SSB-370, SSM-370, SLB-370 and SLM-370 Interface Brackets
SSB-370, SSM-370, SLB-370 and SLM-370 Interface Brackets are designed for use with Chief® Series Projector Mounts. See the specific
installation instructions provided with the mount for additional installation information.
Unpack carton and verify kit conten ts. If any listed parts are missing, immediately contact a Chief Cu stomer Service representative.

DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT! DO NOT substitute hardware. Use only hardware supplied by manufacturer!
Installation Instructions
WARNING: OVER TIGHTENING OF SCREWS CAN DAMAGE PARTS AND CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND
DAMAGE TO EQUPIMENT! DO NOT over tighten screws when installing interface brackets.
NOTE: Step 1 is only required when installing an SLB/SSB interface bracket. If an SLM/SSM bracket is being installed, proceed to step 2.
1. Screw thumb screws onto 10-24 x 5/8" Phillips pan head screws. DO NOT fully tighten thumb screws at this time.
2. Turn projector upside down on a flat surface.
3. Place nylon spacers over the threaded inserts in the bottom of the projector so they are level.
4. Plac e the interf ace br acket ont o the nyl on spa cers on the bot tom of t he projec tor and al ign the mount ing holes i n the brack et with t he nylon
spacers.
5. Us ing three M3 mounting screws, place the flat head screw in the counte r sink hole. Place the longer screw through the ½" nylon spacer
and #4 washer, a nd the sh orter s cre w thr ough t he ¼" nyl on spa cer and # 4 washer. Now pos iti on mo unt ing s cre ws int o th e thr ee th read ed
inserts. Tighten all fasteners at this time, securing the bracket to the projector.
NOTE: Security screws can be substituted w hen mount ing inter face bracket to projec tor by using the parts and i nstallation i nstr uctions
in the All-Points Security Kit.

encirc led locati ons abov e. DO NOT attempt t o subst itute a nd USE ONLY thi s pre-in stalled hardware for SSB-sty le and SSM-st yle
interface bracket installation.
