3. Operating the E-scooter
Unfolding the e-scooter
1. Push the folding lock (10), you will
hear a clicking sound. Completely
open the T-tube and wheel
2. Push up the folding lever to the
upright position

height, it will be locked by means of

Folding the e-scooter
1. Turn off the power by pushing the
power switch
2. Pull out horizontally the two grips
from the handlebar
3. Fold down the grips
4. Loosen the locknut
5. Push down the t-tube to its lowest
position.

will hear a clicking sound. Then fold
the t-tube and front wheel
Starting the e-scooter
Depending on the model, press the Power button for 3 seconds. The display
will be activated and the e-power will be turned on.
Speed
You can control the speed of your e-scooter by means of the finger or thumb
throttle, depending on the model.
The speed ranges from 1(min) – 23 (max)km/h. However we strongly
recommend for your own safety to not exceed 20 km.

Power display
On the display the battery icon indicates the remaining power capacity of the
battery.
Distance
The distance of the current trip is indicated on the display.
Braking system
The hand brake lever on the left side
of the grip activates the brake.
Squeezing the hand brake lever will
activate the servo-brake situated in
the rear wheel. Make sure to release
the throttle before using the brake.
Front/Rear light & Horn
Switch
1. If you would like to switch on the
front&rear light, push the switch up to
the “ON” position.
If you want to switch off the lights,
push down the switch to the “OFF”
position
2. You can sound the horn by pressing
the yellow horn button
Get ready to ride
If you are using the e-scooter for the first time, choose a flat, dry surface
in a quiet environment.
Before operating your e-scooter check with your local authorities about
specific regulations regarding riding an e-scooter on public roads.
Do not ride your e-scooter in bad weather, in heavy rain, strong winds,
snow and ice (below -5°C). Do not ride through puddles.
Follow the instructions mentioned in the user’s manual to fold and open
the e-scooter.
To tighten or loosen the brake lever, use the hex key in the included
toolbag.
Zero start function

Turn on the e-scooter by pressing the Power button.
Your e-scooter is equipped with a zero start e-motor system and brake
switch-off device. When you want to ride, put one foot on the deck while
pushing off with the other foot. Now gently push the throttle. The e-
scooter will now move.
When you use the brake, the power will automatically be cut off, for
safety reasons.
Before using the e-scooter we strongly recommend you to read this manual
thoroughly.
1. When riding the e-scooter always use protective gear, like a SPSC or CE
certified helmet, protective clothing (with long sleeves and long trousers)
and appropriate footwear (sneakers and make sure the laces cannot get
caught in the wheels, motor or other moving components). Never ride
the e-scooter barefoot in sandals or flip-flops.
2. Never try performing dangerous or risky actions, like one hand riding,
freestyling, etc.
3. Never ride the e-scooter down the stairs, this may lead to damage to
your e-scooter or personal injury.
4. The maximum speed of the e-scooter is 23km/h. However, for your own
safety we strongly advise you not to exceed 20km/h.
5. We strongly recommend you to not ride when it is dark at night. If you
need to ride by night, turn on the front and rear light and limit your
speed to 15km/h
6. When the battery is running low and has reached the bottom of the icon
on the display, the controller system will automatically shut down to
protect the lifespan of the battery. You can now ride your e-scooter by
pushing your foot.
7. This e-scooter is designed to be used by one person. Never try to ride
this e-scooter with two or more persons at the same time.
8. Keep this device away from heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity, water
and any other liquids.
9. Do not operate the device if it has been exposed to water, moisture or any
other liquids to prevent against electric shock, explosion and/or injury to
yourself and damage to the device.
10.Do not use the device if it has been dropped or damaged in any way.
11.Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by the
manufacturer. Improper repair voids the warranty and may place the
user at serious risk.
12.Do not puncture or harm the exterior surface of the product in any way.

