Thank you for purchasing the Intellinet Fast Ethernet Media
Converter. Media converters connect two Ethernet networks over
a longer distance using fiber optic cable.

CONNECTIONS
TwistedPair–RJ45
Connect the UTP port of the media converter to an RJ45 port on
the network; e.g., to an Ethernet switch. Cat5e or better cabling is
recommended.

As shown above, two fiber optic cables need to be connected be-

POWER
Plug the power adapter into the 5 V DC input jack on the media
converter, then connect it to a regular power outlet. Only use
the included power adapter or one with matching specifications
(output of 5 V DC, at least 1 A).
LEDS
PWR – The power adapter is connected when lit.
100M – 100 Mbps link on the twisted pair connection when lit;
10 Mbps link or no link if unlit.
Link/Act(TP=RJ45;FP=Fiber) – Active link when lit; data traffic
when flashing; no active network link when unlit.
FDX/COL(forTP/RJ45) – Full duplex connection when lit; data
collisions when flashing; half duplex when unlit.
SD(forFP/Fiber) – Fiber optic signal is detected when lit; no
signal when unlit.

STROMVERSORGUNG
Schließen Sie das Netzteil an die 5V-DC-Buchse des Medien-

Netzwerkverbindung besteht.

blinkt bei Datenkollisionen; leuchtet nicht bei Halbduplex.
SD(fürFP/Faser) – Leuchtet wenn Glasfasersignal erkannt wird;

ENERGIA

vertisseur et puis à une prise d’alimentation régulière (90 – 265 V,
50/60 Hz). Utilisez uniquement l’adaptateur secteur inclus ou un
correspondant aux spécifications (puissance de sortie 5 Vcc, au
moins 1 A).

PWR – Allumée si l’adaptateur secteur est connecté.
100M – Allumée en cas de liaison 100 Mbit/s à la connexion
paires torsadées; pas allumée en cas de liaison 10 Mbit/s ou
d’aucune liaison.
Link/Act(TP=RJ45;FP=Fibre) – Allumée en cas de liaison
active; clignotant en cas de transmission de données; pas
allumée s’il n’y a pas de liason de réseau active.

pierwszą końcówkę drugiego światłowodu podłącz po portu RX
pierwszego media konwertera oraz drugą końcówkę drugiego
światłowodu do portu TX drugiego media konwertera. Maksymalna
długość oraz parametry światłowodu zależą od modelu (zapoznaj
się Modele).
ZASILANIE
Do gniazda 5V DC media konwertera podłącz zasilanie za pomocą
dołączonego adaptera zasilania. Używaj zasilacza dołączonego
w zestawie lub innego, o parametrach zgodnych ze specyfikacją
(5V DC, co najmniej 1A).
DIODY
PWR – Zasilanie jest podłączone.
100M – Gdy świeci, sygnalizuje połączenie po skrętce z prędkością
100 Mb/s. Gdy nie świeci, sygnalizuje połączenie po skrętce z
prędkością 10 Mb/s lub brak połączenia.
Link/Act(TP=RJ45;FP=Fiber) – Połączenie aktywne, gdy świeci;
transmisja danych, gdy miga; brak połączenia, gdy nie świeci.
