• Cet appareil est destiné à un usage domestique uniquement. Il ne peut donc pas être utilisé
pour une application industrielle.
• La garantie sera annulée en cas d’éventuels dommages résultant d’une mauvaise utilisation.
• Ne faites pas fonctionner votre appareil dans un local très empoussiéré et/ou humide ou un
local présentant des risques d’incendie.
• Avant chaque utilisation, vérifiez le bon état général de l’appareil, de la prise et du cordon.
• N’introduisez jamais d’objet à l’intérieur de l’appareil (ex : aiguilles…)
• Ne pas tirer le câble d’alimentation ou l’appareil, même pour débrancher la prise de courant du
socle mural.
• Dérouler complètement le cordon avant chaque utilisation.

• Ne pas couvrir les entrées d’air ainsi que la grille de sortie d’air.
• Ne pas toucher l’appareil avec les mains humides.
• Ne jamais laisser de liquide s’introduire dans l’appareil.

• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil près d’une source de chaleur.
• Ne jamais poser d’objet sur l’appareil ni laisser d’objet s’introduire dans l’appareil.
• Ne pas utiliser l’appareil à proximité d’objets et de produits inammables (rideaux, aérosols, sol-
vants, etc.…)
• Ne jamais utiliser l’appareil incliné ou couché. Placer le sur une surface plane et stable.
• En cas d’absence prolongée : Arrêter l’appareil avec le bouton (8) et débrancher.
• Arrêter et débrancher votre appareil avant de le déplacer.
• Débrancher le puricateur d’air pendant le montage et le nettoyage.

Le nouveau purificateur d’air Intense Pure Air de Rowenta vous permettra de respirer jusqu’à
99,99% d’air pur dans votre maison et ainsi de protéger votre santé grâce aux quatre niveaux de
filtration décrits ci-dessous. Chaque niveau est essentiel et retient des polluants caractéristiques:

LIEU D’INSTALLATION
Placez le purificateur dans la pièce nécessitant le traitement, sur une surface plane et stable.
Afin que l’air puisse circuler librement, veillez à ne pas placer l’appareil derrière des rideaux, sous une
fenêtre, un meuble ou une étagère, ou proche de tout autre obstacle, et laissez un minimum de 50 cm
d’espace libre de chaque côté du purificateur.
AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION
Assurez vous que les emballages plastiques protégeant les ltres soient retirés avant toute utilisation.
Assurez-vous également que :
• La tension de votre installation corresponde bien à celle marquée sur l’appareil.
• Votre appareil peut fonctionner avec une prise de courant sans contact de terre. C’est un appareil
de classe II (double isolation électrique),
• Le positionnement de l’appareil dans la maison décrit ci-dessus soit respecté,
• Les grilles d’entrée et de sortie d’air soient totalement dégagées,
• Les 4 filtres ainsi que la porte avant soient correctement installés (Voir paragraphe Montage/Dé-
montage des filtres).
Cet appareil est équipé d’un dispositif qui coupe automatiquement son fonctionnement si la porte
avant n’est pas correctement montée.
Mise en place et changement des filtres
Cet appareil est équipé de 4 types de ltres :

NB : Pour conserver une performance optimale de l’appareil, utilisez uniquement des filtres fournis
par ROWENTA.
Pour remplacer les ltres, suivre les indications du paragraphe «Montage/Démontage des Filtres».
NB : Certains filtres peuvent émettre une légère odeur temporaire liée aux conditions de transport et
de stockage.

En complément de votre purificateur Intense Pure Air, voici quelques conseils pour vous
aider à améliorer la qualité de votre air intérieur :
• Aérez les pièces au moins 10mn chaque jour, hiver comme été
• Entretenez votre système d’aération
• Limitez l’utilisation de produits ménagers
• Ne fumez pas à l’intérieur
• Evitez les parfums d’intérieur, bâtons d’encens, bougies parfumées…
• Aérez pendant toute la durée de vos travaux et plusieurs semaines après
• Evitez les plantes vertes allergisantes ou nécessitant un arrosage important

MISE EN MARCHE DE L’APPAREIL
Branchez le cordon et appuyez sur le bouton de mise en marche (8).
Par défaut, votre appareil est en mode automatique lors de la première mise en marche.
Grâce à son capteur de particules à infra-rouge et à son capteur de gaz (modèle PU6020 seule-
ment), il détecte le niveau de pollution de la pièce et ajuste automatiquement sa vitesse de filtra-
tion en conséquence.
Un voyant lumineux change de couleur pour indiquer la qualité de l’air dans la pièce.

REGLAGE DES CAPTEURS DE POLLUTION
L’appareil est réglé par défaut sur le niveau de sensibilité moyenne.
Si la qualité de l’air affichée reste :
– mauvaise après deux heures de fonctionnement, alors que l’air semble purifié
– excellente pendant plus d’une heure alors que l’air semble pollué
vous pouvez régler vous-même la sensibilité du capteur en suivant les consignes ci-dessous :
1. Lorsque le purificateur d’air est éteint, appuyez pendant deux secondes sur le bouton de ré-
glage de la vitesse de filtration :
2. Réglez la sensibilité par un appui court sur le bouton de réglage de la vitesse de filtration :
• Choisir une sensibilité forte si le purificateur indique une excellente qualité d’air pendant plus
d’une heure alors que l’air semble pollué.
• Choisir une sensibilité faible si le purificateur continue à indiquer une mauvaise qualité d’air
après un fonctionnement de plus de deux heures, et si l’air semble suffisamment purifié.
3. Le nouveau réglage s’applique après 10 secondes sans actionner aucun bouton.
FONCTIONNEMENT
MISE EN MARCHE
Allumer ou éteindre le purificateur d’air par un appui court.
SELECTION MODE / VITESSE DE FILTRATION
Automatique : Ce mode de fonctionnement permet d’ajuster automatiquement la vitesse de
filtration en fonction du niveau de qualité d’air détecté par le capteur de particules et le capteur de
gaz (modèle PU6020 seulement). Il est recommandé pour une utilisation générale.

Nuit : La vitesse de filtration de votre appareil est ajustée pour un flux d’air très silencieux pendant
la nuit. L’intensité lumineuse de l’appareil est également réduite. En cas de détection de pollution, la
vitesse de filtration augmente légèrement pour purifier votre air tout en restant silencieuse et respec-
tant votre sommeil.
Manuel : Ce mode de fonctionnement vous permet de choisir manuellement l’une des quatre
vitesses de filtration.

Il est possible de modifier l’intensité lumineuse de l’appareil selon vos envies et le moment de la
journée.

TIMER / DEPART DIFFERE
Si le purificateur est allumé : il vous permet de définir le temps de fonctionnement de l’appareil. Sé-
lectionnez par un appui court le nombre d’heures de fonctionnement souhaitées (1h, 2h, 4h ou 8h) et
l’appareil s’arrêtera automatiquement à la fin de cette période.
Si le purificateur est éteint : il vous permet de différer la mise en marche de l’appareil du nombre
d’heures souhaitées par un appui court (1h, 2h, 4h ou 8h).
FONCTION 3D PURE AIR (Grille orientable)
Vous pouvez modifier l’orientation de la grille de sortie d’air manuellement selon vos envies. Une
inclinaison à 45° vous permettra d’obtenir une homogénéisation optimale de l’air purifié dans la pièce,
tandis qu’une inclinaison à 90° vous procurera un confort maximum.
ENTRETIEN
Il est impératif d’arrêter votre appareil avec le bouton (8) et de le débrancher avant toute opération d’en-
tretien.
Vous pouvez nettoyer l’appareil avec un chiffon doux légèrement humide.
IMPORTANT : Ne jamais utiliser de produits abrasifs qui risqueraient de détériorer l’aspect de votre appareil.

Les fréquences recommandées de nettoyage et de remplacement des filtres peuvent varier en
fonction de la durée d’utilisation et de l’environnement de fonctionnement.
• Un voyant lumineux « PART » indique quand remplacer le filtre à particules.
Un voyant lumineux « Odor » indique quand remplacer le filtre charbon actif.
• Le filtreNanoCaptur contient des granules translucides qui changent de couleur en fonction de
leur saturation en formaldéhyde. Reportez-vous au nuancier figurant sur l’intérieur de la porte
ou sur le filtre lui-même pour juger de l’état de saturation du filtre. Si la saturation est à son
degré maximum, le filtre doit être remplacé. Il est recommandé de vérifier tous les 6 mois le
degré de saturation de ce filtre.
• Le pré-filtre est réutilisable et lavable : retirez la poussière à l’aide d’un aspirateur ou nettoyez
le à l’eau.
ATTENTION :
• Si le préfiltre n’est pas nettoyé régulièrement, l’efficacité de l’appareil peut être diminuée.
• Ne jamais utiliser un pré-ltre encore humide.
• Seul le pré-ltre est réutilisable et peut-être nettoyé à l’eau. Les filtres Charbon Actif, à particules
et NanoCaptur ne peuvent pas être nettoyés et réutilisés. Ne les nettoyez jamais à l’eau.
• Pour remplacer les ltres, suivre les indications du paragraphe «Montage/Démontage des Filtres».

