Questa sezione comprende istruzioni di sicurezza che aiutano a

1.4 Scurezza superfc calde
Quando si lava il bucato a temperature
elevate, il vetro dello sportello di carico
diventa caldo. Tenere, pertanto, soprattutto
i bambini lontani dallo sportello di carico
dell'elettrodomestico mentre il lavaggio è in
corso.

Istruzioni importanti per l’ambiente
2.1 Conformità con la Direttiva RAEE
Questo prodotto è conforme alla direttiva RAEE UE (2012/19/UE). Questo prodotto
presenta un simbolo di classificazione per i rifiuti elettrici ed elettronici (RAEE).
Questo elettrodomestico è stato realizzato con parti e materiali di alta qualità che
possono essere riutilizzati e sono adatti ad essere riciclati. Non smaltire, quindi,
l'elettrodomestico con i normali rifiuti domestici alla fine della sua vita di servizio.
Portarlo a un centro di raccolta per il riciclo delle apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche. Consultare le autorità locali per conoscere i centri di raccolta più vicini.

Uso previsto
• Questo elettrodomestico è progettato per un uso domestico. Non è adatto ad un
uso commerciale e non deve essere usato al di là dell'uso previsto.
• L'elettrodomestico può essere utilizzato esclusivamente per il lavaggio e il
risciacquo di bucato che in etichetta preveda tale tipo di lavaggio.
• Il produttore declina ogni responsabilità che derivi da uso o trasporto non
corretti.
• La durata di servizio del prodotto è di 10 anni. In questo periodo, i pezzi di
ricambio originali saranno a disposizione per garantire il corretto funzionamento
dell’elettrodomestico.

4.1 Installazione
• Rivolgersi al più vicino agente autorizzato per l'assistenza per l'installazione dell'elettrodomestico.
• La preparazione del luogo e le installazioni elettriche, idriche e dell'acqua di scarico sul luogo della
installazione sono una responsabilità del cliente.
• Assicurarsi che i flessibili di ingresso e scarico dell'acqua nonché il cavo di alimentazione non
siano piegati, schiacciati o strappati quando si riposiziona l'elettrodomestico dopo le procedure di
installazione o pulizia.
• Far eseguire installazione e collegamenti elettrici dell'apparecchio dall'agente autorizzato per
l'assistenza. Il produttore non sarà ritenuto responsabile per danni che possono derivare da
procedure eseguite da persone non autorizzate.
• Prima della installazione, ispezionare visivamente l'elettrodomestico per rilevare la presenza di
eventuali difetti. Se è così, non farlo installare. Gli elettrodomestici danneggiati rappresentano un
rischio per la sicurezza.
4.1.1 Poszone adeguata d montaggo
• Posizionare l'elettrodomestico su una superficie rigida e uniforme. Non collocarlo su un tappeto
con superficie in pile alta o simili.
Il peso totale di lavatrice e asciugatrice - a pieno carico - quando sono poste l'una sull'altra
raggiunge circa 180 kg. Mettere l'elettrodomestico su una superficie solida e piana che abbia una
sufficiente capacità di sopportare il carico!
• Non posizionare l'elettrodomestico sul cavo di alimentazione.
• Non installare l'elettrodomestico in ambienti in cui la temperatura può scendere al di sotto di 0ºC.
• Lasciare uno spazio minimo di 1 cm tra la macchina e gli arredi.
• In caso di pavimento graduato, non posizionare il prodotto vicino al bordo o su una piattaforma.
• Non posizionare sulla lavatrice fonti di calore come piastre elettriche, ferri da stiro, forni, ecc.
4.1.2 Rmozone de rnforz dell'mballaggo
Ribaltare la lavabiancheria all'indietro per rimuovere i rinforzi
dell’imballaggio. Tirare il nastro per rimuovere i rinforzi
dell’imballaggio. Non eseguire questa operazione da soli.
4.1.3 Rmozone de blocch d trasporto
1 Allentare tutti i bulloni con una chiave adeguata finché non ruotano in modo libero.
2 Rimuovere i bulloni di sicurezza di trasporto ruotandoli leggermente.
3 Inserire i coperchietti in plastica nei fori del pannello posteriore, in dotazione nel sacchetto
allegato al manuale utente.

ATTENZIONE: Rimuovere i bulloni di sicurezza per il trasporto prima di azionare la lavatrice! Altrimenti
l'apparecchio si danneggia.

Conservare i bulloni di sicurezza in un posto sicuro per riutilizzarli in caso di ulteriori trasporti in futuro.
Installare i bulloni di sicurezza di trasporto in ordine inverso alla procedura di smontaggio;
Non spostare mai l'elettrodomestico senza avere prima fissato correttamente i bulloni di sicurezza!

4.1.4 Collegamento della forntura drca

La pressione idrica necessaria per utilizzare l'elettrodomestico è compresa tra 1 e 10 bar (0,1 – 1 MPa).
Sono necessari 10 – 80 litri d'acqua che fluiscono dal rubinetto completamente aperto in un minuto perché
l'elettrodomestico funzioni senza problemi. Collegare una valvola di riduzione della pressione se la pressione
dell’acqua è più alta.

ATTENZIONE: I modelli con ingresso singolo dell'acqua non devono essere collegati al rubinetto dell'acqua
calda. In questo caso il bucato si danneggia o l'apparecchio passa in modalità protezione e non funziona.
ATTENZIONE: Non usare su elettrodomestici nuovi flessibili per l'acqua vecchi o usati. Altrimenti il bucato
potrebbe macchiarsi.
1 Serrare manualmente i dadi del tubo flessibile. Non usare mai
un attrezzo per stringere i dadi.
2 Quando il collegamento al tubo flessibile è completato,
controllare se presenta perdite ai punti di collegamento,
aprendo completamente i rubinetti. In caso di perdite, chiudere
il rubinetto e rimuovere il dado. Stringere nuovamente il dado
dopo aver controllato la guarnizione. Per prevenire le perdite di
acqua e i risultanti danni, tenere i rubinetti chiusi quando non
si utilizza il prodotto.
4.1.5 Collegamento del flessble d scarco allo scarco
• Collegare l’estremità del flessibile di scarico direttamente alla fognatura, al lavandino o alla vasca.

ATTENZIONE: La casa potrebbe allagarsi se il flessibile esce dal suo alloggiamento durante lo scarico
dell’acqua. Inoltre, c'è il rischio di ustioni dovuto alle alte temperature di lavaggio! Per prevenire tali situazioni e
accertarsi che la macchina esegua processi di alimentazione e scarico senza problemi, fissare saldamente il tubo
di scarico.

• Collegare il tubo flessibile di scarico ad un’altezza
minima di 40 cm e massima di 100 cm.
• Nel caso in cui il cavo venga sollevato dopo essere
stato a livello o in prossimità del pavimento (a meno
di 40 cm dal suolo), lo scarico dell’acqua risulta più
difficoltoso e la biancheria potrebbe uscire ancora
eccessivamente bagnata. Pertanto, seguire le altezze
descritte in figura.
• Per evitare il flusso di acqua sporca che rientra nell'elettrodomestico e per consentire uno scarico
facile, non immergere l'estremità del flessibile nell'acqua di scarico o non tenerla ad una distanza
superiore a 15 cm. Accorciarlo se è troppo lungo.
• L'estremità del flessibile non deve essere piegata, non deve essere calpestata e non deve essere
piegata fra lo scarico e l'elettrodomestico.
• Se la lunghezza del flessibile non è sufficiente, aggiungere una prolunga originale per flessibili. La
lunghezza del tubo non deve essere superiore a 3.2 m. Per evitare guasti provocati dalla perdita
dell’acqua, la connessione tra la prolunga del flessibile e il flessibile di scarico della lavabiancheria
deve essere eseguita con un morsetto adeguato che si mantenga fermo e non perda.

4.1.6 Regolazone de pedn

ATTENZIONE: La lavabiancheria deve stare su una superficie pianeggiante e in equilibrio, perché funzioni
in modo più silenzioso e senza vibrazioni. Mettere in equilibrio l'elettrodomestico regolando i piedini. Altrimenti
l'apparecchio può spostarsi provocando problemi di rumori e vibrazioni.
ATTENZIONE: Non utilizzare alcun utensile per allentare i controdadi. Potrebbero subire dei danni.
1 Allentare manualmente i controdadi posti sui piedini.
2 Regolare i piedini finché l'elettrodomestico non è stabile e in equilibrio.
3 Stringere di nuovo a mano tutti i controdadi del flessibile.
4.1.7 Collegamento elettrco
Collegare l'elettrodomestico a una presa di messa a terra protetta da fusibile 16 A. La nostra azienda
non sarà responsabile dei danni derivanti dall'uso dell'elettrodomestico senza la messa a terra
conforme ai regolamenti locali.
• Il collegamento deve essere effettuato in ottemperanza ai regolamenti vigenti.
• L’impianto elettrico della presa di corrente utilizzata deve essere adatto ai requisiti del dispositivo.
Si raccomanda l’uso di un interruttore differenziale (salvavita) con messa a terra.
• Una volta terminata l'installazione, il cavo di alimentazione deve essere a portata di mano.
• Se il valore corrente del fusibile o dell'interruttore in casa è inferiore a 16 Amp, far installare un
fusibile da 16 Amp da un elettricista qualificato.
• La tensione specifica nella sezione "Specifiche tecniche" deve essere uguale alla tensione di rete.
• Non eseguire collegamenti usando prolunghe o spine multiple.

ATTENZIONE: Cavi di alimentazione danneggiati devono essere sostituiti da un agente autorizzato per
l'assistenza.
4.1.8 Uso nzale
Prima di cominciare ad usare l'elettrodomestico, assicurarsi di
eseguire tutte le preparazioni secondo le istruzioni delle sezioni
"Istruzioni importanti per la sicurezza e l'ambiente" e "Installazione".
Per preparare l'elettrodomestico al lavaggio del bucato, eseguire
la prima operazione del programma per la pulizia del cestello. Se
questo programma non è disponibile nella macchina, applicare il
metodo descritto nella sezione 4.4.2.

Usare un anticalcare appropriato alle lavatrici.
Potrebbe restare dell'acqua nell'elettrodomestico in seguito ai processi di controllo della qualità durante la
produzione. Non è dannosa per l'elettrodomestico.

