Thank you for purchasing the mophie® charge
stream™ powerstation® wireless or charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery. Your
charge stream powerstation wireless/charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery is a
compact yet powerful wireless charging solution
for Qi-enabled smartphones or mophie cases with
wireless power. It will also charge USB-A devices and
wearables via its USB-A port. With the charge stream
powerstation wireless/charge stream powerstation
wireless XL portable battery, charging couldn’t be
any easier—simply set your Qi-enabled smartphone
or mophie case with wireless charging on top of the
charge stream powerstation wireless/charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery and press
the button to begin charging

Compatibility
The charge stream powerstation wireless/charge
stream powerstation wireless XL portable battery
will wirelessly charge Qi-enabled smartphones or
any mophie case with wireless charging. It also has
a USB-A charging port that will charge most USB-A
devices and wearables.
• If you experience any issues with charging
your particular device, ensure that the charge
stream powerstation wireless/charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery is
fully charged and check the FAQ section on
this website.
As always, no matter what device you have, carefully

IMPORTANT: Before using your charge stream
powerstation wireless/charge stream powerstation

wireless XL portable battery for the rst time, fully
charge it (so that pressing the charge status button
lights all four status LEDs).
To charge your charge stream powerstation wireless/
charge stream powerstation wireless XL portable
battery, use the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable to
connect its USB-C input port to any power source
with a USB-A output, like the wall adapter included
with your device.

Charging your device using your
powerstation portable battery
After you have fully charged your charge stream
powerstation wireless/charge stream powerstation
wireless XL portable battery you can use it to charge
your wireless or wired devices.
Wireless charging
1. Press the status button for 3 seconds.
2. Place your Qi-enabled wireless smartphone
or mophie case with wireless charging on the
charge stream powerstation wireless/charge
stream powerstation wireless XL portable
battery as shown in the illustration below. Make
sure the center of the device is aligned over the
mophie logo on top of the portable battery.
Charging will begin when the device is properly
aligned on the portable battery.

The charge stream powerstation wireless/charge
stream powerstation wireless XL portable battery
has an LED (shown in the illustration below) that
indicates its wireless charging status:
LED illuminated continuously:
• The wireless smartphone is properly charging.
LED ashing continuously:
• A metallic foreign object (keys, etc.) has been
detected on the portable battery’s charging
surface. Remove the foreign object.
LED not illuminated:
• Wireless charging has not been activated. Press
the status button for 3 seconds to activate
wireless charging.

Wired charging
Connect the cable that came with your device to the
charge stream powerstation wireless/charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery’s USB-A
port and to your device. Press the status button for 3
seconds to begin charging.

Priority+ charging
When you’re recharging your charge stream
powerstation wireless/charge stream powerstation
wireless XL portable battery, Priority+ charging
provides power to a wireless smartphone on the
portable battery’s charging surface rst, before the
portable battery starts to recharge.
Note: The portable battery's USB-A output is disabled
during Priority+ charging.

Checking your portable battery’s charging status
Momentarily press the status button on your
charge stream powerstation wireless/charge stream
powerstation wireless XL portable battery and the
status LEDs will indicate its charge level. Four LEDs
means that the battery is fully charged, while one LED
means that it’s almost empty. Know before you go!

Taking care of your charge stream powerstation
wireless/ charge stream powerstation wireless
XL portable battery
• Keep your portable battery dry and away from
moisture and corrosive materials.
• Do not clean your portable battery with harsh
chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the
case with a soft, water-dampened cloth.
• Make sure the portable battery’s charging
ports do not become contaminated with lint or
other debris. Use a canned-air type of product
periodically to ensure that the port openings
are clear.
• Recharge your portable battery once every three
months when not in use. If you plan on putting
it away, fully charge it (so that pressing the status
button lights all 4 charge status LEDs) rst.

warranted for 2 years from date of purchase. For full

does not aect any statutory rights that you may be

particular purpose, and you specically agree that
mophie shall not be liable for any special, incidental,
indirect, punitive, or consequential damages of any
type on any mophie product. In addition to and
without limiting the generality of the foregoing
disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under
any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of
any electronic device or personal property inside or
outside of the mophie product.
You may have additional warranty rights depending
on your country, state or province. Further, some
countries, states and provinces do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration
of implied warranties, so the above may not apply
to you. If any provision of the warranty is found
unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision

damage to any or all of the devices involved.
N Be cautious of excessive drops, bumps,
abrasions, or other impacts to this device. If
there is any damage to the device such as dents,
punctures, tears, deformities, or corrosion
due to any cause, discontinue use. Contact
Manufacturer or dispose of it in an appropriate
manner at your local battery-recycling center.
N Do not disassemble this device or attempt to
re-purpose or modify it in any manner.
N Do not attempt to charge this device using any
method, apparatus, or connection other than