13.Keep the device free from dust, lint, etc.
14.Do not use this device for anything other than its intended use or
purpose. Doing so may damage the device or lead to property damage,
injury or death.
15.This product is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.
16.Do not expose batteries, battery pack, or batteries installed to excessive
heat, such as direct sunlight, or open flame.
17.Do not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, clothing or similar to come in
contact with moving parts, wheels or drive-train, while the engine is
running.
18.Do not operate, or allow others to operate, the scooter, until the user
understands all instructions, warnings and safety features described in
this manual.
19.Check with your doctor if you have a medical condition that could affect
your ability to use the E-Scooter.
20.Persons with head, back or neck ailments or prior surgeries to those
areas of the body are recommended to not use this E-Scooter.
21.Persons with any mental or physical conditions that may make them
susceptible to injury or impair their physical or mental capabilities to
recognize, understand and perform all of the safety instructions and to
be able to assume the hazards inherent in unit use, should not use the E-
Scooter.
Parking
When parking your e-scooter always put it on a stable and flat surface. Make
sure that the kickstand is locked so that it cannot fall over.
Please always switch off your e-scooter when you are not using it.
4. How to use the battery and recharge
The charger indicator: “RED” = battery is charging, “GREEN”= charging is
completed.
1. Before your first use, be sure to fully charge the battery.
2. With a fully charged battery you are able to ride short distances.
Therefore you don’t need to charge your battery frequently.
3. When the battery is charging always keep the charger and the battery
out of reach of children.
4. Do not try to disassemble or modify the battery charger, this will render
the warranty null and void.
5. The charger is only suitable for Li-ion batteries and should not be used
for other types of battery.

6. Do not use other types of battery other than the ones provided by the
manufacturer.
7. Charging of the battery: First plug the connector of the charger into the
battery socket of the e-scooter. Then plug the connector of the charger
into the wall socket. The LED indicator will turn red, which means the
battery is charging. As soon as the battery is completely charged, the
indicator will turn green. When the charging is completed, make sure to
first disconnect the charger from the wall socket and then disconnect the
charger from the battery socket. Make sure you do not do this the other
way around.
8. Make sure that the battery and the charger are placed on a stable and
cool surface. The working temperature of the battery ranges between
0°C – 45°C. The working temperature for optimum performance of the
battery ranges between 20°C – 25°C. Do not cover the battery or the
charger when in use. Make sure that no liquids or metal substances enter
the charger. If the charger becomes hot in any way or place (above 60°C)
during charging, this might suggest a malfunction. Shut off the power
immediately and contact you manufacturer or supplier.
9. If you do not use your e-scooter for a longer period, turn off the power
switch and recharge the battery every 3 months.
10.When your battery is completely charged, the duration of how long the
battery will last depends on various circumstances, road conditions,
loading weight, wind direction, etc. We recommend to push your foot
when the circumstances make it difficult to ride, so that the battery and
motor will last longer.
5. Care and maintenance
To ensure your e-scooter stays in the best condition, clean and maintain it
regularly.
Before every ride make sure that all the fasteners, nuts and bolts are
securely tightened.
The frame and other components are made of aluminum alloy. Avoid
friction and collisions by cleaning it regularly.
For maintenance of the motor, battery and controller, please refer to
your service center if repair or maintenance is necessary. Do not
disassemble or repair the e-scooter yourself or by any other person not
authorized by the manufacturer. This will render the warranty null and
void.
Never clean the e-scooter with a high-pressure water cleaner.

Lubrication
We advise you to put lubrication oil into the folding points every 6 months for
maintenance.
Wheel
This e-scooter is equipped with solid foam rubber wheels. When the wheels
need to be replaced, because of wear and tear or when they are broken, please
contact your service center.
6. General troubleshooting
Before contacting the service center because of problems with your e-scooter,
please check the following check list:
Check if the power switch has been turned on.
Check if you have enough power left on your display
Check if the brake lever is in the right position.
Check if all sockets and connectors are clean and well connected.
7. Warranty
The following parts of the e-scooter may be repaired or replaced under
warranty. The warranty only applies with normal use and only for parts and
problems specified in the table mentioned here below. Please contact our
service center.
