SSB-735, SSM-735, SLB-735 and SLM-735 Interface Brackets
SSB-735, SSM-735, SLB-735 and SLM-735 Interface Brackets are designed for use with Chief® Series Projector Mounts. See the specific
installation instructions provided with the mount for additional installation information.
Unpack carton and verify kit conten ts. If any listed parts are missing, immediately contact a Chief Cu stomer Service representative.
WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN LEAD TO EQUIPMENT FALLING CAUSING SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND
DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT! DO NOT substitute hardware. Use only hardware supplied by manufacturer!
Installation Instructions
WARNING: OVER TIGHTENING OF SCREWS CAN DAMAGE PARTS AND CAN LEAD TO SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY AND
DAMAGE TO EQUPIMENT! DO NOT over tighten screws when installing interface brackets.
NOTE: Step 1 is only required when installing an SLB/SSB interface bracket. If an SLM/SSM bracket is being installed, proceed to step 2.
1. Screw thumb screws onto 10-24 x 5/8" Phillips pan head screws. DO NOT fully tighten thumb screws at this time.
2. Turn projector upside down on a flat surface.
3. Plac e a 1/ 2" nylo n spacer ov er the ce nte r-thread ed hol e in the bot tom of the projec tor so i t aligns wi t h the hol e in the b rac ket that uses th e
flat head screw.
4. Place a 1/4" nylon spacer over the front, side and over the back threaded hole in the bottom of the projector.
5. Place the interface bracket onto the bottom of the projector and align the mounting holes in the bracket with the nylon spacers on the
bottom of the projector.
6. Using the M4 x 20m m flat head screw, place screw into the center-mounting hole and leave loose at this point.
7. Us ing the remai ning M4 x 16 mm mo unting screws and washer s, place sc rews wi th washers int o the mount ing ho les. Tight en all fast eners
at this time to secure interface bracket to projector.
NOTE: Security screws can be substituted when mounting interface bracket to projector by using the parts and installation
instructions in the All-Points Security Kit.

encirc led locati ons abov e. DO NOT attempt t o subst itute a nd USE ONLY thi s pre-in stalled hardware for SSB-sty le and SSM-st yle
interface bracket installation.
