intake
valves. Clean them with an appropriate
brush. If the filters are too dirty, remove
them from their places with a pliers and
clean in this way.
3.
Take out the filters on the flat ends of the
water intake hoses together with the gaskets
and clean thoroughly under running water.
4. Replace the seals and filters carefully and
tighten their nuts by hand.
4.4.5 Draining remaining water
and cleaning the pump filter
The filter system in your machine prevents
solid items such as buttons, coins and fabric
fibers clogging the pump impeller during
discharge of washing water. Thus, the water
will be discharged without any problem and the
service life of the pump will extend.
If the machine fails to drain water, the pump filter
is clogged. Filter must be cleaned whenever it
is clogged or in every 3 months. Water must be
drained off first to clean the pump filter.
In addition, prior to transporting the machine
(e.g., when moving to another house) and in
case of freezing of the water, water may have
to be drained completely.
A
CAUTION!
• Foreign substances left in the pump filter
may damage your machine or may cause
noise problem.
• If the product is not being used, shut the
tap shut, remove mains pipe and drain the
water inside the machine against any likely
freezing.
• After each use, turn off the water tap to
which the mains hose is connected.
In order to clean the dirty filter and discharge
the water:
1 Unplug the machine to cut off the supply
power.
A
CAUTION!
• Temperature of the water inside the
machine may rise up to 90 ºC. To avoid the
burning risk, clean the filter after the water
inside the machine is cooled down.
2. Open the filter cover.

3 Follow the below procedures in order to
drain water.
The product has an emergency water draining
hose, in order to drain the water:
a Pull the emergency draining hose out from
its seat
b Place a large container at the end of the
hose. Drain the water into the container by
pulling out the plug at the end of the hose.
When the container is full, block the inlet
of the hose by replacing the plug. After
the container is emptied, repeat the above
procedure to drain the water in the machine
completely.
c When draining of water is finished, close the
end by the plug again and fix the hose in its
place.
d Turn and remove the pump filter.
4. Clean any residues inside the filter as well
as fibers, if any, around the pump impeller
region.
5. Replace the filter.
6. If the filter cap is composed of two pieces,
close the filter cap by pressing on the tab.
If it is one piece, seat the tabs in the lower
part into their places first, and then press
the upper part to close.
5 Troubleshooting
Programs do not start after the loading door is closed.
• Start / Pause / Cancel button is not pressed. >>>Press
Start / Pause / Cancel button.
• It may be difficult to close the loading door in case of
excessive loading. >>>Reduce the amount of laundry and
make sure that the loading door is closed properly.
Programme cannot be started or selected.
• The product has switched to self protection mode due to a
supply problem (line voltage, water pressure, etc.). >>>
To cancel the programme, turn the Programme Selection
knob to select another programme. Previous programme
will be canceled (see. “Cancellation of program”).
Water inside the product.
• Some water has remained in the product due to the quality
control processes in the production. >>>This is not a
failure; water is not harmful to the product.
The product does not take water in.
• Tap is turned off. >>>Turn on the taps.
• Water inlet hose is bent. >>>Flatten the hose.
• Water inlet filter is clogged. >>>Clean the filter.
• Loading door is not closed. >>>Close the door.
The product does not drain water.
• Water drain hose is clogged or twisted. >>>Clean or flatten
the hose.
• Pump filter is clogged. >>> Clean the pump filter.
Product vibrates or makes noise.
• Product is standing unbalanced. >>>Stable the product by
adjusting the feet.
• A hard substance has entered into the pump filter.
>>>Clean the pump filter.
• Transportation safety bolts are not removed. >>>Remove
the transportation safety bolts.
• Laundry quantity in the product is too little. >>>Add more
laundry to the product.
• Excessive laundry is loaded in the product. >>>Take out
some of the laundry from the product or distribute the load
by hand to balance it homogeneously in the product.
• Product is leaning on a rigid item. >>>Make sure that the
product is not leaning on anything.
There is water leaking from the bottom of the product.
• Water drain hose is clogged or twisted. >>>Clean or flatten
the hose.
• Pump filter is clogged. >>>Clean the pump filter.
Product stopped shortly after the programme started.
• Machine has stopped temporarily due to low voltage.
>>>Product will resume running when the voltage
restores to the normal level.
Product directly drains the water it takes in.
• Draining hose is not at adequate height. >>>Connect the
water draining hose as described in the user manual.
No water can be seen in the product during washing.
• Water is inside the invisible part of the product. >>>This
is not a failure.