IMPORTANT : Réinitialisation des ltres
Le voyant de réinitialisation clignote lorsqu’un filtre doit être remplacé. Une fois le filtre remplacé,
appuyez pendant 2 secondes sur le bouton de réinitialisation .
Réinitialisation forcée :
Si vous avez remplacé un filtre avant sa fin de vie, forcez la réinitialisation du cycle de remplace-
ment du filtre :
1. Appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation des filtres pendant 2s .
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation pour sélectionner le filtre que vous avez changé.
3. Après avoir séléctionné le filtre à réinitialiser, appuyez sur le bouton de réinitialisation pen-
dant 2 secondes. Le compteur éléctronique est alors réinitialisé.
4. Si aucun bouton n’est actionné pendant 10 secondes en mode de réinitialisation forcée, le
mode de réinitialisation est annulé.
« LES BONS GESTES POUR CHANGER SES FILTRES »
• Evitez qu’une personne allergique ou asthmatique ne manipule des filtres usa-
gés.
• Mettre des gants lors du changement de filtre, ou bien se laver les mains après
avoir manipulé des filtres usagés.
• Mettre les filtres usagés directement dans un sac fermé et hermétique avant de
les jeter pour éviter la dispersion de polluants.

LES CAPTEURS DE POLLUTION
Les capteurs de particules et de gaz (modèle PU6020 seulement) nécessitent un nettoyage régulier
(tous les 2 mois) et approprié.
Il est impératif d’arrêter et de débrancher l’appareil avant toute opération de nettoyage des capteurs de
pollution et de suivre les recommandations suivantes :
1. Nettoyez l’entrée et la sortie d’air à l’aide d’une brosse douce ou d’un chiffon doux.
2. Ouvrez le cache du capteur situé sur le côté droit de l’appareil.
3. Humidifiez légèrement un coton-tige et nettoyez la lentille ainsi que l’entrée et la sortie des pous-
sières. Essuyez à l’aide d’un coton-tige sec.
4. Nettoyez le capteur de gaz à l’aide d’une brosse douce ou d’un aspirateur.

IMPORTANT :
• Ne pas utiliser de détergent ou d’objet métallique pour le nettoyage des capteurs.
• En l’absence d’un nettoyage régulier, l’efficacité des capteurs diminue.
• La fréquence de nettoyage varie selon l’environnement de fonctionnement de l’appareil. Si l’appa-
reil est utilisé dans un environnement poussiéreux, nettoyez les capteurs plus fréquemment.
RANGEMENT
Si vous n’utilisez pas l’appareil, celui-ci doit être placé à l’abri de l’humidité et de la chaleur.
EN CAS DE PROBLEME
• Ne jamais démonter votre appareil vous-même. Mal réparé, il peut présenter des risques.
• Avant de contacter un Centre de Service Agréé de notre réseau, vérifier la liste des problèmes/
contrôles/solutions ci-dessous :

« HOW TO ACHIEVE CLEANER INDOOR AIR »
In addition to using your Intense Pure Air purifier, here are some tips on how to improve
the quality of your indoor air:
• Ventilate the rooms for at least 10 min. every day, in summer and winter
• Maintain your ventilation system
• Limit the use of household products
• Do not smoke indoors
• Avoid home fragrances, incense sticks, scented candles, etc.
• Ventilate whenever any work is being conducted in your home and for several weeks
afterwards
• Avoid green plants that are allergenic or need frequent watering
WHERE TO INSTALL THE APPLIANCE
Place the purifier on a flat, stable surface in the room requiring treatment.
To allow the air to circulate freely, avoid placing the appliance behind curtains, below a window, item
of furniture or shelf unit, or close to any other obstacle, and leave at least 50 cm of free space on each
side of the appliance.
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Make sure that the plastic packaging protecting the lters has been removed before using the appliance.
Also make sure that:
• The voltage of your electrical installation corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance.
• Your appliance can be used with a power plug without an earth connection. It is a class II appliance
(double electrical insulation),
• The appliance is positioned in the house as described above,
• The air inlet and outlet grids are completely unobstructed,
• Ensure the 4 filters and front panel have been correctly installed (see section titled filter assembly/
dismantling paragraph).
This appliance is fitted with a device that automatically prevents it from operating if the front door is
not correctly assembled.

SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON
Connect the power cord and press the start button (8).
Your appliance will be preset to automatic mode the first time you turn it on.
Thanks to its infrared particles sensor and its gas sensor (model PU6020 only), it detects the level
of pollution in the room and automatically adjusts the filtration speed accordingly.
A light changes color to indicate the quality of air in the room.

SETTING THE POLLUTION SENSORS
The appliance is preset to medium sensitivity.

OPERATION
START
Briefly press this button to switch the air purifier on or off.
MODE/FILTRATION SPEED SELECTION
Automatic: In this operating mode, the filtration speed automatically adjusts according to the
air quality detected by the particles sensor and the gas sensor (model PU6020 only). This mode is
recommended for general use.
Night: The filtration speed of your appliance is adjusted for a whisper quiet air flow during
the night. The light intensity of the appliance is also reduced. If pollution is detected, the filtration
speed increases slightly to purify your air but remains quiet to avoid disturbing your sleep.
Manual: In this operating mode, you can manually select 1 of the 4 filtration speeds.
LIGHT
You can change the light intensity of the appliance as you wish or according to the time of day.

TIMER / DELAYED START
If the appliance is on: you can use this button to define the operating duration. Briefly press the button
to select the number of operating hours desired (1, 2, 4 or 8) and the appliance will automatically turn

If the appliance is off: briefly press the button to set the appliance to turn on in a certain number of
hours (1, 2, 4 or 8).
3D PURE AIR FUNCTION (adjustable grid)
You can adjust the position of the air outlet grid manually, as desired. For an optimum, even flow of
purified air in the room, set the angle to 45°; for maximum comfort, set the angle to 90°.
MAINTENANCE
Always switch the appliance o with the button (8) and unplug it before conducting any maintenance ope-
ration.
You can clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.

The recommended frequency for cleaning and replacing the filters may vary depending on the dura-
tion of use and the operating environment.
• A “PART” light indicates when the particle filter needs to be replaced.
The ‘Odor’ light display indicates when the carbon filter needs replacing.
• The NanoCaptur filter contains translucent granules which change color according to the for-
maldehyde absorption rate. Refer to the color chart on the inside of the panel or the filter itself
to establish the filter saturation rate.Once the saturation rate has reached its maximum, the filter
must be replaced. You have to check the filter saturation rate every six months.
• The pre-filter can be re-used: remove the dust using a vacuum cleaner or wash with water.
CAUTION:
• The appliance’s efficiency can be reduced if the pre-filter is not cleaned regularly.
• Never use a pre-lter that is still damp.
• The pre-lter is the only lter which can be re-used and washed with water. The particle, NanoCaptur
and active carbon filters cannot be cleaned and re-used. Never wash with water.

IMPORTANT: Resetting the lters
The reset light flashes when a filter needs to be replaced. Once the filter has been replaced, hold
down the reset button for 2 seconds. .
Forced reset:
If you have replaced a filter before its end of life, force the reset of the filter replacement cycle:
1. Hold the reset button for 2 seconds. .
2. Press the reset button briefly to select the filter you have changed.
3. After selecting the filter to reset, hold the reset button for 2 seconds. The electronic meter is
then reset.
4. If no button is activated for 10 seconds in forced reset mode, the reset mode is canceled.
« TIPS FOR CHANGING FILTERS »
• Avoid handling used filters if you suffer from allergies or asthma.
• Wear gloves when changing the filters, or wash your hands well afterwards.
• Put used filters directly into a closed, air-tight bag before throwing them away to
avoid spreading pollutants.
POLLUTION SENSORS
The particles sensor and gas sensor (model PU6020 only) need to be cleaned regularly (every 2
months) and appropriately.
Make sure you turn o and unplug the appliance before cleaning the pollution sensors and follow the
recommendations below:
1. Clean the air inlet and outlet using a soft brush or cloth.
2. Open the sensor cover located on the right-hand side of the appliance.
3. Lightly wet a cotton swab and remove any dust from the lens and the inlet/outlet. Wipe using
a dry cotton swab.
4. Clean the gas sensor using a soft brush or vacuum cleaner.