4.2 Preparazione
4.2.1 Selezone del bucato
* Selezionare il bucato in base al tipo di tessuto, al colore, al livello di sporco e alla temperatura di
lavaggio consentita.
* Rispettare sempre le istruzioni presenti sulle etichette dei capi.
4.2.2 Preparazone del bucato da lavare
• Gli indumenti con accessori in metallo, quali reggiseni, fibbie di cinture o bottoni metallici possono
danneggiare la lavabiancheria. Rimuovere le parti in metallo o lavare questi capi ponendoli in una
borsa apposita o nella federa di un cuscino.
• Togliere dalle tasche tutti gli oggetti, quali monete, penne e graffette, capovolgere le tasche e
spazzolare. Tali oggetti possono danneggiare l'elettrodomestico o provocare problemi dovuti al
rumore.
• Mettere i capi piccoli, come i calzini dei neonati e le calze di nylon, in una borsa apposita o nella
federa di un cuscino.
• Mettere le tende all'interno senza comprimerle. Rimuovere gli accessori dalle tende.
• Chiudere le cerniere, cucire i bottoni allentati e sistemare strappi e lacerazioni.
• Scegliere il programma corretto per i capi che recano scritto in etichetta “lavare in lavatrice” o
“lavare a mano”.
• Non lavare insieme capi bianchi e colorati. I capi in cotone nuovi o di colori scuri perdono molto
colore. Lavarli separatamente.
• Macchie resistenti devono essere trattate correttamente prima del lavaggio. Se non si è sicuri,
utilizzare un pulitore a secco.
• Utilizzare solo colori / tinture e agenti anticalcare adeguati per il lavaggio in lavatrice. Seguire
sempre le istruzioni indicate sulla confezione.
• Lavare pantaloni e capi delicati girandoli al rovescio.
• Tenere i capi fatti in lana d’angora nel congelatore per qualche ora prima del lavaggio. Questo
ridurrà la perdita del pelo.
• Il bucato molto sporco di materiale come farina, polvere di calcare, polvere di latte, ecc. deve essere
scosso prima di metterlo nell'apparecchio. Tali tipi di polvere sul bucato possono raccogliersi nelle
parti interne della lavabiancheria nel tempo e possono provocare danni.
4.2.3 Cose da fare a fn del rsparmo energetco
Le informazioni che seguono aiutano ad usare l'elettrodomestico in modo ecologico e con risparmio
energetico.
• Utilizzare l'elettrodomestico alla massima capacità consentita dal programma selezionato, ma
non sovraccaricarlo; vedere la tabella "Programma e consumo". Vedere la tabella “Programma e
consumo”
• Seguire sempre le istruzioni sulla confezione del detersivo.
• Lavare il bucato poco sporco a temperature basse.
• Usare programmi più veloci per piccole quantità di bucato poco sporco.
• Non usare pre-lavaggio e temperature alte per bucato poco sporco o macchiato.
• Se si desidera asciugare il bucato nell'asciugatrice, selezionare la velocità di centrifuga più alta
consigliata durante il programma di lavaggio.
• Non utilizzare più detergente di quanto consigliato sulla confezione.
4.2.4 Carcamento del bucato
1. Aprire il coperchio del bucato.
2. Collocare i capi di bucato nella macchina in modo sciolto.
3. Premere e chiudere il coperchio di carico finché non si percepisce il suono di blocco. Fare
attenzione a che non vi siano capi impigliati nello sportello. Lo sportello di carico è bloccato
durante l'esecuzione dei programmi. Lo sportello può essere aperto solo dopo un certo periodo di
tempo dalla fine del programma.

4.2.5 Corretta capactà d carco
La capacità massima di carico dipende dal tipo di bucato, dal grado di sporco e dal programma di
lavaggio desiderato.
L'elettrodomestico regola automaticamente la quantità di acqua secondo il peso del bucato che viene
posto all'interno.

AVVERTENZA: Seguire le informazioni della tabella “Programma e consumo”. In caso di sovraccarico, la
prestazione della lavabiancheria peggiora. Inoltre possono verificarsi problemi di rumore e vibrazioni.
4.2.6 Uso d detersvo e ammorbdente

Quando si usano detersivi, ammorbidente, appretto, tinte per tessuti, candeggina o anticalcare, leggere le
istruzioni del produttore sulla confezione e seguire i valori di dosaggio consigliati. Usare la tazza di misurazione, se
disponibile.

Il cassetto del detersivo è suddiviso in tre scomparti:
– (1) per pre-lavaggio
– (2) per lavaggio principale
– (3) per ammorbidente
– ( ) inoltre c'è un sifone nello scomparto dell'ammorbidente.
Detersivo, ammorbidente e altri detergenti
• Aggiungere il detersivo e l’ammorbidente prima di avviare il programma di lavaggio.
• Durante il ciclo di lavaggio, non lasciare l’erogatore detersivo aperto!
• Quando si usa un programma senza pre-lavaggio, non mettere detersivo nello scomparto del pre-
lavaggio (scomparto n. "1").
• Quando si usa un programma con pre-lavaggio, non mettere detersivo liquido nello scomparto del
pre-lavaggio (scomparto n. "1").
• Non selezionare un programma con pre-lavaggio se si usa un sacchetto detergente o una
sfera detergente. Mettere il sacchetto detergente o la sfera direttamente tra il bucato
nell'elettrodomestico.
Se si usa detersivo liquido, non dimenticare di mettere il contenitore per il detersivo liquido nello
scomparto per il lavaggio principale (scomparto n. “2”).
Scelta del tipo di detersivo
Il tipo di detersivo da usare dipende dal tipo e dal colore del tessuto.
• Usare detersivi diversi per bucato bianco e colorato.
• Lavare i capi delicati solo con detersivi speciali (detersivo liquido, shampoo per lana, ecc.) che si
usano solo per capi delicati.
• Quando si lavano capi di colore scuro e trapunte, si consiglia di usare detersivo liquido.
• Lavare i capi in lana con un detersivo speciale specifico per i capi in lana.

ATTENZIONE: Usare solo detersivi prodotti specificamente per lavatrici.
ATTENZIONE: Non usare sapone in polvere.
Regolazione della quantità di detersivo
La quantità di detersivo da utilizzare dipende dal volume di biancheria, dal grado di sporco e dalla
durezza dell’acqua.
• Non utilizzare quantità superiori a quelle indicate sulla confezione del detersivo, per evitare la
formazione eccessiva di schiuma e un risciacquo inadeguato. Inoltre si risparmia denaro e non si
inquina l’ambiente.
• Usare una quantità minore di detersivo per piccole quantità di bucato o bucato poco sporco.

Uso di ammorbidenti
Versare l’ammorbidente nello scomparto apposito del cassetto del detersivo.
• Non superare il contrassegno di livello (>max<) dello scomparto ammorbidente.
• Se l’ammorbidente ha perso fluidità, diluirlo con acqua prima di metterlo nel cassetto del detersivo.
Uso di detersivi liquidi
Se l'elettrodomestico contiene un contenitore per detersivo liquido:

• Posizionare il contenitore del detergente
liquido nel comparto n. “2”.
• Se il detergente liquido ha perso fluidità,
diluirlo con acqua prima di metterlo nel
contenitore detergente.
Se l'elettrodomestico non contiene un contenitore per detersivo liquido:
• Non usare detersivo liquido per il pre-lavaggio in un programma con pre-lavaggio.
• Il detersivo liquido macchia il bucato se usato con la funzione di avvio con ritardo. Se si usa la
funzione di avvio con ritardo, non usare detersivo liquido.
Uso di detersivo in gel e compresse
• Se la consistenza del detersivo in gel è fluida e la lavabiancheria non contiene un contenitore
speciale per detersivo liquido, mettere il detersivo in gel nello scomparto del lavaggio principale
durante il primo carico di acqua. Se la lavabiancheria contiene un contenitore per detersivo liquido,
riempirlo di detersivo prima di avviare il programma.
• Se la consistenza del detersivo in gel non è fluida o esso è contenuto in una capsula, metterlo
direttamente nel cestello prima del lavaggio.
• Mettere il detersivo in compresse nello scomparto lavaggio principale (scomparto n. "2") o
direttamente nel cestello prima del lavaggio.
Uso dell'appretto
• Aggiungere appretto liquido, appretto in polvere o tinta per tessuti nello scomparto per
l'ammorbidente.
Non usare insieme ammorbidente e appretto, in un ciclo di lavaggio.
Pulire l'interno della lavabiancheria con un panno umido e pulito dopo aver usato l'appretto.
Uso di un agente anticalcare
• Aggiungere candeggina dallo stesso scomparto quando la lavabiancheria sta ancora aspirando
l'acqua.
Uso di candeggina
Selezionare un programma con pre-lavaggio e aggiungere la candeggina all'inizio del pre-
lavaggio. Non versare detersivo nello scomparto del pre-lavaggio. Come applicazione
alternativa, selezionare un programma con risciacquo extra e aggiungere la candeggina mentre
l'elettrodomestico aspira l'acqua dallo scomparto detersivo durante la prima fase di risciacquo.
• Non usare candeggina e detersivo mescolandoli.
• Usare una piccola quantità (circa 50 ml) di candeggina e sciacquare i capi molto bene, perché
provoca irritazione della pelle. Non versare la candeggina direttamente sul bucato e non usarla con
bucato colorato.
• Quando si utilizza un decolorante a base di ossigeno, selezionare un programma che lava il bucato
a basse temperature.
• Il decolorante a base di ossigeno può essere utilizzato con il detergente; tuttavia se non ha la
stessa consistenza, prima aggiungere il detergente nel comparto numero “2” nell’erogatore
del detergente e attendere che la macchina diluisca il detergente durante il carico dell’acqua.
Aggiungere il decolorante dallo stesso scomparto quando la macchina sta ancora aspirando
l'acqua.

Le funzioni ausiliarie nella tabella possono variare in funzione del modello del prodotto.
Il consumo d’acqua e di energia potrebbe variare in base a differenze di pressione, durezza e temperatura dell'acqua,
alle condizioni ambientali, al tipo e alla quantità di bucato, alla selezione di diverse funzioni ausiliarie e di centrifuga e a
variazioni nella tensione elettrica.
Sul display della lavatrice risulta possibile visualizzare la durata del lavaggio del programma selezionato. A seconda del
carico di bucato, potrebbe verificarsi una differenza di 1-1,5 ore tra la durata mostrata sul display e quella effettiva del ciclo
di lavaggio. La durata sarà aggiornata automaticamente subito dopo l’avvio del lavaggio.
Le modalità di selezione della funzione ausiliaria possono essere modificate dall'azienda produttrice. Alcune di quelle
esistenti potranno essere rimosse, altre potranno essere aggiunte.

