adjusts the cooking cycle (time and
temperature) according to the food
thickness and quantity.
Close the appliance to start the
cooking cycle. The cooking level
indicatorturnsblueandthenbecomes
green to indicate the cooking is in
progress(forthebestresultsdonot
openormoveyourfoodduringthe
cookingprocess).
Duringthecookinginprogressstage,a
beepsoundsateachstageofcooking
towarntheuserthatacookinglevel
(egrare/yellow)hasbeenreached.
Note for very thin pieces of food:
close the appliance, the button OK
will flashing and the indicator will
stay“fixedpurple”,pressOKtoensure
the appliance recognises the food
andthatthecookingcyclestarts.
18Accordingtothedegreeofcooking,the
indicator light changes colour. When
theindicatorlightisyellowwithabeep,
yourfood is rare,when the indicator
lightisorangewithabeep,yourfoodis
mediumandwhentheindicatorlightis
red,yourfoodiswelldone.
N.B.:ifyoulikeyourmeatveryrare,
removethemeatwhenthecooking
levelindicatorturnsgreen.
Please note, especially for meat, it
isnormalthatcookingresultsmay
varydependingontype,qualityand
originoffood.

How to cook another batch of food:
Afterfinishingyourfirstbatchoffood:
1.Makesuretheapplianceisclosed
withnofoodinside.
2. Select the appropriate cooking
mode/program(thisstepisnecessary
evenifyoudecidetopickthesame
cookingmodethanfortheprevious
batchoffood).
3. Press the “OK” button: the
appliancestartspre-heating.Thepre-
heatingissymbolizedbythecooking
levelindicatorthatflashespurple.
4.Thepre-heatingiscompletewhenan
audiblebeepisheardandthecooking
levelindicatorstopsflashingpurple.
5.Afterthepre-heating,theappliance
isready for use.Open the grilland
placethefoodinsidetheappliance.
Important:
- Please note that any new batch
of food, the pre-heating phase is
mandatory. Remember to always
have the grill closed and no food
insideinorderforthepre-heatingto
effectivelyfunction.

the food when it has reached the
desiredlevelandthenclosethegrill
andcontinuecookingtheotherfood.
Theprogramwillcontinueitscooking
cycleuntilitreachesthe‘welldone’
level.
25 Keeping warm function
When the cooking process has
finished,theappliancewillstartthe
keepwarmfunction;theindicatorwill
switchtoflashingredandwillemita
beepsignalevery20seconds.Ifthe
foodisleftonthegrill,itwillcontinue
cookingwhilethecookingplatescool
downandduringthekeepingwarm
function. You can turn of the beep
signalbypressingthe‘OK’button.
Comment:thesafetysystemwillturn
theapplianceoffautomaticallyafter
acertainamountoftime.