« TIPPS FÜR EINE REINERE RAUMLUFT »
Zusätzlich zu Ihrem Luftreiniger Intense Pure Air können Sie die Qualität der
Raumluft verbessern, wenn Sie folgende Ratschläge beachten:
• Lüften Sie die Räume mindestens 10 Minuten täglich, im Winter wie im Sommer.
• Halten Sie Ihr Lüftungssystem instand.
• Verwenden Sie nicht zu viele Haushaltsprodukte.
• Rauchen Sie nicht im Haus.
• Vermeiden Sie Lufterfrischer, Räucherstäbchen, Duftkerzen usw.
• Lüften Sie während der gesamten Dauer von Renovierungsarbeiten und mehrere
Wochen danach.
• Vermeiden Sie Grünpflanzen, die Allergien hervorrufen können oder intensiv ge-
gossen werden müssen.
WO SOLLTE DAS GERÄT STEHEN?
Stellen Sie den Luftreiniger in den zu reinigenden Raum auf eine ebene und stabile Oberfläche.
Damit die Luft frei zirkulieren kann, achten Sie darauf, das Gerät nicht hinter Vorhängen, unter
einem Fenster, einem Möbelstück oder einem Regal oder in der Nähe eines anderen Hindernisses
aufzustellen, und lassen Sie an allen Seiten des Luftreinigers einen Mindestfreiraum von 50 cm.
VOR DEM ERSTEN GEBRAUCH
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Kunststoverpackungen zum Schutz der Filter vor jedem Gebrauch entfernt
werden.
Stellen Sie ebenfalls Folgendes sicher:
• Die Netzspannung entspricht der auf dem Gerät angegebenen Spannung.
• Das Gerät kann an eine nicht geerdete Steckdose angeschlossen werden. Es entspricht der
Klasse II (doppelte elektrische Isolation).
• Die Aufstellung des Gerätes im Haus entspricht den oben beschriebenen Bedingungen.
• Die Lufteinlassgitter und Luftauslassgitter liegen völlig frei.
• Die 4 Filter sowie der vordere Verschluss müssen richtig eingesetzt sein (siehe Abschnitt Einbau/
Ausbau der Filter).
Dieses Gerät besitzt eine Vorrichtung, die das Gerät automatisch ausschaltet, wenn die vordere
Abdeckung nicht richtig montiert ist.
Einsetzen und Wechseln der Filter
Das Gerät ist mit 4 Filtertypen ausgestattet:
Hinweis: Damit das Gerät seine optimale Leistung behält, verwenden Sie nur von ROWENTA
gelieferte Filter.
Zum Austauschen der Filter ist so vorzugehen wie in Abschnitt “Demontage/Neumontage der lter

EINSCHALTEN DES GERÄTS
Stecken Sie den Stecker des Gerätes in die Steckdose und drücken Sie auf den Ein-/Ausschalter (8).
Standardmäßig geht das Gerät bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme in den Automatikmodus.
Mit seinem Infrarot-Partikelsensor und seinem Gassensor (nur Modell PU6020) erkennt es den Ver-
schmutzungsgrad des Raums und passt seine Filterstufe dementsprechend automatisch an.
Eine Kontrollleuchte wechselt ihre Farbe, um die Luftqualität im Raum anzuzeigen.

EINSTELLUNG DER VERSCHMUTZUNGSSENSOREN
Das Gerät ist standardmäßig auf mittlere Sensibilität eingestellt.
Wenn die angezeigte Luftqualität:
– nach zwei Betriebsstunden sehr schlecht bleibt, obwohl die Luft gereinigt zu sein scheint,
– mehr als eine Stunde exzellent bleibt, obwohl die Luft verschmutzt zu sein scheint, können Sie die
Sensorsensibilität selbst einstellen, indem Sie wie folgt vorgehen:
1. Drücken Sie bei ausgeschaltetem Luftreiniger zwei Sekunden lang auf den Knopf zum Einstellen
der Filterstufe:

Kurz drücken, um den Luftreiniger ein- oder auszuschalten.
AUSWAHL BETRIEBSMODUS/FILTERSTUFE
Automatisch: In diesem Betriebsmodus wird die Filterstufe automatisch in Abhängigkeit von der
vom Partikelsensor und vom Gassensor (nur Modell PU6020) festgestellten Luftqualität eingestellt. Er
wird für die allgemeine Nutzung empfohlen.
Nacht: Die Filterstufe des Geräts wird für einen sehr leisen Luftstrom während der Nacht einges-
tellt. Die Lichtstärke des Geräts wird ebenfalls reduziert. Falls eine Verschmutzung erkannt wird, wird
die Filterstufe leicht erhöht, um die Luft zu reinigen, ohne laut zu werden und Ihren Schlaf zu stören.
Manuell: In diesem Betriebsmodus können Sie eine der vier Filterstufen manuell einstellen.

TIMER
Bei eingeschaltetem Luftreiniger: Sie können einstellen, wie lange das Gerät in Betrieb bleiben soll.
Wählen Sie durch kurzes Drücken die gewünschte Anzahl der Betriebsstunden (1h, 2h, 4h oder 8h)
und das Gerät wird nach Ablauf dieser Zeitspanne automatisch ausgeschaltet.
Bei ausgeschaltetem Luftreiniger: Sie können durch kurzes Drücken einstellen, in wie vielen Stun-
den das Gerät eingeschaltet werden soll (1h, 2h, 4h oder 8h).
FUNKTION 3D PURE AIR (verstellbares Lufauslassgitter)
Sie können die Ausrichtung des Luftauslassgitters nach Belieben manuell einstellen. Eine Eins-
tellung bei 45° sorgt für eine optimale Homogenisierung der gereinigten Luft im Raum, während
eine Einstellung bei 90° einen maximalen Komfort bietet.
INSTANDHALTUNG
Schalten Sie Ihr Gerät unbedingt mit dem Knopf (8) aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, bevor Sie irgend-
welche Wartungsarbeiten durchführen.
Sie können das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen.
WICHTIG: Niemals Scheuermittel benutzen, da diese die Oberächen Ihres Gerät beschädigen könnten.

Diese Angaben beruhen auf einer durchschnittlichen täglichen Verwendung von 8 Stunden auf
Stufe 2.
Die empfohlene Reinigungshäufigkeit und das Ersetzungsintervall für die Filter können je nach
Verwendungsdauer und Betriebsumgebung variieren.
• Eine Kontrollleuchte „PART“ zeigt an, wann der partikelfilter ausgetauscht werden muss.
Eine Kontrollleuchte „Odor“ zeigt an, wann der Aktivkohlefilter ausgetauscht werden muss.
• Der NanoCaptur-Filter enthält durchsichtige Körnchen, die je nach Formaldehydsättigung ihre
Farbe wechseln. Der Sättigungszustand des Filters kann durch Vergleich mit der Farbkarte auf
der Innenfläche des Verschlusses oder auf dem Filter selbst festgestellt werden. Wenn die Sät-

tigung ihren Höchstwert erreicht, muss der Filter ausgetauscht werden. Es wird empfohlen, alle 6
Monate den Sättigungsgrad dieses Filters zu überprüfen.
• Der Vorfilter kann gewaschen und wieder verwendet werden. Entfernen Sie den Staub mit einem
Staubsauger oder reinigen Sie den Vorfilter mit Wasser.
ACHTUNG:
• Wenn der Vorfilter nicht regelmäßig gereinigt wird, kann sich die Effizienz des Geräts verringern.
• Verwenden Sie niemals einen noch feuchten Vorlter.
• Nur der Vorlter kann mit Wasser gereinigt und wieder verwendet werden. Der Aktivkohlefilter, der
partikelfilter und der NanoCaptur-Filter können nicht gereinigt und wiederverwendet werden.
Reinigen Sie sie niemals mit Wasser.
• Zum Austauschen der Filter ist so vorzugehen wie in Abschnitt “Demontage/Neumontage der lter ».

WICHTIG: Zurücksetzen der Filter
Die Kontrollleuchte für das Zurücksetzen blinkt, wenn ein Filter ausgetauscht werden muss. Nachdem
der Filter ausgetauscht wurde, drücken Sie 2 Sekunden lang auf den Knopf für das Zurücksetzen des
Filterzählers .
Forciertes Zurücksetzen:
Wenn Sie den Filter vor Ablauf seiner Lebensdauer ausgetauscht haben, forcieren Sie das Zurück-
setzen des Filterwechselzyklus:
1. Drücken Sie 2 Sekunden lang auf den Knopf für das Zurücksetzen des Filterzählers .
2. Wählen Sie den Filter, den Sie ausgewechselt haben, indem Sie erneut auf den Knopf drücken.
3. Nachdem Sie den zurückzusetzenden Filter ausgewählt haben, drücken Sie 2 Sekunden lang auf
den Knopf für das Zurücksetzen des Filterzählers. Nun wird der elektronische Zähler zurückge-
setzt.
4. Wenn während des Zurücksetzens 10 Sekunden lang kein Knopf betätigt wird, wird das Zurück-
setzen annulliert.

• Die verbrauchten Filter sollten nicht von einem Allergiker oder Asthmatiker ge-
handhabt werden.
• Tragen Sie beim Filterwechsel Handschuhe oder waschen Sie sich die Hände gründ-
lich, nachdem Sie verbrauchte Filter gehandhabt haben.
• Legen Sie die verbrauchten Filter sofort in einen hermetisch verschlossenen Beutel,
bevor Sie sie entsorgen, um eine Ausbreitung der Schadstoffe zu vermeiden.
DIE VERSCHMUTZUNGSSENSOREN
Die Partikel- und Gassensoren (nur Modell PU6020) müssen regelmäßig (alle 2 Monate) und ange-
messen gereinigt werden.
Schalten Sie das Gerät unbedingt aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, bevor Sie irgendwelche Reinigungsar-
beiten an den Verschmutzungssensoren durchführen, und gehen Sie wie folgt vor:

1. Reinigen Sie den Lufteinlass und den Luftauslass mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem
weichen Tuch.
2. Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des Sensors auf der rechten Seite des Geräts.
3. Befeuchten Sie ein Wattestäbchen leicht und reinigen Sie die Linse und den Staubeingang
und -ausgang. Trocknen Sie sie mit einem trockenen Wattestäbchen ab.
4. Reinigen Sie den Gassensor mit einem weichen Pinsel oder einem Staubsauger.