4.3.3 Selezone del programma
1 Selezionare il programma adatto a tipo, quantità e livello di sporco del bucato, secondo la tabella
"Programmi e consumo".
C
I programmi sono impostati alla massima velocità di centrifuga appropriata allo specifico tessuto trattato.
Quando si seleziona un programma, considerare sempre il tipo di tessuto, il colore, il livello di sporco e la temperatura
dell’acqua adeguata.
Selezionare sempre la temperatura idonea più bassa. Temperature più alte comportano consumi energetici
maggiori.

4.3.4 Programm
• Cotone Eco
Da usare per capi di cotone e lino resistenti con livello di sporco normale. Sebbene sia il programma
che dura più a lungo, garantisce un elevato risparmio d’acqua e di energia. La temperatura effettiva
dell'acqua potrebbe risultare differente da quella dichiarata. Quando si carica la lavatrice con
meno bucato (es. ½ carico o meno), la durata delle fasi del programma può accorciarsi in maniera
automatica. In questo caso, il consumo d’acqua e di energia si riduce ulteriormente, fornendo un
lavaggio ancora più economico.
• Cotone
Programma utilizzabile per capi di cotone resistente, come lenzuola, coperte, asciugamani,
accappatoi, biancheria intima, ecc. Selezionando la funzione Fast+, la durata del programma si
riduce notevolmente, tuttavia conservando le effettive prestazioni di lavaggio grazie all’intensità dei
movimenti. Senza la funzione Fast+ impostata, si assicurano un lavaggio e un risciacquo migliori per
quei bucati molto sporchi.
• Sntetc
Con questo programma è possibile lavare capi come camicie e camicette, tessuti misti sintetico/
cotone, ecc. La durata del programma diviene notevolmente più breve, comunque garantendo lavaggi
ad elevate prestazioni. Senza la funzione Fast+ impostata, si assicurano un lavaggio e un risciacquo
migliori per quei bucati molto sporchi.

Da usare per lavare i capi di lana e i delicati. Selezionare la temperatura idonea in base a quanto
riportato sulle etichette dei capi. Il bucato sarà lavato con un’azione molto delicata, in modo che non
ne risulti danneggiato.
“Il programma Lana di questo elettrodomestico è approvato da “The
Woolmark Company” per trattare prodotti di lana lavabili in lavatrice, sempre
che si seguano le indicazioni riportate sull’etichetta del capo e le istruzioni
fornite dal produttore di questa macchina. M1325”
Nel Regno Unito, in Irlanda, a Hong Kong e in India il marchio commerciale
Woolmark è un marchio registrato.
• Hygene+
Usare questo programma per bucati per cui è necessario un lavaggio igienico e anti-allergico ad
alta temperatura, con cicli lunghi e intensi. Il livello igienico elevato è garantito dalla durata del
riscaldamento e da una fase di risciacquo addizionale.
• Il programma è stato testato dal “VDE Institute” a una temperatura di 20°C ed è stato
certificato in termini di efficacia nell’eliminazione di batteri e muffa.
• Il programma è stato testato dalla “British Allergy Foundation” (Allergy UK) a una temperatura
di 60°C e ha ricevuto la certificazione in termini di efficacia nell'eliminazione di allergeni, oltre a
batteri e muffa.
Allergy UK è il nome operativo della British Allergy Foundation. L’approvazione
del Seal of Approval, che indica che il prodotto limita, riduce o rimuove in modo
specifico gli allergeni dall'ambiente oppure che presenta un contenuto di allergeni
significativamente ridotto, è stata creata per fornire una guida a coloro che sono
in cerca di consigli su tale problematica. Ha lo scopo di garantire alle persone che i
prodotti sono stati scientificamente testati o rivisti con risultati misurabili.
• Cap Scur / Jeans
Programma da usare per proteggere il colore dei propri capi con tonalità scure o i jeans. Anche se a
bassa temperatura, compie lavaggi ad alte prestazioni con uno speciale movimento del cestello. Per il
bucato di colore scuro, si consiglia di utilizzare del detersivo liquido o per lana. Non utilizzare per capi
delicati contenenti lana, ecc.
• Centrfuga+Scarco
Impiegare questa funzione per centrifugare i capi o per scaricare l'acqua presente all’interno della
lavatrice.
• Rscacquo
Utilizzarlo quando si desidera risciacquare o inamidare separatamente.
• Camce
Questo programma è indicato per lavare insieme camicie di cotone, sintetiche e miste. Riduce
le pieghe. Quando si seleziona la funzione di lavaggio fast+, sarà eseguita la procedura di
pretrattamento.
• Applicare il detergente per il pretrattamento direttamente sul capo o aggiungerlo al detersivo
quando la lavatrice inizia ad aspirare l'acqua dallo scomparto principale. In tal modo, risulta possibile
ottenere le stesse prestazioni offerte da un lavaggio normale in un tempo molto più breve. Questo
procedimento estende la vita utile delle camicie.
• Mx 40
Da usare per lavare i capi di cotone insieme ai sintetici, senza separarli.
• Delcat
Con questo programma si possono lavare i capi delicati, come maglie o calze in misto cotone/
sintetico. Lava con un'azione più delicata. Lavare i capi dei quali si desidera proteggere il colore a 20
gradi o selezionando l'opzione di lavaggio a freddo.

• Xpress / Super Short
Da usare per lavare capi di cotone poco sporchi e senza macchie in un breve tempo. La durata del
programma può ridursi fino a 14 minuti quando si seleziona la funzione di lavaggio rapido Fast+. Con
tale funzione attivata, risulta possibile lavare un massimo di 2 (due) kg di bucato.
• Pumno
Programma da usare per lavare cappotti, giacche e altri indumenti che contengono piume e che
riportano la dicitura “lavabile in lavatrice”. Grazie a speciali profili di centrifuga, l’acqua raggiunge i
vuoti d’aria fra le piume.
• Lngere
Questo programma è utilizzabile per lavare capi delicati adatti al lavaggio a mano e biancheria intima
femminile. Piccole quantità di indumenti devono essere poste all’interno di un’apposita rete per
lavaggio. Ganci, bottoni e quant’altro devono essere inseriti e le cerniere allacciate.
• Outdoor / Sport
È possibile utilizzare questo programma per lavare quegli indumenti destinati allo sport e alla vita
all’aria aperta che contengono un misto cotone/sintetico e coperture idrorepellenti, come gore-tex,
ecc. Assicura che i capi siano lavati delicatamente grazie a speciali movimenti rotatori.
• Antmaccha
La lavatrice è dotata di uno speciale programma che consente la rimozione di diversi tipi di macchie
nella maniera più efficace. Usare questo programma solo per capi di cotone resistente. Non utilizzare
con indumenti delicati e colorati. Prima del lavaggio, controllare le etichette dei capi (consigliato per
camicie in cotone, pantaloni, pantaloncini, t-shirt, abiti infantili, pigiami, grembiuli, tovaglie, coperte,
copripiumoni, lenzuola, federe, teli mare, asciugamani, calzini e biancheria intima di cotone che
possano essere lavati a lungo e ad alte temperature). Con il programma automatico per macchie, è
possibile lavare 24 tipi di macchie, suddivise in due gruppi differenti a seconda della selezione della
funzione Fast+. I gruppi di macchie possono essere visualizzati al momento della selezione della
funzione fast+.

• Selezionare il programma macchie.
• Identificare la macchia da eliminare all’interno dei gruppi precedenti, poi selezionare quello
corrispondente con il pulsante della funzione Fast+.
• Leggere con attenzione l'etichetta dei capi e assicurarsi di selezionare temperatura e velocità di
centrifuga adeguate.

4.3.5 Selezone della temperatura
Al momento della selezione di un programma nuovo, sull’apposito indicatore comparirà la
temperatura consigliata.
Per diminuirla, premere il pulsante di regolazione della temperatura. La temperatura si ridurrà in
maniera graduale. Se si seleziona il lavaggio a freddo, gli indicatori del livello di temperatura non si
illumineranno.
C
Se il programma non ha raggiunto la fase di riscaldamento, risulterà possibile modificare la temperatura senza
mettere in pausa la lavatrice.
4.3.6 Selezone della veloctà d centrfuga
Quando si seleziona un nuovo programma, sull’apposito indicatore si visualizzerà la corrispondente
velocità di centrifuga consigliata.
Per diminuirla, premere il pulsante di regolazione della velocità di centrifuga. La velocità di centrifuga
si ridurrà in maniera graduale.
Poi, a seconda del modello del prodotto, compaiono sul display le opzioni "Trattieni risciacquo" e
"Nessuna centrifuga". Alla selezione di “Nessuna centrifuga”, si illumineranno gli indicatori del livello
di risciacquo.
C
Se il programma non ha raggiunto la fase di centrifuga, risulterà possibile modificare la velocità senza mettere in
pausa la lavatrice.
Tratten rscacquo
Nel caso non si intenda rimuovere i capi dalla lavatrice subito dopo il completamento del programma,
risulta possibile usare questa funzione per trattenere il risciacquo, lasciando il bucato immerso in
acqua per evitare che si riempia di pieghe. Dopo questa procedura, se si desidera scaricare l'acqua
senza centrifugare il bucato, premere il pulsante di avvio/pausa. Il programma riprenderà e si
completerà dopo lo scarico dell'acqua.
Se si desidera centrifugare il bucato trattenuto in acqua, regolare la velocità della centrifuga e
premere il pulsante di avvio/pausa. Il programma riprenderà. L'acqua viene scaricata e il bucato
centrifugato, dopodiché il programma sarà completato.

