SSB-1120, SSM-1120, SLB-1120 and SLM-1120 Interface Brackets
SSB-1120, SSM-1120, SLB-1120 and SLM-1120 Interface Brackets are designed for use with Chief® Series Projector Mounts. See the
specific installation instructions provided with the mount for additional installation information.
Unpack carton and verify kit conten ts. If any listed parts are missing, immediately contact a Ch ief Customer Service representative.
WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN LEAD TO EQUIPMENT FALLING CAUSING SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT! DO NOT substitute hardware. Use only hardware supplied by manufacturer!
Installation Instructions
WARNING: OVER TIGHTENING OF SCREWS CAN DAMAGE PARTS AND CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT! DO NOT over tighten screws when installing Interface bracket.
NOTE: Step 1 is only required when installing an SLB/SSB interface bracket. If an SLM/SSM bracket is being installed, proceed to step 2.
1. Screw thumb screws onto 10-24 x 5/8" Phillips pan head screws. DO NOT fully tighten thumb screws at this time.
2. Turn projector upside down.
3. Push the four-rubber bump-on’s through the four larger holes in the bracket from the side with the inside bend.
4. P lace the i nterf ace brack et onto the bot tom of t he proje ctor an d alig n the mount in g holes with the threaded inser ts in the bottom and back
of the projector.
5. Us in g the M4 -10mm m ounting screws and M4 flat washer s on the bottom hole s and the M3 - 6mm mounting screws and M3 f lat
washer on the back holes, secure interface bracket to projector and tighten all fasteners at this time.
NOTE: Security screws can be substituted when mounting interface bracket to projector by using the parts and installation
instructions in the All-Points Security Kit.

encirc led locati ons abov e. DO NOT attempt t o subst itute a nd USE ONLY thi s pre-in stalled hardware for SSB-sty le and SSM-st yle
interface bracket installation.