WICHTIG:
• Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel und keine Metallgegenstände für die Reinigung der
Sensoren.
• Wenn die Sensoren nicht regelmäßig gereinigt werden, sinkt ihre Effizienz.
• Die Reinigungshäufigkeit variiert je nach Betriebsumgebung des Geräts. Wenn das Gerät in
einer staubigen Umgebung verwendet wird, müssen Sie die Sensoren häufiger reinigen.
AUFBEWAHRUNG

aufbewahrt werden.

• Dit apparaat is enkel geschikt voor thuisgebruik. Het mag dus niet worden gebruikt in een indus-
triële omgeving.

• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de buurt van ontvlambare voorwerpen en producten (gordijnen, sprays,
oplosmiddelen, enz…)
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat nooit overhelt of platligt wanneer u het gebruikt. Plaats het op een vlak en
stabiel oppervlak.
• In geval van een lange afwezigheid: Schakel het apparaat uit met de knop (8) en trek het netsnoer uit het
stopcontact.
• Schakel uw apparaat uit en trek het netsnoer uit het stopcontact voordat u het verplaatst.
• Het netsnoer van de luchtreiniger uit het stopcontact trekken tijdens het monteren en schoonmaken.

“TIPS VOOR EEN ZUIVERDERE LUCHT BINNENSHUIS”
Naast het gebruik van uw Intense Pure Air luchtreiniger geven we u nog enkele tips
om u te helpen uw luchtkwaliteit binnenshuis te verbeteren:
• Lucht de ruimtes ten minste 10 minuten per dag door, in zomer en winter
• Onderhoud uw ventilatiesysteem
• Beperk het gebruik van schoonmaakmiddelen
• Rook niet binnenshuis
• Vermijd interieurparfums, wierookstokjes, geurkaarsen…
• Lucht uw huis tijdens de volledige duurtijd van uw klusjes en ook daarna door
• Vermijd groene allergene planten of planten die veel water nodig hebben
WAAR HET APPARAAT TE PLAATSEN?
Plaats de luchtreiniger in de ruimte die u wil behandelen, op een vlak en stabiel oppervlak.
Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet achter een gordijn staat, onder een raam, een meubel, een rek,
of vlak bij een ander voorwerp zodat de lucht vrij kan circuleren. Laat ten minste 50 cm vrije ruimte
aan elke kant van de luchtreiniger.
VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
Zorg ervoor dat de plastic verpakking van de lters is verwijderd alvorens u het apparaat gebruikt.
Zorg er ook voor dat:
• de spanning van uw netwerk overeenkomt met de spanning die aangeduid staat op het appa-
raat.
Uw apparaat kan werken met een stopcontact zonder aarding. Het is een apparaat van klasse II
(dubbele elektrische isolatie),
• de stand van het apparaat die wordt aanbevolen in deze handleiding wordt gerespecteerd;
• de roosters van de luchtin- en -uitgangen volledig vrij zijn;
• dat de 4 filters en de filterhouder vooraan correct zijn geïnstalleerd (zie de paragraaf voor het
installeren/verwijderen van de filters).
Dit apparaat is uitgerust met een systeem dat het apparaat automatisch uitschakelt als de kap
vooraan niet correct gemonteerd is.
Installatie en filters vervangen
Dit apparaat is uitgerust met 4 soorten lters:
NB: Om een optimale prestatie van het apparaat te garanderen, dient u alleen filters van ROWENTA
te gebruiken.
Om de lters te vervangen, volgt u de aanwijzingen in de paragrafen « Demontering/Montering van de lters ».

INSCHAKELEN VAN HET APPARAAT
Sluit het netsnoer aan en druk op de Aan-/uitknop (8).
Uw apparaat staat standaard in automatische modus wanneer u het voor het eerst inschakelt.
De infrarood sensor voor partikels en gassen (enkel op PU6020-model) detecteert het vervuilingsni-
veau van de ruimte. De filtersnelheid wordt automatisch aangepast.
Het controlelampje verandert van kleur en geeft zo de luchtkwaliteit in de kamer aan.

INSTELLING VAN DE SENSOREN VOOR PARTIKELS
Het apparaat wordt standaard ingesteld op het niveau van de gemiddelde gevoeligheid.
Als de luchtkwaliteit als volgt blijft:
– slecht na twee uur werking, terwijl de lucht gezuiverd lijkt;
– uitstekend gedurende meer dan een uur, terwijl de lucht verontreinigd lijkt; kan de gebruiker zelf
de gevoeligheid van de sensor instellen volgens de instructies hieronder:”

3. De nieuwe instelling wordt van toepassing als er gedurende 10 seconden geen enkele knop
wordt ingedrukt.

INSCHAKELEN
Druk kort op de knop om het apparaat aan- en uit te schakelen.
MODUS/FILTERSNELHEID SELECTEREN
Automatisch: Met deze werkingsmodus kunt u automatisch de filtersnelheid aanpassen in functie
van de door de sensoren voor partikels en gassen gedetecteerde luchtkwaliteit (enkel op PU6020-mo-
del). Aanbevolen voor een algemeen gebruik.
Nacht: De filtersnelheid van uw apparaat wordt bijgesteld voor een muisstille werking ‘s nachts. De
lichtintensiteit van het apparaat wordt ook verlaagd. Wanneer er verontreiniging wordt gedetecteerd,
zal de filtersnelheid lichtjes stijgen om de lucht te reinigen zonder extra geluid te produceren en uw
slaap te onderbreken.

Handmatig: Met deze werkingsmodus kunt u handmatig één van de vier filtersnelheden
kiezen.

U kunt de lichtintensiteit van het apparaat naar wens afstellen en in functie van het moment van
de dag.

TIMER/UITGESTELD STARTEN
Indien de luchtreiniger is ingeschakeld: met de timer kunt u de werkingsduur van het apparaat
instellen. Selecteer met een korte druk het aantal gewenste werkingsuren (1, 2, 4 of 8 uur) en het
apparaat zal hierna automatisch stoppen.
Indien de luchtreiniger is uitgeschakeld: met de timer kunt u het apparaat met een korte druk uit-
gesteld inschakelen volgens het gewenste aantal uren (1, 2, 4 of 8 uur).
3D PURE AIR FUNCTIE (Wendbaar rooster)
U kunt de richting van het rooster voor de luchtuitgang manueel naar wens wijzigen. Met een hoek
van 45° verkrijgt u een optimale homogenisering van de gereinigde lucht in de kamer, terwijl een
hoek van 90° u maximaal comfort bezorgt.
ONDERHOUD
U dient uw apparaat uit te schakelen met de knop (8) en de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen voor u
met het onderhoud begint.
U kunt het apparaat schoonmaken met een licht vochtige doek.
BELANGRIJK: Gebruik nooit schurende producten die uw apparaat zouden kunnen beschadigen.

Dit is gebaseerd op een dagelijks gemiddeld gebruik van 8 uur in snelheid 2.
Het aantal keren dat u de filters dient schoon te maken en te vervangen, kan variëren in functie van
de gebruiksduur en de werkingsomgeving.
• Het PART-controlelampje geeft aan wanneer de deeltjesfilter moet worden vervangen. Een
lampje met de weergave “Odor” laat u weten wanneer het tijd is om de filter met actieve kool
te vervangen.
• De NanoCaptur-filter bevat transparante korrels die van kleur veranderen naargelang hun
formaldehydegehalte. Aan de hand van het kleurenpalet, dat op de binnenkant van de filte-
rhouder of op de filter zelf is aangebracht, kan u nagaan hoe veel formaldehyde de filter bevat.

Als het maximumgehalte is bereikt, moet de filter worden vervangen. Wij raden u aan om het for-
maldehydegehalte van de filter om de 6 maanden te controleren.
• De groffilter kan opnieuw worden gebruikt en schoongemaakt: verwijder het stof met behulp van
een stofzuiger of maak hem schoon met water.
OPGELET:
• Als u de groffilter niet regelmatig schoonmaakt, kan het apparaat minder doeltreffend gaan wer-
ken.
• Gebruik nooit een grolter die nog vochtig is.
• Enkel de grolter is herbruikbaar en kan met water worden schoongemaakt. De filter met actieve kool,
de deeltjesfilter en de NanoCaptur-filter zijn niet geschikt voor reiniging of hergebruik. Maak deze
filters nooit schoon met water.
• Om de lters te vervangen, volgt u de aanwijzingen in de paragrafen « Demontering/Montering van de
lters ».

BELANGRIJK: Resetten van de lters
Het resetlampje knippert wanneer de filter dient te worden vervangen. Wanneer u een filter hebt
vervangen, druk dan 2 seconden op de resetknop. .
Geforceerd resetten:
Als u een filter voor het einde van de levensduur hebt vervangen, voer dan een geforceerde reset uit
van de vervangingscyclus van de filter:
1. Druk gedurende 2 seconden op de resetknop .
2. Selecteer de filter die u hebt vervangen door kort op de knop te drukken.
3. Nadat u de te resetten filter hebt geselecteerd, drukt u gedurende 2 seconden op de resetknop.
De elektronische teller wordt dan gereset.
4. Als u in de resetmodus gedurende 10 seconden niet op een knop drukt, wordt de resetmodus
geannuleerd.
“TIPS OM DE FILTER TE VERVANGEN”
• De gebruikte filters niet laten vervangen door een persoon met astma of allergie.
• Gebruik handschoenen wanneer u de filter vervangt, of was uw handen grondig nadat
u de gebruikte filters hebt verwijderd.
• Gooi de gebruikte filters meteen weg in een hermetisch gesloten zak voor de ver-
vuilende stoffen vrijkomen.
VERVUILINGSSENSOREN
De sensoren voor partikels en gassen (enkel op PU6020-modellen) dienen regelmatig en correct te
worden schoongemaakt (elke 2 maanden).
U dient het apparaat uit te schakelen en uit het stopcontact te halen alvorens u de vervuilingssensoren be-
gint schoon te maken en u dient de volgende aanbevelingen te volgen:

1. Maak de luchtin- en uitgang schoon met behulp van een zachte borstel of een zachte doek.
2. Open de kap van de sensor op de rechterkant van het apparaat.
3. Maak een wattenstaafje lichtjes nat en verwijder het stof van de lens en de in- en uitgang.
Dep droog met behulp van een droog wattenstaafje.
4. Maak de sensor voor gassen schoon met behulp van een zachte borstel of stofzuiger.