4.3.7 Selezone d funzon auslare
Selezionare le funzioni ausiliarie desiderate prima di avviare il programma.
L’indicatore della funzione ausiliaria corrispondente si illuminerà.
C
Quando si cerca di impostare una funzione ausiliaria che non può essere selezionata con il programma in uso,
l’apposito indicatore lampeggerà e sarà emesso un suono d’avviso.
Inoltre, dopo l’avvio del ciclo di lavaggio, risulterà possibile selezionare o annullare le funzioni
ausiliarie ammesse dal programma in esecuzione. Se il ciclo di lavaggio ha raggiunto un punto in cui
non si possono selezionare funzioni ausiliarie, sarà emesso un segnale acustico e l’indicatore della
funzione ausiliaria lampeggerà.
C
Alcune funzioni non possono essere selezionate insieme. Se all'avvio della lavatrice si seleziona una seconda
funzione ausiliaria che risulta in conflitto con la prima, questa sarà annullata e rimarrà attiva la seconda funzione
selezionata.
Non è possibile selezionare una funzione ausiliaria incompatibile con un programma. (Consultare la tabella
“Programmi e consumo”).
Alcuni programmi presentano funzioni ausiliarie da azionarsi contemporaneamente. Tali funzioni non possono
essere annullate. La cornice della funzione ausiliaria non si illuminerà, lo farà solamente l'area interna.
4.3.7.1 Funzon auslare
• Prelavaggo
Conviene effettuare il prelavaggio solo con bucato molto sporco. Evitare il prelavaggio consente di
risparmiare energia, acqua, detersivo e tempo.
• Rapdo
Selezionando questa funzione si dimezza la durata dei programmi.
Grazie all’ottimizzazione delle fasi di lavaggio, all’importante azione meccanica e al miglior consumo
d’acqua,
si otterranno prestazioni elevate nonostante la durata ridotta.
• Pet Har Removal (Rmozone d pel anmal)
Questa funzione aiuta a rimuovere in modo più efficace i peli animali che restano sugli indumenti.
Quando si seleziona questa funzione, al programma normale si aggiungono le fasi Prelavaggio e
Risciacquo extra. Il processo richiede più acqua e, in tal modo, la rimozione dei peli animali avviene in
modo più efficace.

4.3.7.2 Funzon/Programm selezonat premendo l pulsante per 3”
• Pulza cestello
Per selezionare questo programma, tenere premuto il pulsante della 1a funzione ausiliaria per 3
secondi.
Usare regolarmente (una volta ogni 1-2 mesi) per pulire il cestello e fornire così la necessaria igiene.
Azionare il programma quando la lavatrice è completamente vuota. Per ottenere migliori risultati,
mettere dell’anticalcare in polvere per lavatrici nello scomparto del detersivo n. “2”. Al termine del
programma, lasciare lo sportello di carico socchiuso, in modo che l’interno della lavatrice si asciughi.
C
Questo non è un programma di lavaggio. Si tratta di un programma di manutenzione.
Non eseguire questo programma quando è presente qualcosa all’interno dell’elettrodomestico. Se si tenta di farlo,
l’apparecchio rileva la presenza di un carico e il programma viene annullato.
• Blocco bambn
Usare la funzione di blocco bambini per evitare che questi possano manomettere il funzionamento
dell'elettrodomestico. In questo modo, si potrà evitare qualsiasi variazione al programma in corso.

Quando il blocco bambini è attivo, è possibile accendere e spegnere l’apparecchio con l’apposito pulsante. Alla
riaccensione dell'elettrodomestico, il programma riprende dal punto in cui era stato interrotto.
Per attvare l blocco bambn:
Tenere premuto il pulsante della 2a funzione ausiliaria per 3 secondi. Nel display di selezione
del programma, si illuminerà l’indicatore “CL 3-2-1 On”. Una volta visualizzato l’avviso, è possibile
interrompere la pressione del pulsante.
Per dsattvare l blocco bambn:
Tenere premuto il pulsante della 2a funzione ausiliaria per 3 secondi. Nel display di selezione del
programma, si illuminerà l’indicatore “CL 3-2-1 Off”.
• Antpega+
Funzione selezionata premendo per 3 secondi il pulsante della 3a funzione ausiliaria, poi si
illuminerà l’indicatore del programma corrispondente. Impostando tale funzione, il cestello ruota
fino a 8 ore, impendendo così che il bucato faccia grinze al termine del programma. È possibile
annullare il programma ed estrarre il bucato in qualunque momento durante le 8 ore di durata. Per
annullare, premere il pulsante di selezione della funzione oppure quello di accensione/spegnimento.
L’indicatore luminoso del programma rimarrà accesso finché la funzione non sarà annullata o la fase
completata. Se non si annulla tale funzione, rimarrà attiva anche nei cicli di lavaggio successivi.
4.3.8 Ora fnale
Con questa funzione, l'avvio del programma può essere ritardato fino a 24 ore. Dopo aver premuto
il pulsante Ora finale, si visualizzerà sul display la stima della durata residua del programma.
Impostando tale funzione, si illuminerà l'indicatore Ora finale.
1 Aprire lo sportello di carico, posizionare il bucato, aggiungere il detersivo, ecc.
2 Selezionare il programma di lavaggio, la temperatura, la velocità di centrifuga e, se necessario, le
funzioni ausiliarie.
3 Impostare l'ora finale desiderata premendo l’apposito pulsante. L’indicatore Ora finale si illuminerà.
4 Premere il pulsante di avvio / pausa. Si avvia il conto alla rovescia. Il simbolo “:” presente sul display
in mezzo all’ora finale inizierà a lampeggiare.

Regolazone dell'ora fnale
Se si desidera annullare la funzione Ora finale, spegnere e riaccendere l’apparecchio tramite
l’apposito pulsante.

Non utilizzare detersivi liquidi quando si attiva la funzione Ora finale! C’è il rischio che gli indumenti si macchino.

Per aggiungere dei capi all’interno della lavatrice durante il conto alla rovescia della funzione Ora finale, premere
il pulsante di avvio/pausa e attendere l’apertura dello sportello. Dopodiché, premere nuovamente il pulsante per
riazionare il tempo residuo. Al termine del conto alla rovescia, l’indicatore Ora finale si spegne, si avvia il ciclo di
lavaggio e compare sul display la durata del programma selezionato.
Una volta selezionata l’Ora finale, il tempo che compare sul display risulta dalla somma fra questa impostazione e
la durata del programma scelto.
4.3.9 Avvo d un programma
1. Premere il pulsante di avvio/pausa affinché il programma inizi.
2. L’apposito indicatore che mostra l’avvio del programma si accenderà.

Se nella fase di selezione non si avvia alcun programma o non si preme alcun pulsante per 10 minuti, l'apparecchio
si spegnerà automaticamente. Il display e tutti gli indicatori si spegneranno.
Se si preme il pulsante di accensione / spegnimento, saranno visualizzate le informazioni circa il programma
impostato come predefinito.
4.3.10 Blocco dello sportello d carco
Sullo sportello di carico della lavatrice è presente un sistema di blocco, al fine di impedirne l'apertura
quando il livello dell'acqua non risulta adeguato.
In tali condizioni, sul pannello si illuminerà l’indicatore “Sportello bloccato”.
4.3.11 Cambare mpostazon dopo l’avvo d un programma
Una volta iniziato un programma, sarà possibile compiere le seguenti variazioni:
Mettere n pausa la lavatrce
Premere il pulsante di avvio/pausa per interrompere momentaneamente un programma mentre
è in esecuzione. L’indicatore della fase di lavaggio corrente inizierà a lampeggiare, a riprova che
la lavatrice è stata messa in pausa. Finché lo sportello di carico non è pronto per essere aperto,
lampeggerà anche l’indicatore corrispondente. Quando questo sarà pronto per l'apertura, la spia si
spegnerà e l’indicatore della fase del programma continuerà a lampeggiare.
Modfche a funzon auslare, veloctà e temperatura
A seconda della fase raggiunta dal programma, si possono annullare o selezionare funzioni ausiliarie.
Consultare la sezione "Selezione di funzioni ausiliarie".
Risulta inoltre possibile variare la temperatura e la velocità della centrifuga. Consultare le sezioni
“Selezione della temperatura” e “Selezione della velocità di centrifuga”.

Se non è consentita alcuna modifica, l’indicatore corrispondente lampeggerà 3 volte.
Aggunta o rmozone d bucato
1. Premere il pulsante di avvio / pausa per mettere in pausa la lavatrice. L’indicatore della fase
corrente del programma lampeggerà.
2. Attendere finché non sarà possibile aprire lo sportello di carico.
3. Aprire lo sportello per aggiungere o rimuovere i capi.
4. Chiudere lo sportello di carico.
5. Se necessario, eseguire modifiche alla configurazione di funzioni ausiliarie, temperatura e velocità.
6. Premere il pulsante di avvio/pausa per azionare l’apparecchio.

4.3.12 Annullamento d un programma
Quando l'elettrodomestico viene spento e riacceso, il programma è annullato. Tenere premuto il
pulsante di accensione / spegnimento per 3 secondi.

Se si preme il pulsante di accensione/spegnimento quando è attivo il blocco bambini, il programma non sarà
annullato. Bisognerà prima rimuovere il blocco bambini.
Se dopo l'annullamento di un programma si desidera aprire lo sportello di carico ma non risulta possibile poiché
c’è troppa acqua all’interno, portare la manopola di selezione del programma su Centrifuga+Scarico per scaricare
l'acqua.
4.3.13 Fne del programma
L’indicatore LED “Completo” si illuminerà al termine del programma.
Se non si preme alcun pulsante durante 10 minuti, l'apparecchio si spegnerà automaticamente. Il
display e tutti gli indicatori si spengono.
Premendo il pulsante di accensione/spegnimento, saranno visualizzate le fasi del programma
completate.
4.3.14 Modaltà rsparmo energetco
Se non si eseguono azioni durante i 2 minuti seguenti all’accensione dell’apparecchio o alla fine
del programma selezionato, l'apparecchio passerà automaticamente alla modalità di risparmio
energetico. La luminosità degli indicatori sarà ridotta. Tale visualizzazione sarà interrotta
completamente qualora risulti disponibile la visione della durata del programma.
Ruotando la manopola del programma o toccando un pulsante qualsiasi, gli indicatori torneranno alla
condizione precedente.

4.4 Manutenzione e pulizia
La vita di servizio dell'elettrodomestico è più lunga e i problemi affrontati di frequente diminuiscono
se si esegue la pulizia ad intervalli regolari.
4.4.1 Pulza del cassetto del detersvo
Pulire il cassetto del detersivo ad intervalli regolari (ogni 4-5 cicli di lavaggio)
come mostrato di seguito per evitare l'accumulo di polvere di detersivo nel
tempo.
Sollevare la parte posteriore del sifone per rimuoverlo, come illustrato.
Se una quantità d’acqua o una miscela di ammorbidente superiore al normale
inizia ad accumularsi nello scomparto dell’ammorbidente, è necessario pulire
il sifone.
1 Premere il punto colorato sul sifone all’interno del comparto destinato all’ammorbidente e
premere sino a quando il comparto fuoriesce dall'elettrodomestico.
2. Lavare il cassetto del detersivo e il sifone con abbondante acqua tiepida in un lavandino. Per
evitare che i residui entrino a contatto con la pelle, pulirli con una spazzola adeguata utilizzando
un paio di guanti.
3 Reinserire il cassetto dopo la pulizia ed assicurarsi che sia posizionato bene.
4.4.2 Pulza dello sportello d carco e del cestello
Per apparecchi dotati di programma di pulizia del cestello, vedere Funzionamento dell‘apparecchio -
Programmi.