Loading door cannot be opened.
• Loading door lock is activated because of the water level in
the product. >>>Drain the water by running the Pump or
Spin programme.
• Product is heating up the water or it is at the spinning cycle.
>>> Wait until the programme completes.
• Loading door may be stuck because of the pressure it is
subjected to. >>>Grab the handle and push and pull the
loading door to release and open it.
• If there is no power, loading door of the product will not
open. >>>To open the loading door, open the pump filter
cap and pull down the emergency handle positioned at the
rear side of the said cap. See "Loading door lock"
Washing takes longer than specified in the user
manual.(*)
• Water pressure is low. >>>Product waits until taking in
adequate amount of water to prevent poor washing quality
due to the decreased amount of water. Therefore, the
washing time extends.
• Voltage is low. >>>Washing time is prolonged to avoid poor
washing results when the supply voltage is low.
• Input temperature of water is low. >>>Required time to
heat up the water extends in cold seasons. Also, washing
time can be lengthened to avoid poor washing results.
• Number of rinses and/or amount of rinse water have
increased. >>>Product increases the amount of rinse
water when good rinsing is needed and adds an extra
rinsing step if necessary.
• Excessive foam has occurred and automatic foam
absorption system has been activated due to too much
detergent usage. >>> Use recommended amount of
detergent.
Programme time does not countdown. (On models
with display) (*)
• Timer may stop during water intake. >>>Timer indicator
will not countdown until the product takes in adequate
amount of water. The product will wait until there is
sufficient amount of water to avoid poor washing results
due to lack of water. Timer indicator will resume countdown
after this.
• Timer may stop during heating step. >>>Timer indicator
will not countdown until the product reaches the selected
temperature.
• Timer may stop during spinning step. >>>Automatic
unbalanced load detection system is activated due to the
unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the product.
Programme time does not countdown. (*)
• There is unbalanced load in the product. >>>Automatic
unbalanced load detection system is activated due to the
unbalanced distribution of the laundry in the product.
Product does not switch to spinning step. (*)
• There is unbalanced load in the product. >>>Automatic

• The product will not spin if water is not drained completely.

Washing performance is poor: Laundry turns gray. (**)
• Insufficient amount of detergent has been used over a long
period of time. >>>Use the recommended amount of
detergent appropriate for water hardness and the laundry.
• Washing has been made at low temperatures for a long
time. >>>Select the proper temperature for the laundry
to be washed.
• Insufficient amount of detergent is used with hard water.
>>>Using insufficient amount of detergent with hard
water causes the soil to stick on the cloth and this turns
the cloth into gray in time. It is difficult to eliminate graying
once it happens. Use the recommended amount of
detergent appropriate for water hardness and the laundry.
• Excessive amount of detergent is used. >>>Use the
recommended amount of detergent appropriate for water
hardness and the laundry.
Washing performance is poor: Stains persist or the
laundry is not whitened. (**)
• Insufficient amount of detergent is used. >>>Use the
recommended amount of detergent appropriate for water
hardness and the laundry.
• Excessive laundry is loaded in. >>>Do not load the product
in excess. Load with amounts recommended in the
"Programme and consumption table".
• Wrong programme and temperature were selected.
>>>Select the proper programme and temperature for
the laundry to be washed.
• Wrong type of detergent is used. >>>Use original detergent
appropriate for the product.
• Excessive amount of detergent is used. >>>Put the
detergent in the correct compartment. Do not mix the
bleaching agent and the detergent with each other.
Washing performance is poor: Oily stains appeared
on the laundry. (**)
• Regular drum cleaning is not applied. >>>Clean the drum
regularly. For this procedure, please see "Cleaning the
loading door and the drum".
Washing performance is poor: Clothes smell
unpleasantly. (**)
• Odours and bacteria layers are formed on the drum as a
result of continuous washing at lower temperatures and/
or in short programmes. >>>Leave the detergent drawer
as well as the loading door of the product ajar after each
washing. Thus, a humid environment favorable for bacteria
cannot occur in the machine.

• Excessive laundry was loaded in. >>>Do not load the

an environment free of humidity and do not expose them
to excessive temperatures.

programme and temperature according to the type and
soiling degree of the laundry.

• The amount, brand and storage conditions of the detergent
used are inappropriate. >>>Use a detergent appropriate
for the washing machine and your laundry. Keep
detergents closed in an environment free of humidity and

• Detergent was put in the wrong compartment. >>>If
detergent is put in the prewash compartment although
prewash cycle is not selected, the product can take this

detergent in a closed and dry location. Do not store in
excessively hot places.
• Some meshed laundry such as tulle may foam too much
because of their texture. >>>Use smaller amounts of
detergent for this type of item.
• Detergent was put in the wrong compartment. >>>Put the
detergent in the correct compartment.
• Softener is being taken early by the product. >>>There
may be problem in the valves or in the detergent drawer.
Call the Authorised Service Agent.
Foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer.
• Too much detergent is used. >>>Mix 1 tablespoonful
softener and ½ l water and pour into the main wash
compartment of the detergent drawer.
>>>Put detergent into the product suitable for the
programmes and maximum loads indicated in the
“Programme and consumption table”. When you use
additional chemicals (stain removers, bleaches and etc.),
reduce the amount of detergent.
Laundry remains wet at the end of the programme. (*)
• Excessive foam has occurred and automatic foam
absorption system has been activated due to too much
detergent usage. >>>Use recommended amount of
detergent.
(*) The product does not switch to spinning
step when the laundry is not evenly distributed
in the drum to prevent any damage to the
product and to its surrounding environment.
Laundry should be rearranged and re-spun.