BELANGRIJK:
• Gebruik geen detergent of metalen voorwerpen om de sensoren schoon te maken.
• Indien u niet regelmatig schoonmaakt, gaan de sensoren minder doeltreffend werken.
• De frequentie waarmee u schoonmaakt, varieert in functie van de werkingsomgeving van het
apparaat. Als het apparaat wordt gebruikt in een stoffige omgeving dient u de sensoren regel-
matiger schoon te maken.
OPBERGEN
Als u het apparaat niet gebruikt, dient u het te bewaren op een koele en vochtvrije plaats.

• Demonteer nooit zelf uw apparaat. Een slecht gerepareerd apparaat kan risico’s met zich mee-
brengen.

INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Es fundamental que lea atentamente este manual y observe las siguientes recomendaciones:
• Por su seguridad, este aparato cumple las normas y reglamen-
taciones aplicables (Directivas de Baja Tensión, Compatibilidad
Electromagnética, Medio Ambiente, etc.).
• Este aparato no está diseñado para que lo utilicen personas
(incluidos niños) cuyas capacidades físicas, sensoriales o men-
tales sean reducidas, o por personas sin experiencia ni conoci-
mientos, a no ser que la persona responsable de su seguridad
las supervise o les haya proporcionado instrucciones previas
sobre el funcionamiento del aparato.
• Se recomienda vigilar a los niños para asegurarse de que no
juegan con el aparato.
• Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños de 8 años o más y
por personas sin experiencia ni conocimientos o cuyas capaci-
dades físicas, sensoriales o mentales sean reducidas, siempre
que hayan sido formadas y hayan recibido instrucciones sobre

ser realizados por niños sin supervisión.
• Para las operaciones de mantenimiento consulte el apartado
«Mantenimiento».

• Mantenga el aparato y el cable de alimentación fuera del alcance
de los niños menores de 8 años.
• Este aparato está destinado exclusivamente a uso doméstico. Por consiguiente, no se puede utili-
zar para una aplicación industrial.
• La garantía se anulará en caso de daños ocasionales que resulten de una utilización incorrecta.
• No ponga a funcionar el aparato en un local con demasiado polvo y/o húmedo o que presente
riesgos de incendio.
• Antes de cada utilización, compruebe el buen estado general del aparato, de la toma y del cable.
• No introduzca nunca objetos dentro del aparato (p. ej.: agujas).
• No tire del cable de alimentación o del aparato, incluso para desenchufar la toma de corriente de
la pared.
• Desenrosque por completo el cable antes de cada utilización.
MUY IMPORTANTE
• No cubra las entradas de aire ni la rejilla de salida de aire.
• No toque el aparato con las manos húmedas.
• No deje que se introduzca líquido en el aparato.
• Nunca utilice el aparato en un sitio húmedo.
• Nunca utilice el aparato cerca de una fuente de calor.
• Nunca coloque un objeto encima del aparato ni deje que se introduzcan objetos dentro del aparato.
• No utilice el aparato cerca de objetos y productos inamables (cortinas, aerosoles, disolventes, etc.).
• Nunca utilice el aparato inclinado o acostado. Colocarlo sobre una supercie plana y estable.
• En caso de ausencia prolongada : detener el aparato con el botón (8) y desenchufarlo.
• Detener y desenchufar el aparato antes de moverlo.
• Desenchufar el puricador de aire durante el montaje y la limpieza.
PRINCIPIO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
El nuevo purificador de aire Intense Pure Air de Rowenta le permitirá respirar hasta un 99.99% de aire
puro en su hogar y proteger así su salud gracias a los cuatro niveles de filtración descritos a
continuación. Cada nivel es fundamental y contiene los contaminantes característicos :

« BUENOS CONSEJOS PARA OBTENER UN AIRE INTERIOR MÁS PURO »
Además de su purificador Intense Pure Air, aquí tiene algunos consejos para ayudar a
mejorar la calidad del aire interior:
• Ventile las habitaciones al menos 10 minutos cada día, tanto en invierno como en
verano
• Realice el mantenimiento de su sistema de ventilación
• Reduzca el uso de productos domésticos
• No fume en el interior
• Evite fragancias para el hogar, varitas de incienso, velas perfumadas, etc.
• Ventile mientras se trabaja y varias semanas después
• Evite las plantas verdes alergénicas o que necesiten un riego frecuente
LUGAR DE INSTALACIÓN
Coloque el purificador en una superficie plana y estable en la habitación que necesite el trata-
miento.
Para que el aire pueda circular libremente evite colocar el aparato detrás de cortinas, debajo de
una ventana, un mueble o una estantería, o cerca de cualquier otro obstáculo, y deje al menos
unos 50 cm de espacio libre en cada lado del purificador.
ANTES DE USAR EL APARATO POR PRIMERA VEZ
Asegúrese de que los embalajes de plástico que protegen los ltros se quiten antes de utilizarlo.
Asimismo, asegúrese de que :
• La tensión de su instalación eléctrica corresponda a la indicada en el aparato.
Su aparato puede funcionar con un enchufe sin toma de tierra. Es un aparato de clase II (doble
aislamiento eléctrico),
• El posicionamiento del aparato en el hogar descrito anteriormente se haya respetado,
• Las rejillas de entrada y salida de aire estén totalmente despejadas,
• Los 4 filtros, así como la puerta delantera, estén correctamente instalados (vease la secciόn
« Instalaciόn/Desmontaje de los filtros »).
Este aparato está equipado con un dispositivo que le impide funcionar automáticamente si la
puerta delantera no está instalada correctamente.
Instalación y cambio de los filtros
Este aparato está equipado con 4 tipos de ltros :

Para cambiar los ltros, siga las instrucciones de «Instalación / Desmontaje de los ltros».
Nota : Algunos filtros pueden emitir un ligero olor temporal relacionado con las condiciones de trans-
porte y almacenamiento.
PUESTA EN MARCHA DEL APARATO
Enchufe el cable de alimentación y pulse en el botón de puesta en marcha (8).
Por defecto, el aparato está en modo automático cuando se enciende por primera vez.
Gracias a su sensor de partículas con infrarrojos y a su sensor de gases (únicamente en el modelo
PU6020) detecta el nivel de contaminación de la habitación y ajusta en consecuencia automáticamente
su velocidad de filtración.
Un indicador luminoso cambia de color para indicar la calidad del aire en la habitación.

AJUSTE DE LOS SENSORES DE CONTAMINACIÓN
El aparato está configurado por defecto en el nivel de sensibilidad media.
Si la calidad del aire visualizada en pantalla permanece:
– mala tras dos horas de funcionamiento aunque el aire parece purificado
– excelente durante más de una hora aunque el aire parece contaminado
puede ajustar usted mismo la sensibilidad del sensor siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones:
1. Cuando el purificador de aire está apagado pulse durante dos segundos el botón de ajuste de la
velocidad de filtración:
2. Ajuste la sensibilidad pulsando brevemente el botón de ajuste de la velocidad de filtración:

• Seleccionar una sensibilidad alta si el purificador indica una calidad de aire excelente durante más
de una hora aunque el aire parece contaminado.
• Seleccionar una sensibilidad baja si el purificador continúa indicando una mala calidad del aire
tras un funcionamiento de más de dos horas y si el aire parece que está suficientemente purifi-
cado.
3. La nueva configuración se aplica tras 10 segundos sin pulsar ningún botón.

SELECCIÓN DEL MODO/VELOCIDAD DE FILTRACIÓN
Automático: Este modo de funcionamiento permite ajustar automáticamente la velocidad de
filtración en función del nivel de calidad del aire detectado por el sensor de partículas y el sensor
de gases (únicamente en el modelo PU6020). Se recomienda para un uso general.
Noche: La velocidad de filtración de su aparato se ajusta a través de un flujo de aire muy
silencioso durante la noche. La intensidad luminosa del aparato también se reduce. En caso de
detectar contaminación la velocidad de filtración aumenta ligeramente para purificar el aire mien-
tras permanece en silencio y respeta su sueño.
Manual: Este modo de funcionamiento le permite seleccionar manualmente una de las
cuatro velocidades de filtración.
LUZ
Se puede modificar la intensidad luminosa del aparato según sus necesidades y el momento del día.
TEMPORIZADOR/INICIO RETARDADO
Si el purificador está encendido: le permite definir el tiempo de funcionamiento del aparato. Pulse
brevemente para seleccionar el número de horas de funcionamiento deseadas (1 hora, 2 horas, 4
horas u 8 horas) y el aparato se detendrá automáticamente al finalizar este período.
Si el purificador está apagado: le permite posponer la puesta en marcha del aparato por el número
de horas deseadas pulsando brevemente (1 hora, 2 horas, 4 horas u 8 horas).
FUNCIÓN 3D DE PURE AIR (Rejilla orientable)
Puede modificar la orientación de la rejilla de salida de aire manualmente según sus necesidades.
Una inclinación de 45° le permitirá obtener una homogeneización óptima del aire purificado en la
habitación, mientras que una inclinación de 90° le proporcionará la máxima comodidad.
MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de proceder a efectuar cualquier operación de mantenimiento es necesario detener el aparato con
el botón (8) y desenchufarlo.
Puede limpiar el aparato con un trapo suave ligeramente húmedo.
IMPORTANTE: No utilice nunca productos abrasivos que puedan deteriorar el aspecto de su aparato.