Ripetere la procedura di pulizia del cestello ogni 2 mesi.
Usare un anticalcare appropriato alle lavatrici.
Dopo ogni lavaggio, assicurarsi che nessuna sostanza estranea resti nel
cestello.
Se i fori del soffietto mostrato nella figura sono bloccati, aprirli usando uno
stuzzicadenti.
Sostanze metalliche estranee provocano macchie di ruggine al cestello. Pulire
le macchie sulla superficie del cestello usando agenti di pulizia per acciaio inox.
Non utilizzare mai la lana di acciaio o spugne metalliche. Questi
danneggerebbero le superfici in plastica, cromate e smaltate.
4.4.3 Pulza del corpo e del pannello d controllo
Pulire il corpo della lavabiancheria con acqua saponata o detersivo delicato in gel non corrosivo
quando necessario e asciugare con un panno morbido.
Usare solo un panno morbido e umido per pulire il pannello di controllo.

4.4.4 Pulre fltr d ngresso dell'acqua
C'è un filtro nella parte terminale di ciascuna valvola di immissione dell’acqua sul lato posteriore
della lavabiancheria e anche alla fine di ciascun flessibile di immissione dell’acqua, nel punto di
collegamento al rubinetto. Questi filtri evitano che le sostanze estranee e lo sporco dell'acqua
entrino nella lavabiancheria. I filtri devono essere puliti quando si sporcano.
1. Chiudere i rubinetti.
2. Rimuovere i dadi dei flessibili di ingresso dell'acqua
per accedere ai filtri delle valvole di ingresso
dell'acqua. Pulirli con una spazzola appropriata.
Se i filtri sono troppo sporchi, rimuoverli dalla loro
posizione con una pinza e pulirli in questo modo.
3. I filtri sull'estremità piatta dei flessibili di ingresso
dell'acqua devono essere estratti a mano con le
relative guarnizioni e puliti sotto l'acqua corrente.
4. Sostituire guarnizioni e filtri correttamente e quindi
serrare manualmente i dadi.
4.4.5 Elmnare eventuale acqua resdua e pulre l fltro della pompa
Il sistema filtro della lavabiancheria evita che gli oggetti solidi come bottoni, monete e fibre si
blocchino nella pompa durante lo scarico dell'acqua di lavaggio. Così l'acqua sarà scaricata senza
problemi e la vita di servizio della pompa si allunga.
Se la lavabiancheria non scarica l’acqua, il filtro della pompa è intasato. Il filtro deve essere pulito ogni
volta che si intasa o ogni 3 mesi. Per pulire il filtro della pompa è necessario scaricare l’acqua.
Inoltre, prima di trasportare la lavabiancheria (per es., quando si trasloca) ed in caso di congelamento
dell'acqua, l'acqua potrebbe dover essere scaricata completamente.
A
ATTENZIONE: Sostanze estranee che restano nel filtro della pompa possono danneggiare la lavatrice o
provocare problemi di rumori.
ATTENZIONE: Se l'apparecchio non è in uso, chiudere il rubinetto, staccare il flessibile di alimentazione e
scaricare l'acqua dall'apparecchio per evitare qualsiasi possibilità di congelamento.
ATTENZIONE: Dopo ogni uso, chiudere il rubinetto dell’acqua al quale è collegato il tubo di alimentazione.
Per pulre l fltro sporco e scarcare l’acqua:
1 Scollegare la lavabiancheria per interrompere l’alimentazione.

ATTENZIONE: La temperatura dell’acqua all’interno della macchina può aumentare a 90 °C. Per evitare il rischio
di ustioni, il filtro deve essere pulito dopo che la lavabiancheria si è raffreddata.
2. Aprire il coperchio del filtro.

3 Seguire le procedure sotto per scaricare l’acqua.
Se l'elettrodomestco non ha un flessble d scarco d emergenza, per scarcare l'acqua:
a. Per poter raccogliere l’acqua che fuoriesce dal
filtro, collocare un recipiente di fronte al filtro.
b. Ruotare e allentare il filtro della pompa (in
senso antiorario) sino a quando l’acqua
inizierà a fluire. Dirigere il flusso d’acqua nel
contenitore davanti al filtro. Utilizzare sempre
un panno per assorbire l’acqua fuoriuscita.
c Quando l'acqua all'interno della lavatrice
è finita, estrarre completamente il filtro
ruotandolo.
4 Eliminare eventuali residui nel filtro, o eventuali fibre, attorno all'area del rotore della pompa.
5. Sostituire il filtro.
6 Se il coperchio del filtro si compone di due elementi, chiuderlo premendo sulla linguetta. Se si
compone di un unico elemento, per prima cosa sistemare le linguette nella parte inferiore in
posizione e poi premere la parte superiore per chiudere.

1 General safety instructions
This section includes security instructions which may help prevent the
injuries and material damage risks. All kinds of warranties shall be invalid if
these instructions are not observed.
1.1 Life and property safety
u Never place the product on a carpet-covered floor. Electrical parts will get
overheated since air cannot circulate from under the device. This will cause
problems with your product.
u Unplug the product if it is not in use.
u Always have the installation and repairing procedures carried out by the
Authorised Service Agent. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for
damages that may arise from procedures carried out by unauthorised
persons.
u The water supply and draining hoses must be securely fastened and remain
undamaged. Otherwise, water leak may occur.
u While there is still water inside the product, never open the loading door or
remove the filter. Otherwise, risk of flooding and injury from hot water will
occur.
u Do not force open the locked loading door. Door can be opened a few
minutes after the washing cycle ends. In case of forcing the loading door to
open, the door and the lock mechanism may get damaged.
u Use detergents, softeners and supplements suitable for automatic washing
machines only.
u Follow the instructions on the label of textiles and the detergent package.
1.2 Children's safety
u This product can be used by the children who are at the age of 8 and
over and the people whose physical, sensory or mental skills are not
fully developed or who do not have necessary required experience and
knowledge as long as they are supervised or trained about the safe use of
the product and its risks. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning
and maintenance works should not be performed by children unless they
are supervised by someone. Children of less than 3 years should be kept

1.3 Electrical safety
u If the product has a failure, it should not be operated unless it is repaired by
the Authorised Service Agent. Risk of electric shock!
u This product is designed to resume operating in the event of powering
on after a power interruption. If you wish to cancel the programme, see
"Cancelling the programme" section.
u Plug the product into a grounded outlet protected by a 16 A fuse. Do not
neglect to have the grounding installation made by a qualified electrician.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages that will arise when the
product is used without grounding in accordance with the local regulations.
u Do not wash the product by spraying or pouring water onto it! Risk of electric
shock!
u Never touch the power cable plug with wet hands! Do not grab the power
cord to unplug the machine, always unplug it by holding the socket with one
hand, and pulling the plug with the other hand.
u Product should be unplugged during installation, maintenance, cleaning
and repair procedures.
u If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
after sales service or a similarly qualified person (preferably an electrician)
or someone designated by the importer in order to avoid possible risks.
1.4 Hot surface safety
While washing the laundry at high temperatures,
the loading door glass will get hot. Considering
this fact, during washing operation keep the
children away from the loading door of the
product to prevent them touching it.

reused and are suitable for recycling. Do not dispose of the waste product with normal
domestic and other wastes at the end of its service life. Take it to the collection center for

4.1 Installation
• Apply to the nearest authorised service agent for the installation of your product.
• Preparation of the location and electrical, tap water and waste water installations at the place of installation
is under customer's responsibility.
• Make sure that the water inlet and discharge hoses as well as the power cable are not folded, pinched or
crushed while pushing the product into its place after installation or cleaning procedures.
• Make sure that the installation and electrical connections of the product are performed by authorised
service. Manufacturer shall not be held liable for damages that may arise from procedures carried out by
unauthorised persons.
• Prior to installation, visually check if the product has any defects on it. If so, do not have it installed.
Damaged products cause risks for your safety.
4.1.1 Appropriate installation location
• Place the product on a hard and level floor. Do not put it onto a carpet with high pile or other similar
surfaces.
• When the washing machine and dryer are placed on top of each other, their total weight –when loaded–
amounts to 180 kilograms. Place the product on a solid and flat floor that has sufficient load carrying
capacity!
• Do not place the product on the power cable.
• Do not install the product in the environments where the temperature falls below 0 ºC.
• Leaving a gap at the sides of the machine is suggested to reduce vibration and noise
• On a graduated floor, do not place the product next to the edge or on a platform.
• Do not place heat sources such as Hobs, Irons, Ovens, etc. on the washing machine and do not use them
on the product.
4.1.2 Removing packaging reinforcement
Tilt the machine backwards to remove the packaging reinforcement.
Remove the packaging reinforcement by pulling the ribbon. Do not make
this operation alone by yourself.
4.1.3 Removing the transportation locks
1 Loosen all bolts with an appropriate wrench until they turn freely.
2 Remove the transport safety bolts by turning them slightly.
3 Insert the plastic covers in the bag containing the user manual to the openings on the rear panel.
ACAUTION: Remove the transportation safety bolts before operating the washing machine! Otherwise, the product will be
damaged.
CKeep the transportation safety bolts in a safe place to reuse when the washing machine needs to be moved again in the
future.
Install the transport safety bolts in reverse order of the disassembly procedure.
Never move the product without the transportation safety bolts properly fixed in place!

4.1.4 Connecting water supply
C
The water supply pressure required to run the product is between 1 to 10 bars (0.1 – 1 MPa). It is necessary to have
10 – 80 liters of water flowing from the fully open tap in one minute to have your machine run smoothly. Attach a pressure
reducing valve if water pressure is higher.
ACAUTION: Models with a single water inlet should not be connected to the hot water tap. In such a case the laundry will
get damaged or the product will switch to protection mode and will not operate.
CAUTION: Do not use old or used water inlet hoses on the new product. It may cause stains on your laundry.
1 Tighten the nuts of the hose by hand. Never use a tool when
tightening the nuts.
2 When hose connection is completed, check whether there is leak
problems at the connection points by opening the taps fully. If any
leaks occur, turn off the tap and remove the nut. Retighten the nut
carefully after checking the seal. In order to prevent the water leaks
and resultant damages, keep the taps closed when you do not use
the product.
4.1.5 Connecting the drain hose to the drain
• Attach the end of the drain hose directly to waste water drain, lavatory or bathtub.
ACAUTION: Your drain house will be flooded if the hose comes out of its housing during water discharge. Moreover, there
is risk of scalding due to high washing temperatures! In order to prevent such situations and make sure that the machine
performs water intake and discharge processes without any problem, fix the drain hose securely.

