Offset Drop Down Mount for
Large PTZ Cameras
Model # 535-2000-294 (for Sony Cameras)
Model # 535-2000-295 (for Panasonic Camera)
NOTE: The Offset Drop Down Mount is intended to be attached
to a third-party manufacturer’s (i.e. Peerless®, Chief®, PDR®,
etc.) pipe mounting hardware. If third party hardware includes
1.5” NPT pipe, a 1.5” to 1” reducer will be required to connect to
the Vaddio Offset Camera Mount.
Step 1:
After installing the third-party mounting hardware that the Offset Pipe Mount is to be connected
to, installation of the Vaddio Offset Drop Down mount may proceed.
Step 2:
Tighten the offset pipe onto the third-party pipe mount hardware using a strap wrench to
prevent damaging paint on the offset pipe.
Step 3:
For Vaddio WallVIEW PRO and CCU Installations: Place the EZIM box on the inside of the
back panel of the camera platform, and attach the EZIM with the supplied screws.
Step 4:
Thread the 1.25” - 12 x 7/16” hex jam nut onto the bottom threads of the offset pipe.

Step 5:
Thread the camera platform bottom threads of the offset pipe until the platform bottoms out on
the hex jam nut applied in Step 4 (at least 5 rotations). Back the platform off until it is lined up
with the offset pipe (see Figure 2).
Step 6:
Tighten the jam nut until it is seated against the mounting nut on the camera platform. Using a
wrench, tighten the jam nut down onto the camera platform (see Figure 3).
Step 7:
For Vaddio WallVIEW PRO and CCU Installations: Connect the EZIM Break-out cable to the
EZIM.
Step 8:
Place the camera onto the camera platform and connect all necessary cabling to the back of
the camera.
Step 9:
Use the supplied ¼”-20 screws, feed the screws through the slot on the bottom of the camera
platform, and tighten them to the ¼”-20 threaded holes on the bottom of the camera.
Step 10:
If the third-party pipe hardware allows for cabling to be passed through, feed the cables out the
cable pass-thru on the side of the offset pipe.