Estos datos se basan en un uso medio de 8 horas por día a velocidad 2.
La frecuencia recomendada de limpieza y reemplazo de filtros puede variar en función del tiempo de
uso y del entorno de funcionamiento.
• El indicador luminoso «PART» indica cuando es necesario reemplazar el filtro de partículas.
El indicador luminoso «Odor» indica cuando es necesario reemplazar el filtro de carbón activo.
• El filtro NanoCaptur contiene gránulos translúcidos que cambian de color en función del nivel
de saturación de formaldehído. Consulte el muestrario de colores que está dentro de la puerta o
sobre el propio filtro para juzgar el estado de saturación del filtro. Si la saturación está en su nivel
máximo se debe reemplazar el filtro. Se recomienda verificar cada 6 meses el nivel de saturación
de este filtro.
• El prefiltro es reutilizable y lavable: quite el polvo con un aspirador o límpielo con agua.
ATENCIÓN:
• Si el prefiltro no se limpia regularmente, la eficacia del aparato puede verse afectada.
• Nunca utilice un preltro que esté todavía húmedo.
• El preltro es el único reutilizable y que puede limpiarse con agua. Los 4 filtros no se pueden limpiar ni
reutilizar. Nunca los limpie con agua.
• Para reemplazar los ltros siga las indicaciones del apartado «Antes de utilizar el aparato por primera vez
- Instalación y cambio de los ltros».

IMPORTANTE: Reposición de los ltros
El indicador de reposición parpadea cuando se debe reemplazar un filtro. Una vez que se ha
reemplazado el filtro, pulse durante 2 segundos el botón de reposición .
Reposición forzada:
Si ha reemplazado un filtro antes del final de su vida útil, fuerce la reposición del ciclo de reemplazo del filtro:
1. Pulse el botón de reposición de los filtros durante 2 segundos. .
2. Seleccione el filtro que ha cambiado pulsando brevemente el botón.
3. Tras haber seleccionado el filtro repuesto, pulse el botón de reposición durante 2 segundos. El
contador electrónico se reinicia.
4. Si no se pulsa ningún botón durante 10 segundos en modo de reposición esta se anula.
« BUENOS CONSEJOS PARA CAMBIAR LOS FILTROS »
• Evite que una persona alérgica o asmática manipule los filtros usados.
• Póngase guantes cuando cambie el filtro o bien lávese las manos tras haber manipu-
lado los filtros usados.
• Colocar los filtros usados directamente en una bolsa cerrada y hermética antes de
tirarlos para evitar la dispersión de contaminantes.
SENSORES DE CONTAMINACIÓN
Los sensores de partículas y de gases (únicamente en el modelo PU6020) necesitan una limpieza
regular (cada 2 meses) y adecuada.
Es necesario detener y desenchufar el aparato antes de realizar cualquier operación de limpieza de los sen-
sores de contaminación y seguir las siguientes recomendaciones:

1. Limpie la entrada y la salida de aire con un cepillo blando o un trapo suave.
2. Abra la tapa del sensor situada en el lado derecho del aparato.
3. Humedezca ligeramente un bastoncillo de algodón y limpie el polvo de la lente y de la en-
trada y la salida. Seque con un bastoncillo de algodón seco.
4. Limpie el sensor de gas con un cepillo blando o un aspirador.
IMPORTANTE:
• No utilice detergente o un objeto metálico para limpiar los sensores.
• Si no se limpia regularmente la eficacia de los sensores puede verse reducida.
• La frecuencia de limpieza varía según el entorno de funcionamiento del aparato. Si el aparato
se utiliza en un entorno lleno de polvo limpie los sensores con mucha más frecuencia.
ALMACENAMIENTO
Si no utiliza el aparato debe guardarse al amparo de la humedad y el calor.
EN CASO DE PROBLEMAS
• Nunca desmonte el aparato usted mismo. Un aparato mal reparado puede resultar peligroso.
• Antes de ponerse en contacto con un centro de servicio autorizado de nuestra red verifique la
siguiente lista de problemas/controles/soluciones:

• Deconectaţi puricatorul de aer în timpul montării şi curăţării.

În plus faă de utilizarea puricatorului de aer Intense Pure Air, iată câteva sfaturi despre îmbună-
tăirea calităii aerului interior:
•Aerisii camerele timp de cel puin 10 minute în ecare zi, vara i iarna
•Efectuai periodic mentenana sistemului de ventilaie
•Limitai utilizarea produselor de uz casnic
•Nu fumai în interior
•Evitai utilizarea parfumurilor de cameră, beioarelor parfumate, lumânărilor parfumate etc.
•Aerisii ori de câte ori se desfăoară o lucrare în casa dvs. i câteva săptămâni după aceea
•Evitai plantele verzi care sunt alergenice sau care au nevoie de udare frecventă
UNDE SĂ INSTALAŢI APARATUL
Plasai puricatorul pe o suprafaă plană, stabilă, în încăperea care necesită tratament.
Pentru a permite circulaia liberă a aerului, evitai aezarea aparatului în spatele unei perdele, sub o fereastră, a
unui mobilier sau a unui raft sau aproape de orice obstacol i lăsai cel puin 50 cm de spaiu liber faă de ecare
parte a aparatului.
ÎNAINTE DE A UTILIZA APARATUL PENTRU PRIMA DATĂ
Asiguraţi-vă că toate ambalajele din plastic care protejează ltrele au fost îndepărtate înainte de punerea
în funcţiune a aparatului.
De asemenea, asigurai-vă că:
•Tensiunea instalaiei dvs.electrice corespunde celei indicate pe aparat.
•Aparatul dvs. poate utilizat cu o priză fără împământare. Este un aparat de clasa II (izolaie electrică dublă)
•Aparatul este poziionat în casă aa cum este descris mai sus,
•Grilajele de admisie i evacuare a aerului sunt complet neobstrucionate,
•Asigurai-vă că cele 4 ltre i panoul frontal au fost corect instalate (a se vedea seciunea intitulată
Asamblarea/ dezasamblarea ltrului).
Acest aparat este prevăzut cu un dispozitiv care îl împiedică automat să funcioneze dacă deschiderea frontală
nu este asamblată corect.
Introducerea şi înlocuirea ltrelor
Acest aparat este echipat cu 4 tipuri de ltre:

NB: Pentru o performană optimă a aparatului, utilizai numai ltre furnizate de ROWENTA.

Reinei: anumite ltre pot emite un miros uor temporar, datorită condiiilor de transport i depozitare.

PORNIREA APARATULUI
Conectai cablul de alimentare i apăsai butonul de pornire (8).
Aparatul dvs. este presetat pe modul automat la prima pornire a acestuia.
Datorită senzorului cu infrarou pentru particule i senzorului său de gaz (numai modelul PU6020 ), acesta detectează
nivelul de poluare din cameră i reglează automat viteza de ltrare în consecină.
O lumină îi schimbă culoarea pentru a indica calitatea aerului din cameră.

REGLAREA SENZORILOR DE POLUARE
Aparatul este presetat la sensibilitate medie.
Dacă indicatorul de calitate a aerului rămâne:
– redus după 2 ore de funcionare, dei aerul pare să e puricat
– excelent pentru mai mult de o oră, dei aerul pare a poluat
putei regla sensibilitatea senzorului după cum urmează:

chiar dacă a funcionat mai mult de 2 ore i aerul pare sucient de curăat.
3. Noul reglaj este aplicat dacă nici un buton nu este apăsat timp de 10 secunde.
FUNCŢIONAREA
PORNIREA
Apăsai scurt acest buton pentru a porni sau opri puricatorul de aer.
SELECTAREA MODULUI/VITEZEI DE FILTRARE
Automat: În acest mod de funcionare, viteza de ltrare se reglează automat în funcie de calitatea aerului
detectată de senzorul de particule i de senzorul de gaz (numai modelul PU6020). Acest mod este recomandat
pentru utilizare generală.
Noapte: Viteza de ltrare a aparatului dvs. este ajustată pentru un ux de aer silenios în timpul nopii.
Intensitatea luminii aparatului este de asemenea redusă. Dacă se detectează poluare, viteza de ltrare crete uor
pentru a purica aerul, dar rămâne silenioasă pentru a evita perturbarea somnului.
Manual: În acest mod de funcionare, putei selecta manual 1 din cele 4 viteze de ltrare.