• Connect the drain hose to a minimum height of 40 cm
and a maximum height of 100 cm.
• In case the drain hose is elevated after laying it on the
floor level or close to the ground (less than 40 cm above
the ground), water discharge becomes more difficult and
the laundry may come out excessively wet. Therefore,
follow the heights described in the figure.
• To prevent the waste water to go back into the machine again and to ensure easy drainage, do not immerse
the end of the hose into the waste water or do not insert it into the drain for more than 15 cm. If it is too
long, cut it short.
• The end of the hose should not be bent, it should not be stepped on and the hose must not be pinched
between the drain and the machine.
• If the length of the hose is too short, use it by adding an original extension hose. Length of the hose may
not be longer than 3.2 m. To avoid water leak failures, the connection between the extension hose and the
drain hose of the product must be fitted well with an appropriate clamp as not to come off and leak.

4.1.6 Adjusting the feet
ACAUTION: In order to ensure that the product operates more silently and vibration-free, it must stand level and balanced
on its feet. Balance the machine by adjusting the feet. Otherwise, the product may move from its place and cause crushing
and vibration problems.
CAUTION: Do not use any tools to loosen the lock nuts. Otherwise, they will get damaged.
1 Loosen the lock nuts on the feet by hand.
2 Adjust the feet until the product stands in a stable and balanced way.
3. Tighten all lock nuts by hand again.
4.1.7 Electrical connection
Connect the product to a grounded outlet protected by a 16 A fuse. Our company shall not be liable for any
damages that will arise when the product is used without grounding in accordance with the local regulations.
• Connection must comply with national regulations.
• The wiring for the electrical outlet circuit must be sufficient to meet the appliance requirements. Use of a
Groud Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) is recommended.
• Power cable plug must be within easy reach after installation.
• If the current value of the fuse or breaker in the house is less than 16 Amps, have a qualified electrician
install a 16 Amp fuse.
• The voltage specified in the "Technical specifications" section must be equal to your mains voltage.
• Do not make connections via extension cables or multi-plugs.
BCAUTION: Damaged power cables must be replaced by the Authorised Service Agents.
4.1.8 Initial use
Before starting to use the product make sure that the preparations are
made which are in line with the “Important Safety and Environment
Instructions” and the instructions in the “Installation” section.
To prepare the product for washing laundry, perform first operation
in Drum Cleaning programme. If this program is not available in your
machine, apply the method which is described in the section 4.4.2.
CUse an anti-limescale suitable for the washing machines.
Some water might have remained in the product due to the quality control processes in the production. It is not harmful for
the product.

4.2 Preparation
4.2.1 Sorting the laundry
* Sort laundry according to type of fabric, color, and degree of soiling and allowable water temperature.
* Always obey the instructions given on the garment tags.
4.2.2 Preparing laundry for washing
• Laundry items with metal attachments such as, underwired bras, belt buckles or metal buttons will damage
the machine. Remove the metal pieces or wash the clothes by putting them in a laundry bag or pillow case.
• Take out all substances in the pockets such as coins, pens and paper clips, and turn pockets inside out and
brush. Such objects may damage the product or cause noise problem.
• Put small size clothes such as infant's socks and nylon stockings in a laundry bag or pillow case.
• Place curtains in without compressing them. Remove curtain attachment items.
• Fasten zippers, sew loose buttons and mend rips and tears.
• Wash “machine washable” or “hand washable” labeled products only with an appropriate programme.
• Do not wash colours and whites together. New, dark coloured cottons release a lot of dye. Wash them
separately.
• Tough stains must be treated properly before washing. If unsure, check with a dry cleaner.
• Only use the dyes / color changers and descaling agents which are appropriate to machine wash. Always
follow the instructions on the package.
• Wash trousers and delicate laundry turned inside out.
• Keep laundry items made of Angora wool in the freezer for a few hours before washing. This will reduce
pilling.
• Laundry that are subjected to materials such as flour, lime dust, milk powder, etc. intensely must be shaken
off before placing into the machine. Such dusts and powders on the laundry may build up on the inner parts
of the machine in time and can cause damage.
4.2.3 Things to be done for energy saving
Following information will help you use the product in an ecological and energy-efficient manner.
• Operate the product in the highest capacity allowed by the programme you have selected, but do not
overload; see, "Programme and consumption table". See, “Programme and consumption table"
• Always follow the instructions on the detergent packaging.
• Wash slightly soiled laundry at low temperatures.
• Use faster programmes for small quantities of lightly soiled laundry.
• Do not use prewash and high temperatures for laundry that is not heavily soiled or stained.
• If you plan to dry your laundry in a dryer, select the highest spin speed recommended during washing
process.
• Do not use more detergent than the recommended amount specified on its package.
4.2.4 Loading the laundry
1. Open the laundry cover.
2. Put the laundry items into the machine in a loose manner.
3. Push and close the loading cover until you hear the locking sound. Ensure that no items are caught in the
door. The loading door is locked while a programme is running. The door can only be opened a while after
the programme comes to an end.
4.2.5 Correct load capacity
The maximum load capacity depends on the type of laundry, the degree of soiling and the washing
programme desired.
Machine automatically adjusts the water amount according to the weight of the laundry put inside it.
AWARNING: Follow the information in the “Programme and consumption table”. When overloaded, machine's washing
performance will drop. Moreover, noise and vibration problems may occur.

4.2.6 Using detergent and softener

When using detergent, softener, starch, fabric dye, bleacher and decolorant, descaling agents; read the manufacturer's
instructions written on the package and follow the dosages specified. Use measuring cup if available.

The detergent drawer is composed of three compartments:
– (1) for prewash
– (2) for main wash
– (3) for softener
– ( ) in addition, there is a siphon piece in the softener
compartment.
Detergent, softener and other cleaning agents
• Add detergent and softener before starting the washing programme.
• While the washing cycle is in progress, do not leave the detergent dispenser open!
• When using a programme without prewash, do not put any detergent into the prewash compartment
(compartment nr. "1").
• In a programme with prewash, do not put liquid detergent into the prewash compartment (compartment nr.
"1").
• Do not select a programme with prewash if you are using a detergent bag or dispensing ball. Place the
detergent bag or the dispensing ball directly among the laundry in the machine.
If you are using liquid detergent, do not forget to place the liquid detergent container into the main wash
compartment (compartment number “2”).
Choosing the detergent type
Detergent type to be used depends on the fabric type and color.
• Use different detergents for coloured and white laundry.
• Wash your delicate clothes only with special detergents (liquid detergent, wool shampoo, etc.) used solely
for delicate clothes.
• When washing dark coloured clothes and quilts, it is recommended to use liquid detergent.
• Wash woolens with special detergent made specifically for woolens.
ACAUTION: Use only detergents manufactured specifically for washing machines.
CAUTION: Do not use soap powder.
Adjusting detergent amount
The amount of washing detergent to be used depends on the amount of laundry, the degree of soiling and
water hardness.
• Do not use amounts exceeding the dosage quantities recommended on the detergent package to avoid
problems of excessive foam, poor rinsing, financial savings and finally, environmental protection.
• Use lesser detergent for small amounts or lightly soiled clothes.
Using softeners
Pour the softener into the softener compartment of the detergent drawer.
• Do not exceed the (>max<) level sign on the softener compartment.
• If the softener has lost its fluidity, dilute it with water before putting it in the detergent drawer.

Using liquid detergents
If the product contains a liquid detergent cup:

• Put the liquid detergent container into the
compartment no “2”.
• If the liquid detergent lost its fluidity, dilute it
with water before putting it into the detergent
container.
If the product does not contain a liquid detergent cup:
• Do not use liquid detergent for the prewash in a programme with prewash.
• Liquid detergent stains your clothes when used with Delayed Start function. If you are going to use the
Delayed Start function, do not use liquid detergent.
Using gel and tablet detergent
• If the gel detergent thickness is fluidal and your machine does not contain a special liquid detergent cup,
put the gel detergent into the main wash detergent compartment during first water intake. If your machine
contains a liquid detergent cup, fill the detergent into this cup before starting the programme.
• If the gel detergent thickness is not fluidal or in the shape of capsule liquid tablet, put it directly into the
drum before washing.
• Put tablet detergents into the main wash compartment (compartment nr. "2") or directly into the drum
before washing.
Using starch
• Put the liquid soda, powder soda or the fabric dye into the softener compartment.
Do not use softener and starch together in a washing cycle.
Wipe the inside of the machine with a damp and clean cloth after using starch.
Using limescale remover
• When required, use limescale removers manufactured specifically for washing machines only.
Using bleaches
Add the bleach at the beginning of the washing cycle by selecting a prewash program. Do not put detergent
in the prewash compartment. As an alternative application, select a programme with extra rinse and add
the bleaching agent while the machine is taking water from the detergent compartment during first rinsing
step.
• Do not use bleaching agent and detergent by mixing them.
• Use just a little amount (approx. 50 ml) of bleaching agent and rinse the clothes very well as it causes skin
irritation. Do not pour the bleach onto the laundry and do not use it with the colored items.
• When using oxygen-based decolorant, select a program which washes the laundry at a low temperature.
• Oxygen-based decolorant can be used with the detergent; however, if it is not at the same consistence, first

CThe auxiliary functions in the table may vary according to the model of your product.
Water and power consumption may vary subject to the changes in water pressure, water hardness and temperature, ambient
temperature, type and amount of laundry, selection of auxiliary functions and spin speed, and changes in electric voltage.
You can see the washing duration on the display of your machine while selecting a programme. Depending on the amount of laundry
you have loaded into your machine, there may be a difference of 1-1.5 hours between the duration shown on the display and the
actual duration of the wash cycle. Duration will be automatically updated soon after the washing starts.
Auxiliary function selection modes can be changed by the manufacturing company. Existing selection modes can be removed or new
selection modes can be added.

4.3.3 Programme selection
1 Determine the programme suitable for the type, quantity and soiling level of the laundry in accordance with
the "Programme and consumption table".
CProgrammes are limited with the highest spin speed appropriate for that particular type of fabric.
When selecting a programme, always consider the type of fabric, colour, degree of soiling and permissible water temperature.
Always select the relevant lowest required temperature. Higher temperature means higher electricity consumption.
2 Select the desired programme with the Programme Selection knob.
4.3.4 Programmes
• Cotone Eco (Cottons Eco)
Use to wash your normally soiled, durable cotton and linen laundry. Although it washes longer than all other
programmes, it provides high energy and water savings. Actual water temperature may be different from the
stated wash temperature. When you load the machine with less laundry (e.g. ½ capacity or less), periods in
programme stages may automatically get shorter. In this case, energy and water consumption will decrease
more, providing a more economic wash.
• Cotone (Cottons)
You can wash your durable cotton laundry (sheets, bedlinen, towels, bathrobes, underwear etc.) in this
programme. When the fast+ wash function key is pressed, programme duration becomes notably shorter but
effective washing performance is ensured with intense washing movements. If the fast+ wash function is not
selected, superior washing and rinsing performance is ensured for your heavily soiled laundry.
• Sintetici (Synthetics)
You can wash your laundry (such as shirts, blouses, synthetic/cotton blended fabrics etc.) in this programme.
The programme duration gets notable shorter and washing with high performance is ensured. If the fast+
wash function is not selected, superior washing and rinsing performance is ensured for your heavily soiled
laundry.
• Lana / Lavaggio a Mano (Woollens / Hand Wash)
Use to wash your woolen/delicate laundry. Select the appropriate temperature complying with the tag of your
clothes. Your laundry will be washed with a very gentle washing action in order not to damage the clothes.

•Hygiene+
Use this programme for your laundry for which you require an anti-allergic and hygienic washing at high
temperature with intensive and long washing cycle. The high level of hygiene is ensured thanks to long heating
duration and additional rinsing step.
• Programme was tested by the “VDE” institute with the 20°C temperature option selected and it was
certified in terms of its efficacy in eliminating bacteria and mould.
• Programme was tested by “The British Allergy Foundation” (Allergy UK) with the 60°C temperature
option selected and it was certified in terms of its efficacy in eliminating allergens in addition to bacteria and
mould.
Allergy UK is the operational name of The British Allergy Foundation. The Seal of Approval
endorsement, which indicates that the product bearing it specifically restricts / reduces /
removes allergens from the environment of the allergy sufferer or has significantly reduced
allergen content, was created in order to provide guidance for people seeking advice in this
issue. It is aimed to assure poeple that products had been scientifically tested or reviewed
with measurable results.
• Capi Scuri / Jeans (Dark Care / Jeans)
Use this programme to protect the colour of your dark-coloured garments or jeans. It performs high
performance washing with special drum movement even if the temperature is low. It is recommended to use
liquid detergent or woolen shampoo for dark coloured laundry. Do not wash your delicate clothes containing
wool or etc.
• Centrifuga+Scarico (Spin + Drain)
You can use this function to remove the water on the garment of drain the water in the machine.
• Risciacquo (Rinse)
Use when you want to rinse or starch separately.
• Camicie (Shirts)
This programme is used to wash the shirts made from cotton, synthetic and synthetic blended fabrics
altogether. It reduces wrinkles. When the fast+ wash function is selected, the Pre-treatment algorithm is
executed.
• Apply the pre-treatment chemical on your garments directly or add it together with detergent when
the machine starts to take water from the main washing compartment. Thus, you can obtain the same
performance as you obtain with normal washing in a much shorter period of time. Usage life of your shirts
increases.
• Mix 40
Use to wash your cotton and synthetic clothes together without sorting them.
• Delicati (Delicates)
You can wash your delicate clothes such as cotton/synthetic blended knitwear or hosiery in this programme. It
washes with more delicate washing action. Wash your clothes whose colour you want to preserve either at 20
degrees or by selecting the cold wash option.
• Xpress / Super Short (Daily Xpress / Xpress Super Short)
Use this programme to wash your lightly soiled or unspotted cotton clothes in a short time. The programme
duration can be reduced up to 14 minutes when the fast+ wash function is selected. When the fast+ wash
function is selected, maximum 2 (two) kg of laundry must be washed.

• Piumino (Down Wear)
Use this programme to wash your coats, vest, jackets etc. containing feathers with a "machine-washable"
label on them. Thanks to special spinning profiles, it is ensured that the water reaches the air gaps amongst
the feathers.
• Lingerie
You can use this programme to wash delicate garments that are suitable for hand wash and delicate women's
underwear. Small amount of garments must be washed in a washing net. Hooks, buttons etc. must be done up
and zips must be zipped up.
• Outdoor / Sport
You can use this programme to wash sports and outdoors garments that contain cotton/synthetics mix and
water repellent covers such as gore-tex etc. It makes sure your garments are washed gently thanks to special
rotating movements.
• Antimacchia (StainExpert)
The machine has a special stain programme which enables the removal of different types of stains in the
most effective way. Use this programme only for durable colourfast cotton laundry. Do not wash delicate
and pigmenting clothes and laundry in this programme. Before washing, garment tags should be checked
(recommended for cotton shirts, trousers, shorts, t-shirts, baby clothes, pyjamas, aprons, table clothes,
beddings, duvet cover, bed sheet, pillowcase, bath-beach towel, towel, socks, cotton underwear that are
suitable for washing at high temperature and long time). In the automatic stain programme, you can wash
24 types of stains divided into two different groups according to fast+ function selection. You can see stain
groups based on the selection of the fast+ function.

• Select the stain programme.
• Select the stain you want to clean by locating it in the groups above and selecting the related group with the
fast+ auxiliary function key.
• Read the garment tag carefully and ensure that correct temperature and spin speed are selected.
4.3.5 Temperature selection
Whenever a new programme is selected, the recommended temperature for the selected programme appears
on the temperature indicator.
To decrease the temperature, press the Temperature Adjustment button. Temperature will decrease gradually.
Temperature level lights will not turn on when the cold level is selected.

CIf the programme has not reached the heating step, you can change the temperature without switching the product to Pause
mode.
4.3.6 Spin speed selection
Whenever a new programme is selected, the recommended spin speed of the selected programme is
displayed on the spin speed indicator.
To decrease the spin speed, press the Spin Speed Adjustment button. Spin speed decreases gradually.
Then, depending on the model of the product, "Rinse Hold" and "No Spin" options appear on the display.
When "No Spin" is selected, the rinse level indicator lights will not turn on.
CIf the programme has not reached the spinning step, you can change the spinning speed without switching the product to
Pause mode.
Rinse hold
If you are not going to unload your clothes immediately after the programme completes, you can use rinse
hold function to keep your laundry in the final rinsing water in order to prevent them from getting wrinkled
when there is no water in the product. Press Start/Pause button after this process if you want to drain the
water without spinning your laundry. Programme will resume and complete after draining the water.
If you want to spin the laundry held in water, adjust the spin speed and press Start / Pause button. The
programme will resume. Water is drained, laundry is spun and the programme is completed.
4.3.7 Auxiliary function selection
Select the desired auxiliary functions before starting the programme.

CWhen you try to change an auxiliary function that is not allowed to be selected with the current programme, indicator light
of the relevant auxiliary function will flash and an audio warning is given.
Furthermore, you may also select or cancel auxiliary functions that are suitable to the running programme
after the washing cycle starts. If the wash cycle has reached a point where no auxiliary function can be
selected, an audio warning will be given and the related auxiliary function's light will flash.
CSome functions cannot be selected together. If a second auxiliary function conflicting with the first one is selected before
starting the product, the function selected first will be canceled and the second auxiliary function selection will remain active.
An auxiliary function that is not compatible with the programme cannot be selected. (See, "Programme and consumption
table".)
Some programmes have auxiliary functions that must be operated simultaneously. Those functions cannot be cancelled. The
frame of the auxiliary function will not be illuminated, only inner area will be illuminated.
4.3.7.1 Auxiliary functions
• Prelavaggio (Prewash)
A Prewash is only worthwhile for heavily soiled laundry. Not using the Prewash will save energy, water,
detergent and time.
• Rapido (Fast+)
When this function is selected, the durations of the relevant programmes get shorter by 50%.
Thanks to the optimised washing steps, high mechanic activity and optimum water consumption,
high washing performance is achieved in spite of the reduced duration.
• Pet Hair Removal
This function helps to remove pet hair that remain on your garments more effectively.
When you select this function, Prewash and Extra Rinse steps are added to the normal programme. Thus,
washing is performed with more water and the pet hair is removed more effectively.
4.3.7.2 Functions/Programs selected by pressing the key for 3”
• Drum Cleaning
Press and hold the 1st auxiliary function key for 3 seconds to select the programme.
Use regularly (once in every 1-2 months) to clean the drum and provide the required hygiene. Operate the
programme while the machine is completely empty. To obtain better results, put powder lime-scale remover
for washing machines into the detergent compartment no. “2”. When the programme is over, leave the loading
door ajar so that the inside of the machine gets dry.
CThis is not a washing programme. It is a maintenance programme.
Do not run the programme when there is something in the machine. If you try to do so, the machine detects that there is
load inside and aborts the programme.
• Child Lock
Use Child Lock function to prevent children from tampering with the product. Thus you can avoid any changes
in a running programme.
CYou can switch on and off the product with On / Off button when the Child Lock is active. When you switch on the product
again, programme will resume from where it has stopped.
To activate the Child Lock:
Press and hold 2nd auxiliary function button for 3 seconds. In the programme selection display on the
panel, „CL 3-2-1 On“ light will turn on. When this light is on you can stop pressing on 2nd when this warning
is displayed.
To deactivate the Child Lock:
Press and hold 2nd Auxiliary Function button for 3 seconds. In the programme selection display on the
panel, „CL 3-2-1 Off“ light will turn on.

• AntiPiega+
This function is selected when the 3rd auxiliary function is pressed and held for 3 seconds and the
programme follow-up light for the relevant step turns on. When the function is selected, the drum rotates
for up to 8 hours for preventing the laundry from creasing at the end of the programme. You can cancel the
programme and take your laundry out at any time during the 8-hour duration. Press the function selection
key or the machine on/off key to cancel the function. The programme follow-up light will remain on until the
function is canceled or the step is complete. If the function is not cancelled, it will be active in the subsequent
washing cycles as well.
4.3.8 End Time
With the End Time function, the startup of the programme may be delayed up to 24 hours. After pressing
End Time button, the programme's estimated ending time is displayed. If the End Time is adjusted, End Time
indicator is illuminated.
1 Open the loading door, place the laundry and put detergent, etc.
2 Select the washing programme, temperature, spin speed and, if required, the auxiliary functions.
3 Set the end time of your choice by pressing the End Time button. End Time indicator illuminates.
4 Press Start / Pause button. Time countdown starts. “:” symbol in the middle of the end time on the display
starts flashing.
Adjusting the end time
If you want to cancel End Time function, press On / Off button to turn off and on the product.
CDo not use liquid detergents when you activate End Time function! There is the risk of staining of the clothes.
CYou must press Start/Pause and wait for the door to open to add laundry into the machine during the End Time countdown.
Press Start/Pause once again after adding the laundry to resume the countdown. At the end of the countdown, End Time
indicator turns off, washing cycle starts and the time of the selected programme appears on the display.
When the End Time selection is completed, the time appears on the screen is the total of the end time chosen with the
duration of the selected programme.
4.3.9 Starting the programme
1. Press Start / Pause button to start the programme.
2. Programme follow-up light showing the startup of the programme will turn on.
CIf no programme is started or no key is pressed within 10 minute during programme selection process, the product will turn
off automatically. Display and all indicators will turn off.
If you press on the On / Off button, the programme information set as default will be displayed.
4.3.10 Loading door lock
There is a locking system on the loading door of the product that prevents opening of the door in cases when
the water level is unsuitable.
"Door Locked" light in the panel turns on when the loading door is locked.