TEMPORIZATOR/PORNIRE PROGRAMABILĂ
Dacă aparatul este pornit: putei utiliza acest buton pentru a deni durata de funcionare. Apăsai scurt butonul
pentru a selecta numărul de ore de funcionare dorite (1, 2, 4 sau 8) i aparatul se va opri automat la sfâritul
perioadei selectate.
Dacă aparatul este oprit: apăsai scurt butonul pentru a regla aparatul să pornească peste un anumit număr de
ore (1, 2, 4 sau 8).
FUNCȚIA 3D PURE AIR (grila reglabilă)
Putei regla manual poziia grilei de evacuare a aerului, după cum dorii. Pentru un debit optim i uniform de aer
puricat în cameră, reglai unghiul la 45°; pentru un confort maxim, reglai unghiul la 90°.
ÎNTREŢINERE
Opriţi întotdeauna aparatul apăsând butonul (8) şi deconectaţi-l înainte de a efectua orice operaţiune
de întreţinere.
Putei curăa aparatul cu o cârpă uor umedă.
IMPORTANT: Nu utilizaţi niciodată produse abrazive care ar putea deteriora aspectul aparatului.

Aceste date se bazează pe o utilizare medie de 8 ore pe zi la viteza 2.
Frecvena recomandată pentru curăarea i înlocuirea ltrelor poate varia în funcie de durata utilizării i de
mediul de funcionare.
• Un indicator luminos “PART” atenionează atunci, când trebuie înlocuit ltrul de particule.
Un indicator luminos ‘Odor’ atenionează atunci, când trebuie înlocuit ltrul de carbon.
•Filtrul NanoCaptur conine granule translucide care îi schimbă culoarea în funcie de rata de absorbie a
formaldehidei. Consultai schema de culori din interiorul panoului sau ltrul propriu-zis pentru a stabili rata
de saturaie a ltrului. După ce rata de saturaie a atins maximul, ltrul trebuie înlocuit. Trebuie să vericai
rata de saturaie a ltrului la ecare ase luni.
•Pre-ltrul poate reutilizat: îndepărtai praful cu ajutorul unui aspirator sau spălai cu apă.

ATENŢIE:
•Eciena aparatului poate redusă dacă pre-ltrul nu este curăat în mod regulat.
•Nu utilizai niciodată un pre-ltru care este încă umed.
•Pre-ltrul este singurul ltru care poate reutilizat i spălat cu apă. Filtrele de particule, NanoCaptur i ltrele cu
carbon activ nu pot curăate i reutilizate. Nu spălai niciodată cu apă.
• Pentru a înlocui ltrele, urmaţi instrucţiunile din secţiunea « Dezasamblarea/ reasamblarea ltrelor».

IMPORTANT: Resetarea ltrelor
Indicatorul de resetare clipete când un ltru trebuie înlocuit. Odată ce ltrul a fost înlocuit, inei apăsat
butonul de reset pentru 2 secunde. .
Resetare forţată:
Dacă ai înlocuit un ltru înainte de sfîritul ciclului de viaă, forai resetarea ciclului de înlocuire a ltrului:
1. inei apăsat butonul de reset pentru 2 secunde. .
2. Apăsai scurt butonul de resetare pentru a selecta ltrul pe care l-ai schimbat.
3. După ce ai selectat ltrul pe care dorii să-l resetai, inei apăsat butonul de resetare timp de 2 secunde. Contorul
electronic este apoi resetat.
4. Dacă nu este activat nici un buton timp de 10 secunde în modul de resetare forată, modul de resetare este
anulat.
« SFATURI PENTRU SCHIMBAREA FILTRELOR »
•Evitai să manipulai ltrele utilizate dacă suferii de alergii sau de astm.
•Purtai mănui atunci când schimbai ltrele sau spălai-vă bine mâinile după aceea.
•Punei ltrele folosite direct într-o pungă închisă, etan, înainte de a le arunca, pentru a evita
răspândirea poluanilor.
SENZORII DE POLUARE
Senzorul de particule i senzorul de gaz (numai model PU6020) trebuie curăate în mod regulat (la ecare 2 luni) i
în mod adecvat.
Asiguraţi-vă că opriţi şi deconectaţi aparatul înainte de a curăţa senzorii de poluare şi urmaţi recomandările
de mai jos:
1. Curăai oriciul de intrare i de evacuare a aerului folosind o perie sau o cârpă moale.
2. Deschidei capacul senzorului situat în partea dreaptă a aparatului.
3. Umezii uor un tampon de bumbac i îndepărtai praful de pe lentilă i grilele de admisie/evacuare. tergei
cu ajutorul unui tampon de bumbac uscat.
4. Curăai senzorul de gaz folosind o perie moale sau un aspirator.

•Nu folosii niciodată detergent sau obiecte metalice pentru a curăa senzorii.
•Eciena senzorilor poate redusă dacă nu sunt curăai în mod regulat.
•Frecvena de curăare variază în funcie de mediul de funcionare al aparatului. Dacă este folosit într-un mediu cu
praf, curăai mai des senzorii.
DEPOZITAREA
Când nu folosii aparatul, depozitai-l într-un loc răcoros i uscat.

„JAK DOSÁHNOUT ČISTŠÍHO VNITŘNÍHO VZDUCHU“
Kromě použití čističe Intense Pure Air naleznete zde několik tipů, jak zlepšit kvalitu vnitřního vzdu-
chu:
•Větrejte místnosti po dobu nejméně 10 minut každý den, v létě i v zimě.
•Udržujte váš ventilační systém.
•Omezte používání výrobků pro domácnost.
•Nekuřte uvnitř.
•Nepoužívejte vůně, kadidla, vonné svíčky atd.
•Větrejte vždy, když se ve vaší domácnosti provádí nějaká práce a několik týdnů poté.
•Vyhněte se zeleným rostlinám, které jsou alergenní nebo potřebují časté zalévání.
KAM UMÍSTIT SPOTŘEBIČ
Umístěte čistič na rovný a stabilní povrch v místnosti, která vyžaduje ošetření.
Aby vzduch mohl volně cirkulovat, vyhněte se umístění spotřebiče za záclony, pod okno, nábytek nebo skříň, nebo
blízko jakékoli jiné překážky a ponechejte alespoň 50 cm volného místa na každé straně spotřebiče.
DŘÍVE NEŽ SPOTŘEBIČ POPRVÉ POUŽIJETE
Ujistěte se, že plastový obal chránící ltry byl před použitím spotřebiče odstraněn.
Také se ujistěte, že:

•Vzduchové přívodní nebo výstupní mřížky jsou zcela nezablokované;
•Ujistěte se, že byly správně nainstalovány 4 ltry a čelní panel (viz část s názvem Montáž / demontáž ltru).
Tento spotřebič je vybaven zařízením, které automaticky zabraňuje jeho provozu, pokud nejsou správně smontovány
přední dvířka.

NASTAVENÍ SENZORŮ ZNEČIŠTĚNÍ
Spotřebič je přednastavený na střední citlivost.
Pokud indikátor kvality ovzduší zůstane:
– špatný po 2 hodinách provozu, i když se zdá, že je vzduch vyčištěn;
– vynikající po dobu delší než 1 hodinu, ačkoli vzduch se zdá být znečištěn,
můžete upravit citlivost snímače takto:

Automatický: V tomto provozním režimu se rychlost ltrace automaticky přizpůsobuje podle kvality

běžné použití.
Noc: Rychlost ltrace vašeho spotřebiče je nastavena na tichý proud vzduchu během noci. Intenzita
osvětlení spotřebiče je také snížena. Pokud se zjistí znečištění, rychlost ltrace se mírně zvyšuje, aby se vyčistil
vzduch, ale přístroj zůstane tichý, aby nedošlo k narušení spánku.
Manuální: V tomto provozním režimu můžete ručně vybrat jednu ze čtyř rychlostí ltrace.

hodnoty nasycení musí být ltr vyměněn. Musíte zkontrolovat rychlost nasycení ltru každých šest měsíců.
•Předltr lze znovu použít: odstraňte prach vysavačem nebo vodou.

DŮLEŽITÉ: Resetování ltrů
Kontrolka resetování bliká, když je třeba vyměnit ltr. Po výměně ltru podržte
resetovací tlačítko na 2 sekundy. .
Vynucený reset:
Pokud jste vyměnili ltr před koncem jeho životnosti, vynuťte reset cyklu výměny ltru:
1. Podržte resetovací tlačítko po dobu 2 sekund. .
2. Krátkým stisknutím resetovacího tlačítka vyberte ltr, který jste vyměnili.
3. Po výběru ltru k resetování podržte resetovací tlačítko po dobu 2 sekund. Elektronický měřič se pak
resetuje.

SNÍMAČE ZNEČIŠTĚNÍ
Čidlo částic a plynový senzor (pouze model PU6020) je třeba čistit pravidelně (každé 2 měsíce) a přiměřeně.
Před čištěním snímačů znečištění se ujistěte, že je zařízení vypnuto a odpojeno od sítě a dále postupujte
podle následujících doporučení:
1. Očistěte vzduchové vstupy a výstupy měkkým štětcem nebo hadříkem.
2. Otevřete kryt snímače umístěný na pravé straně spotřebiče.