4.3.11 Changing the selections after programme has started
After the programme has started you can make the following changes.
Switching the product to pause mode
Press the Start/Pause button to switch the machine to pause mode while a programme is running. The light
of the step which the machine is in starts flashing in the Programme Follow-up indicator to show that the
machine has been switched to the pause mode. Also loading door light blinks until the door is ready to be
opened. When the loading door is ready to be opened Loading Door light will turn off, programme step light
will continue to flash.
Changing the auxiliary function, speed and temperature
Depending on the step the programme has reached, you can cancel or select the auxiliary functions. See
"Auxiliary function selection".
Also you can change temperature and cycle adjustments. See "Temperature selection" and "Spin speed
selection".
CIf no change is allowed, the relevant light will flash 3 times.
Adding or taking out laundry
1. Press the Start / Pause button to switch the product to pause mode. The programme follow-up light of the
relevant step during which the machine was switched into the pause mode will flash.
2. Wait until the Loading Door can be opened.
3. Open the Loading Door and add or take out the laundry.
4. Close the Loading Door.
5. Make changes in auxiliary functions, temperature and speed settings if necessary.
6. Press Start / Pause to operate the product.
4.3.12 Cancelling the programme
The programme is cancelled when the product is turned off and on again. Press and hold On / Off button for
3 seconds.
CIf you press On / Off button when the Child Lock is enabled, the programme will not be cancelled. You should cancel the
Child Lock first.
If you want to open the loading door after you have cancelled the programme but it is not possible to open the loading
door since the water level in the product is above the loading door opening, then turn the Programme Selection knob to
Pump+Spin programme and discharge the water in the product.
4.3.13 End of programme
The "Complete" light (LED) will turn on when the programme is over.
If you do not press any button for 10 minutes, the product will turn off automatically. Display and all indicators
are turned off.
Completed programme steps will be displayed if you On / Off.
4.3.14 Energy saving mode
If no action is taken for 2 minutes after turning on the product with On / Off button or after the chosen
programme ends, the product will switch to energy saving mode automatically. The brightness of the indicator
lights will decrease. This display will be closed completely if programme time display is available.
If you turn the programme knob or touch any button, the lights will switch back to previous position.
CThis is a feature of this product, and not an error.

4.4 Maintenance and cleaning
Service life of product extends and frequently experienced problems will be reduced if it is cleaned at regular
intervals.
4.4.1 Cleaning the detergent drawer
Clean the detergent drawer at regular intervals (every 4-5 washing cycles) as
shown below in order to prevent accumulation of powder detergent in time.
Lift the rear part of the siphon to remove it as illustrated.
If more than normal amount of water and softener mixture starts to gather in the
softener compartment, the siphon must be cleaned.
1 Press the dotted point on the siphon in the softener compartment and pull towards you until the
compartment is removed from the machine.
2. Wash the detergent drawer and the siphon with plenty of lukewarm water in a washbasin. In order to
prevent the residues to contact your skin, clean it with an appropriate brush by wearing a pair of gloves.
3 Insert the drawer back into its place after cleaning and make sure that it is seated well.
4.4.2 Cleaning the loading door and the drum
For products with drum cleaning programme, please see Operating the product - Programmes.
CRepeat Drum Cleaning process in every 2 months.
Use an detergent / anti-limescale suitable for the washing machines.
After every washing make sure that no foreign substance is left in the drum.
If the holes on the bellow shown in the figure is blocked, open the holes using a
toothpick.
Foreign metal substances will cause rust stains in the drum. Clean the stains on the
drum surface by using cleaning agents for stainless steel.
Never use steel wool or wire wool. These will damage the painted, chromated and
plastic surfaces.
4.4.3 Cleaning the body and control panel
Wipe the body of the machine with soapy water or non-corrosive mild gel detergents as necessary, and dry
with a soft cloth.
Use only a soft and damp cloth to clean the control panel.
4.4.4 Cleaning the water intake filters
There is a filter at the end of each water intake valve at the rear of the machine and also at the end of each
water intake hose where they are connected to the tap. These filters prevent foreign substances and dirt in
the water to enter the washing machine. Filters should be cleaned as they do get dirty.
1. Close the taps.
2. Remove the nuts of the water intake hoses to access
the filters on the water intake valves. Clean them with an
appropriate brush. If the filters are too dirty, remove them
from their places with a pliers and clean in this way.
3. Take out the filters on the flat ends of the water intake
hoses together with the gaskets and clean thoroughly
under running water.
4. Replace the seals and filters carefully and tighten their
nuts by hand.

The filter system in your machine prevents solid items such as buttons, coins and fabric fibers clogging the
pump impeller during discharge of washing water. Thus, the water will be discharged without any problem and
the service life of the pump will extend.
If the machine fails to drain water, the pump filter is clogged. Filter must be cleaned whenever it is clogged or
in every 3 months. Water must be drained off first to clean the pump filter.
In addition, prior to transporting the machine (e.g., when moving to another house) and in case of freezing of
the water, water may have to be drained completely.
ACAUTION: Foreign substances left in the pump filter may damage your machine or may cause noise problem.
CAUTION: If the product is not being used, shut the tap shut, remove mains pipe and drain the water inside the machine
against any likely freezing.
CAUTION: After each use, turn off the water tap to which the mains hose is connected.
In order to clean the dirty filter and discharge the water:
1 Unplug the machine to cut off the supply power.
ACAUTION: Temperature of the water inside the machine may rise up to 90 ºC. To avoid the burning risk, clean the filter
after the water inside the machine is cooled down.
2. Open the filter cover.
3 Follow the below procedures in order to drain water.
The product does not have an emergency water drain hose, in order to drain the water:
a. In order to collect the water to flow out of the filter,
place a large vessel in front of the filter.
b. Turn and loosen the pump filter until water starts to
flow (counterclockwise). Fill the flowing water into
the container you have placed in front of the filter.
Always keep a piece of cloth handy to absorb any
spilled water.
c When the water inside the machine is finished, take
out the filter completely by turning it.
4. Clean any residues inside the filter as well as fibers, if any, around the pump impeller region.
5. Replace the filter.
6. If the filter cap is composed of two pieces, close the filter cap by pressing on the tab. If it is one piece, seat
the tabs in the lower part into their places first, and then press the upper part to close

5 Troubleshooting

Machine does not fill with water. Tap is turned off. • Turn on the taps.
Water inlet hose is bent. • Flatten the hose.
Water inlet filter is clogged. • Clean the filter.
Loading door may be open. • Close the door.
Machine does not drain water. Water drain hose might be clogged or twisted. • Clean or flatten the hose.
Pump filter is clogged. • Clean the pump filter.
Machine vibrates or makes noise. Machine might be standing unbalanced. • Adjust the feet to level the machine.
A hard substance might have entered into the pump
filter.
• Clean the pump filter.
Transportation safety bolts are not removed. • Remove the transportation safety bolts.
Laundry quantity in the machine might be too little. • Add more laundry to the machine.
Machine might be overloaded with laundry. • Take out some of the laundry from the machine
or distribute the load by hand to balance it
homogenously in the machine.
Machine might be leaning on a rigid item. • Make sure that the machine is not leaning on
anything.
There is water leaking from the
bottom of the washing machine.
Water drain hose might be clogged or twisted. • Clean or flatten the hose.
Pump filter is clogged. • Clean the pump filter.
Machine stopped shortly after the
programme started.
Machine might have stopped temporarily due to low
voltage.
• It will resume running when the voltage restores to
the normal level.
Machine directly discharges the
water it takes in.
Draining hose might not be at adequate height. • Connect the water draining hose as described in
the operation manual.
No water can be seen in the
machine during washing.
The water level is not visible from outside of the
washing machine.
• This is not a failure.
Loading door cannot be opened. Door lock is activated because of the water level in
the machine.
• Drain the water by running the Pump or Spin
programme.
Machine is heating up the water or it is at the spinning
cycle.
• Wait until the programme completes.
Child lock is engaged. Door lock will be deactivated
a couple of minutes after the programme has come
to an end.
• Wait for a couple of minutes for deactivation of
the door lock.
Loading door may be stuck because of the pressure it
is subjected to.

Washing takes longer time than

results when the supply voltage is low.
Input temperature of water might be low. • Required time to heat up the water extends in cold
seasons. Also, washing time can be lengthened to
avoid poor washing results.
Number of rinses and/or amount of rinse water might
have increased.
• Machine increases the amount of rinse water
when good rinsing is needed and adds an extra
rinsing step if necessary.
Excessive foam might have occurred and automatic
foam absorption system might have been activated
due to too much detergent usage.
• Use recommended amount of detergent.

Water pressure is low. • Check the water pressure.
The detergent in the main wash compartment got
wet while taking in the prewash water. Holes of the
detergent compartment are blocked.
• Check the holes and clean if they are clogged.
There is a problem with the detergent drawer valves. • Call the Authorized Service Agent.
Detergent might be mixed with the softener. • Do not mix the softener with detergent. Wash and
clean the dispenser with hot water.
Regular drum cleaning is not applied. • Clean the drum regularly. For this, please see

Too much foam forms in the

Improper detergents for the washing machine are

Softener is being taken early. • There may be problem in the valves or in the
detergent dispenser. Call the Authorized Service
Agent.
Foam is overflowing from the
detergent drawer.
Too much detergent is used. • Mix 1 tablespoonful softener and ½ l water and
pour into the main wash compartment of the
detergent drawer.
• Put detergent into the machine suitable for the
programmes and maximum loads indicated in the
“Programme and consumption table”. When you
use additional chemicals (stain removers, bleachs
and etc), reduce the amount of detergent.