•Filtr NanoCaptur zawiera półprzezroczyste granulki, które zmieniają kolor w miarę pochłaniania formaldehydu
(aldehydu mrówkowego). Aby ustalić stopień nasycenia ltra, należy porównać jego kolor z tabelą kolorów
znajdującą się po wewnętrznej stronie panelu lub na samym ltrze. Gdy osiągnięty zostanie maksymalny stopień

UWAGA:
•Brak regularnego czyszczenia ltra wstępnego może doprowadzić do zmniejszenia się wydajności pracy

•Filtr wstępny jest jedynym ltrem, którego można użyć ponownie i który można myć w wodzie. Filtr cząsteczek,

•Użytkownicy cierpiący na alergie lub astmę powinni unikać dotykania zużytych ltrów.
•Podczas wymiany ltra należy albo mieć założone rękawice, albo dokładnie umyć ręce po

•Aby uniknąć roznoszenia zanieczyszczeń, przed wyrzuceniem zużyte ltry należy wkładać

COME OTTENERE UN'ARIA INTERNA PIÙ PULITA
Oltre all'uso del purificatore d'aria Intense Pure Air, di seguito sono elencati alcuni sug-
gerimenti per migliorare la qualità dell'aria in ambienti chiusi.
• Ventilare la stanza per almeno 10 minuti ogni giorno, in estate e in inverno.
• Effettuare la manutenzione del sistema di ventilazione domestico.
• Limitare l'uso di prodotti per uso domestico.
• Non fumare in ambienti chiusi.
• Evitare l'uso di fragranze per ambienti, bastoncini di incenso, candele profumate,
ecc.
• Ventilare gli ambienti in caso di lavori in corso e nelle settimane successive.
• Evitare piante verdi allergeniche o che richiedono annaffiature frequenti.
LUOGO DI INSTALLAZIONE
Posizionare l'apparecchio su una superficie piana e stabile nella stanza da trattare.
Per permettere la libera circolazione dell'aria, evitare di posizionare l'apparecchio dietro le tende, sotto
una finestra, un mobile o uno scaffale o in prossimità di qualsiasi altro ostacolo, e lasciare almeno 50
cm di spazio libero da ogni lato dell'apparecchio.
PRIMA DEL PRIMO UTILIZZO
Accertarsi di aver rimosso l'imballaggio in plastica a protezione dei ltri prima di usare l'apparecchio.
Inoltre, assicurarsi che:
• la tensione della rete elettrica in uso corrisponda a quella indicata sull'apparecchio;
• l'apparecchio può essere usato con una presa di corrente senza messa a terra perché è un appa-
recchio di classe II (doppio isolamento elettrico);
• l'apparecchio sia installato come descritto in precedenza;
• le griglie di uscita e di ingresso dell'aria non siano ostruite;
• i 4 filtri e lo sportello anteriore siano installati correttamente (consultare la sezione "Installazione e
sostituzione dei filtri").
L'apparecchio è dotato di un dispositivo che ne impedisce il funzionamento se lo sportello anteriore
non è assemblato correttamente.
Installazione e sostituzione dei filtri
L'apparecchio è dotato di 4 tipi di ltri:

ACCENSIONE DELL'APPARECCHIO
Collegare il cavo di alimentazione alla presa di corrente e premere il pulsante Avvio (8).
Alla prima accensione, l'apparecchio si avvierà automaticamente in modalità Automatica.
Grazie al sensore di particelle a infrarossi e al sensore di gas (solo modello PU6020), l'apparecchio
rileva il livello di inquinamento nella stanza e regola automaticamente la velocità di filtraggio.
La luce cambierà colore per indicare la qualità dell'aria della stanza.

IMPOSTAZIONE DEI SENSORI DI INQUINAMENTO
L'apparecchio è preimpostato su una sensibilità intermedia.
Se l'indicatore della qualità dell'aria indica:
– un'aria inquinata dopo 2 ore di funzionamento, sebbene l'aria sembri pulita;
– un'aria pulita per più di 1 ora, sebbene l'aria sembri inquinata;
è possibile regolare la sensibilità del sensore come indicato di seguito.
1. Quando il purificatore d'aria è spento, tenere premuto il pulsante di selezione della velocità di
filtraggio per 2 secondi.
2. Impostare la sensibilità premendo brevemente il pulsante di selezione della velocità di filtrag-
gio:

• Selezionare una sensibilità maggiore se il purificatore d'aria indica un'eccellente qualità
dell'aria per più di 1 ora, sebbene l'aria sembri inquinata.

sebbene l'aria sembri sufficientemente pulita e l'apparecchio sia rimasto in funzione per più di
2 ore.
3. La nuova impostazione verrà applicata se non viene premuto alcun pulsante entro 10 se-
condi.
UTILIZZO
AVVIO
Premere brevemente questo pulsante per accendere o spegnere il purificatore d'aria.
SELEZIONE DELLA MODALITÀ / VELOCITÀ DI FILTRAGGIO
Automatica: l'apparecchio regola automaticamente la velocità di filtraggio in base alla qualità
dell'aria rilevata dal sensore di particelle e dal sensore di gas (solo modello PU6020). Questa mo-
dalità è indicata per un uso generale.
Notte: l'apparecchio regola automaticamente la velocità di filtraggio su un leggero e silenzioso
flusso d'aria durante la notte. Anche l'intensità luminosa dell'apparecchio è ridotta. Se il sensore

Quando l'apparecchio è acceso: è possibile usare questo pulsante per impostarne lo spegnimento
automatico. Premere brevemente il pulsante per selezionare le ore di funzionamento desiderate (1,
2, 4 o 8); l'apparecchio si spegnerà automaticamente allo scadere dell'intervallo selezionato.

FUNZIONE 3D PURE AIR (griglia regolabile)
È possibile regolare manualmente la posizione della griglia di uscita dell'aria. Per un flusso d'aria
purificata ottimale e uniforme, impostare l'angolo a 45°; per il massimo comfort, impostare l'angolo
a 90°.
MANUTENZIONE
Spegnere l'apparecchio con il pulsante (8) e scollegarlo dalla presa di corrente prima di eettuare qualsiasi
operazione di manutenzione.
È possibile pulire l'apparecchio con un panno leggermente umido.

La frequenza raccomanda per la pulizia e la sostituzione dei filtri può variare in base alla durata di
funzionamento e all'ambiente di utilizzo.
• La spia "PART" indica che è necessario sostituire il filtro di particelle.
La spia "Odor" indica che è necessario sostituire il filtro in carbone.
• Il filtro NanoCaptur contiene dei granuli trasparenti che cambiano colore in base al tasso di

assorbimento di formaldeide. Consultare la tabella dei colori all'interno dello sportello o sul
filtro stesso per valutare il livello di saturazione del filtro. Quando la saturazione ha raggiunto il
livello massimo, è necessario sostituire il filtro. È necessario controllare il livello di saturazione
del filtro ogni sei mesi.
• Il pre-filtro può essere riutilizzato: rimuovere la polvere con un aspirapolvere o lavarlo con
acqua.
ATTENZIONE!
• L'efficenza dell'apparecchio può ridursi se il pre-filtro non viene pulito regolarmente.
• Non usare un pre-ltro ancora umido.
• Il pre-ltro è l'unico ltro che può essere riutilizzato e lavato con acqua. I filtri Allergy+ e NanoCap-
tur e il filtro in carbone attivo non possono essere lavati e riutilizzati. Non lavarli con acqua.
• Per sostituire i ltri, seguire le istruzioni alla sezione "Rimozione/installazione dei ltri".

IMPORTANTE! Ripristino dei ltri
La spia di ripristino dei filtri lampeggia quando un filtro deve essere sostituito. Dopo aver sostituito
il filtro, tenere premuto il pulsante di ripristino per 2 secondi.
Ripristino forzato
Se il filtro è stato sostituito prima del termine della sua durata di vita, forzare il ripristino della
frequenza di sostituzione del filtro come descritto di seguito.
1. Tenere premuto il pulsante di ripristino per 2 secondi.
2. Premere brevemente il pulsante di ripristino per selezionare il filtro che è stato sostituito.
3. Dopo aver selezionato il filtro da ripristinare, tenere premuto il pulsante di ripristino per 2 se-
condi. Il contatore elettronico è stato ripristinato.
4. Se in modalità di ripristino forzato non viene premuto alcun pulsante entro 10 secondi, la mo-
dalità di ripristino verrà annullata.
SUGGERIMENTI PER LA SOSTITUZIONE DEI FILTRI
• Evitare di manipolare i filtri usati se si soffre di allergie o asma.
• Indossare guanti durante la sostituzione dei filtri, o lavarsi le mani successiva-
mente.
• Gettare i filtri usati in un sacchetto chiuso e sigillato prima di smaltirli per evitare
la diffusione di inquinanti.
SENSORI DI INQUINAMENTO
Il sensore di particelle e il sensore di gas (solo modello PU6020) devono essere puliti regolarmente
(ogni 2 mesi) e correttamente.
Spegnere l'apparecchio e scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica prima di pulire i sensori di inquinamento e proce-
dere come descritto di seguito.
1. Pulire le aperture di ingresso e di uscita dell'aria con un pennello morbido o un panno.
2. Aprire il coperchio del sensore situato sul lato destro dell'apparecchio.
3. Inumidire leggermente un bastoncino cotonato e rimuovere eventuali tracce di polvere dalla
lente e dalle aperture di ingresso/uscita. Passare un bastoncino cotonato asciutto.
4. Pulire il sensore di gas con un pennello morbido o un aspirapolvere.
